Abstract

背景技术
采用往复式活塞泵的无空气喷雾器被证实普遍用于喷涂涂料、涂层以及各种织物材料。这种喷雾器典型地采用一个从泵缸流动到远程集合管的软管,该集合管包含一个倾泄阀和一个用于压力控制的压力传感器。
发明内容
特别是在喷涂织物材料和/或采用长度很长的软管时,使得从泵的出口到喷涂装置(如喷枪)的压力下降量最小是有利的。为此,本发明采用一个直接安装于泵缸上的块状流体集合管,该集合管包括压力传感器、倾泄阀或安全阀以及软管出口设备。

实施本发明的最佳模式
如图1的部分分解图中所示,本发明一般用10来表示,其由一个具有泵缸14的往复式活塞泵12组成。缸14配备有扁平安装面14a、安装孔14b和从泵12内输出增压流体的出口通路14c。流体集合管16最好由单块材料如不锈钢制成,并通过紧固螺栓22固定于缸14上。通过螺纹或其它传统的安装机构将(结构公知的)安全阀/倾泄阀18和压力传感器20安装到集合管16上。
应该注意到的是:可以对该集合管-泵组件作出各种变化和改进,而不偏离如下面的权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种往复式活塞泵,它具有泵缸、集合管和压力传感器,改进包括将所述集合管直接安装到所述缸上,从而使压力下降最小并且增大喷射压力。
2.如权利要求1所述的往复式活塞泵,其中所述压力传感器安装于所述集合管上。
