Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种显示型卡片及其封装膜，特别是有关于一种具有图案的显示型卡片及其封装膜
背景技术
传统的显示型卡片包括显示器及保护层，保护层包覆显示器，以保护显示器避免其受到大气环境的侵害。一般来说，保护层的材质为聚氯乙烯(PVC)材质。PVC材质本身适合印制图案，故其不需其它物质辅助即可使图案印制于其上。
然而，PVC材质的价格高。此外，PVC材质对环境的污染大，不符合现代环保的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种显示型卡片及其封装膜，封装膜的保护层的材质对环境的污染低，可符合现代环保的要求。
根据本实用新型的一方面，提出一种显示型卡片。显示型卡片包括一第一封装膜、一第二保护层、一第一图案及一可挠式显示器。第一封装膜包括一第一保护层及一第一固色剂。第一保护层具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面。第一固色剂形成于第一保护层的第一表面。第一图案通过第一固色剂附着于第一保护层上。可挠式显示器位于第一保护层的第二表面与第二保护层之间。
根据本实用新型的另一方面，提出一种封装膜。封装膜用于包覆一可挠式显示器。封装膜包括一保护层及一固色剂。保护层具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面。固色剂形成于保护层的第一表面，使一图案通过固色剂附着于保护层上。其中，可挠式显示器设于保护层的第二表面。
为让本实用新型的上述内容能更明显易懂，下文通过实施例并配合附图作详细说明如下：

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2，图1绘示依照本实用新型一实施例的显示型卡片的立体图，图2绘示图1中沿方向2-2’的剖视图。
如图1所示，显示型卡片100包括第一封装膜110、第二保护层121、第一图案140及可挠式显示器150。第一封装膜110包括第一保护层111及第一固色剂112(绘示于图2)。由于第一封装膜110、第二保护层121及可挠式显示器150可具备可挠性，使显示型卡片100成为可挠式显示型卡片。
显示型卡片100例如是应用于储值卡、密码产生器卡、交通卡、会员卡、贵宾卡、门禁卡、电子钥匙、护照、身份证、标签、金融卡、信用卡、广告卡、娱乐卡、名片、卡型计算机、卡型计算器、卡型电子书、卡型游戏机或生理讯号检测卡。上述储值卡例如为电子钱包、点数卡、交通用储值卡、电话卡或现金卡，而交通卡例如为交通用储值卡、交通用票面信息卡或票卡。上述卷标例如为价格卷标或防伪卷标。
如图2所示，第一保护层111具有相对的第一表面111u与第二表面111b。第一固色剂112形成于第一保护层111的第一表面111u上。第一图案140形成于第一固色剂112上。可挠式显示器150位于第一保护层111的第二表面111b与第二保护层121之间。
第一图案140例如是由颜色粒子通过印刷方式形成于第一保护层111上。第一图案140可通过第一固色剂112稳固地附着于第一保护层111。进一步地说，在第一图案140不易直接附着于第一保护层111的情况下，第一图案140可通过第一固色剂112稳固地附着于第一保护层111上。第一固色剂112可辅助第一图案140稳固地附着于第一保护层111上。
第一固色剂112的颜色较佳但非限定地是白色，如此可使得第一图案140形成于第一固色剂112上后维持原色，避免第一图案140与第一固色剂112混色成另一失真的颜色。
第一保护层111及第二保护层121的材质例如是全透光材质或部分透光材质，如此可从第一保护层111观看到可挠式显示器150的显示内容。
第一保护层111及第二保护层121的软化温度高于第一固色剂112的熔点，此处的软化温度例如是玻璃转化温度(Tg)、热变形温度或熔点。一实施例中，第一保护层111及第二保护层121的材质可以是树脂(resin)，例如是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate，PET)。PET的熔点约摄氏256度，第一固色剂112的材质例如是油墨，其熔点介于约70至130度之间。相较于第一保护层111及第二保护层121的软化温度，第一固色剂112可说是低熔点固色剂，如低熔点油墨。低熔点的第一固色剂112可使显示型卡片100在印刷图案的过程中，印刷机在低印刷温度下，就可使第一固色剂112成为流动态或液态，以利第一图案140稳固地附着于第一固色剂112上。
由于PET材质的价格低(例如是相较于PVC材质)，当第一保护层111及第二保护层121的材质采用PET时，可降低显示型卡片100的制作成本。PET保护层对环境伤害较低(例如是相较于PVC材质)，使显示型卡片100更符合环保趋势。
显示型卡片100的第一图案140的印刷方法可采用大量生产或少量生产的方式。以少量生产为例，显示型卡片100的第一图案140可使用单卡印刷机完成，如此一来，显示型卡片100的第一图案140可以客制化或个别化设计。由于PET材质的价格低，故即使第一图案140的印刷方式采用少量生产(例如是以单卡印刷机完成)的方式，也不致增加或甚至可节省显示型卡片100的制作成本。上述单卡印刷机例如是每次可印刷单份或少数份显示型卡片的印刷机(少量生产的印刷方式)。
在印刷第一图案140的同时，单卡印刷机可同时进行第一保护层111及第二保护层121的封膜，使第一保护层111的边缘与第二保护层121的边缘紧密地结合而密封可挠式显示器150。此外，第一固色剂112的熔点可对应于或接近于单卡印刷机的印刷温度，使在单卡印刷机的印刷温度下，第一固色剂112成为流动态或液态而使第一图案140可附着于第一固色剂112上。
如图2所示，显示型卡片100还包括第二封装膜120，第二封装膜120包括第二保护层121及第二固色剂122。第二保护层121具有相对的第一表面121u与第二表面121b，第二固色剂122可形成于第二保护层121的第一表面121u上。显示型卡片100还包括第二图案170，第二图案170形成于第二固色剂122上。第二图案170通过第二固色剂122稳固地附着于第二保护层121上。可挠式显示器150位于第一保护层111的第二表面111b与第二保护层121的第二表面121b之间。
第二固色剂122及第二保护层121的材质及特性可分别相似于第一固色剂112及第一保护层111，此处不再赘述。
一实施例中，显示型卡片100亦可省略第二保护层121、第二固色剂122及第二图案170。
此外，可挠式显示器150通过接着剂130故设于第一封装膜110与第二封装膜120之间。接着剂130例如是液态胶水。
请参照图3，其绘示依照本实用新型一实施例的封装膜的示意图。封装膜200包括至少一第一封装膜110及至少一第二封装膜120，第一封装膜110及第二封装膜120相邻配置。可涂布接着剂130(绘示于图2)于第一封装膜110的第一保护层111的第二表面111b上及第二封装膜120的第二保护层121的第二表面121b上。然后，可挠式显示器150设于接着剂130上。然后，折弯与第一封装膜110相邻的第二封装膜120。由于第一封装膜110及第二封装膜120相邻配置，故折弯第二封装膜120后即可使可挠式显示器150位于第一封装膜110与第二封装膜120之间。然后，再一并将第一封装膜110、第二封装膜120及可挠式显示器150送入印刷机(使用例如是大量生产的印刷设备或少量生产的单卡印刷机)内且于印刷机内同时进行第一图案140及第二图案170的印刷以及第一保护层111与第二保护层121的封膜，以形成图1的显示型卡片100。一实施例中，可裁切封膜后的第一保护层111与第二保护层121。
本实用新型上述实施例所揭露的显示型卡片及其封装膜，封装膜的保护层的材质对环境的污染低，可符合现代环保的要求。在图案不易直接附着于保护层的情况下，图案可通过固色剂稳固地附着于保护层上。
综上所述，虽然本实用新型已以实施例揭露如上，然其并非用以限定本实用新型。本实用新型所属技术领域中具有通常知识者，在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内，当可作各种的更动与润饰。因此，本实用新型的保护范围当视后附的权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (16)
1.一种显示型卡片，包括：
一第一封装膜，包括：
一第一保护层，具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面；及
一第一固色剂，形成于该第一保护层的该第一表面；
一第二保护层；
一第一图案，通过该第一固色剂附着于该第一保护层上；以及
一可挠式显示器，位于该第一保护层的该第二表面与该第二保护层之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第一固色剂的材质是油墨。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，还包括：
一第二封装膜，包括该第二保护层及一第二固色剂，其中该第二保护层具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面，该第二固色剂形成于该第二保护层的该第一表面；
该显示型卡片还包括：
一第二图案，通过该第二固色剂附着于该第二保护层上；
其中，该可挠式显示器位于该第一保护层的该第二表面与该第二保护层的该第二表面之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第二固色剂的材质与该第一固色剂的材质相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第一保护层及该第二保护层的软化温度高于该第一固色剂的熔点。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第一固色剂的熔点对应于一单卡印刷机的一印刷温度，使在该单卡印刷机的该印刷温度下，该第一固色剂成流动态而使该第一图案可附着于该第一固色剂上。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第一保护层及该第二保护层的材质是透光材质。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第一保护层的材质及该 第二保护层的材质是对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示型卡片，其特征在于，该第一固色剂的熔点介于70至130度之间。
10.一种封装膜，用于包覆一可挠式显示器，该封装膜包括：
一保护层，具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面；以及
一固色剂，形成于该保护层的该第一表面，使一图案通过该固色剂附着于该保护层上；
其中，该可挠式显示器设于该保护层的该第二表面。
11.如权利要求10所述的封装膜，其特征在于，该固色剂的材质是油墨。
12.如权利要求10所述的封装膜，其特征在于，该保护层的软化温度高于该固色剂的熔点。
13.如权利要求10所述的封装膜，其特征在于，该固色剂的熔点对应于一单卡印刷机的一印刷温度，使在该单卡印刷机的该印刷温度下，该固色剂成流动态而使该图案可附着于该固色剂上。
14.如权利要求10所述的封装膜，其特征在于，该保护层的材质是透光材质。
15.如权利要求10所述的封装膜，其特征在于，该保护层的材质是对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
16.如权利要求10所述的封装膜，其特征在于，该固色剂的熔点介于70至130度之间。
