Abstract
An automatic washing machine with water level control and associated method. In one embodiment, the washing machine comprises a tub for receiving a load of clothes, a water level sensor taking water level measurements during a water fill stage, and a controller. The controller controls a water valve that introduces water into the washing machine. The controller comprises a timer, a memory and a microprocessor. The microprocessor accesses a signature fill rate of the washing machine when unloaded, receives water level measurements from the sensor during the fill stage, and determines a measured fill rate. The microprocessor compares the measured fill rate to the signature fill rate and shut off the water valve when the measured fill rate is substantially equal to the signature fill rate.
Description
Technical field
The present invention is about a kind of washing machine and correlation technique thereof with water level control.
Background technology
Most household electrical appliance, for example washing machine and dish-washing machine etc. all are equipped with the water storage device that comprises water level control. These devices may need the user to import cyclical patterns or the circulating continuancing time or the water level estimation required according to load of selection.
Traditional maximum load washing machine comprises the water level when for example fixed or changed pressure switch is determined to inject washing machine. In the variable pressure switch, the user can be in each control and by selecting being provided with on the relevant rotating disk to change fill level when using washing machine.Yet usually the user can not estimate appropriate fill level exactly or resets mistakenly or adjust water level for each laundry load. This just may cause to the waste of water resource with to adding the energy waste of hot water.
The encouragement that forms such as energy credit for example are provided for the manufacturer in the federal regulations reduces hot water consumption to develop the equipment that the more water and the energy are utilized effectively.Rely on that the user correctly determines and after the water level switch of remembering to reset is not effective power-economizing method recognizing, the manufacturer that management organization no longer gives the washing machine of those user's control water level features uses the credit of restriction for energy.
Therefore, people wish to develop a kind of retaining washing machine that need do not determined fill level by the user.
Summary of the invention
One embodiment of the present of invention provide a kind of method of controlling the washing machine fill level. This method comprises packs the load of cleaning in the washing machine into, in the beginning water filling stage, calculates water injection time and measures water level. The injection rate of measuring is to be determined by water level of measuring and water injection time, and the rate of water injection (signature fill rate) as the mark of washing machine characteristic is compared during with the washing machine unloaded. When the injection rate of measuring equaled the injection rate of mark, the water filling stage finished.
A kind of washing machine is provided in the another embodiment of the present invention, and it comprises the staving of taking in laundry load, obtains the level sensor of the measured value of water level and controller in the water filling stage. The hydraulic valve of washing machine is introduced water in controller control. This controller comprises timer, memory and microprocessor. The injection rate of the mark of washing machine during the microprocessor access unloaded, in the level measuring value of water filling stage reception from sensor, and definite injection rate of measuring. The injection rate that microprocessor compares and measures and the injection rate of mark are closed hydraulic valve when the injection rate of measuring equates substantially with the injection rate of mark.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a kind of method of controlling the washing machine fill level. This method comprises when containing the cleaning load in the machine bucket, during the water filling stage, measures the injection rate of washing machine.Injection rate through measuring during with unloaded the predetermined labels injection rate of washing machine compare, and when the injection rate of measurement equates with the injection rate of mark, the end of water filling stage.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a kind of method of controlling the washing machine fill level. This method comprises that opening hydraulic valve begins the water filling stage, monitors injection rate during the water filling stage, measures the fluctuation of injection rate, determines the plateau injection rate and closes hydraulic valve.
By following further describing, but other Application Areas of the present invention can be apparent. It should be understood that following detailed and specific example, in explanation,, do not limit protection scope of the present invention just for purpose of explanation to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
