Abstract

水介质用轴向柱塞泵,包括主传动轴(1)、泵体(8)、端盖(2)、斜盘(3),缸体(6)安置于泵体内,滑履柱塞组(4)的尾端置于缸体(6)内,首端外伸支撑于斜盘(3)上,配流轴(7)固定安装于泵体(8)上,配流轴(7)上开有进出油口、高低压配流槽和压力平衡槽,配流轴(7)的外表面为一外圆锥面(P),与配流轴(7)接触的缸体(6)的内表面为一圆锥面(P′),滑履柱塞组(4)中的柱塞的尾端的内表面为一圆锥面(P″)。

技术领域
本发明涉及水介质用轴向柱塞泵。
背景技术
现有水介质用轴向柱塞泵的不足之处为:
1)在高压下,由于材料的变形,柱塞与缸体之间的密封间隙会增大,降低了容积效率。
2)固定间隙的轴配流结构径向间隙不能自动补偿,压力升高使容积效率急剧降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的增强轴向柱塞泵的密封性能,保持其容积效率。
本发明是水介质用轴向柱塞泵,包括主传动轴、泵体、端盖、斜盘,缸体安置于泵体内,滑履柱塞组的尾端置于缸体内,首端外伸支撑于斜盘上,配流轴固定安装于泵体上,配流轴上开有进出油口、高低压配流槽和压力平衡槽,配流轴的外表面为一外圆锥面,与配流轴接触的缸体的内表面为一圆锥面,滑履柱塞组中的柱塞的尾端的内表面为一圆锥面。泵体与端盖安装接触面为圆锥面。
本发明的有益之处:由于配流轴与缸体的接触面为圆锥面,压力升高,使缸体与配流油之间间隙减小,有利于提高容积效率;压力升高,使柱塞尾端部的内锥面扩张,实现了密封间隙补偿,提高容积效率。泵体与端盖、配流轴的密封均用锥面密封,而不用填料密封,简化了结构。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括主传动轴1、泵体8、端盖2、配流轴7、斜盘3、缸体6,缸体6安装于泵体8内,滑履柱塞组4的尾端置于缸体6内,首端外伸支撑于斜盘3上,滑履柱塞组4和与主传动轴1对接的十字滑块组5共同组成转动部件,配流轴7置于缸体6内。主传动轴1在电机的驱动下,带动十字滑块组5旋转。9为进水口。
如图1、图2(a)所示,配流轴7被固定安装于泵体8上,配流轴7上开有进出油口、高低压配流槽和压力平衡槽,使缸体6悬浮在配流轴7上,实现泵的吸排油和静压平衡。
如图1、2(a)所示,配流轴7的外表面为一外圆锥面P,与配流轴7接触的缸体6的内表面为一圆锥面P′,滑履柱塞组4中的柱塞的尾端的内表面为一圆锥面P″。泵体8与端盖2安装接触面为圆锥面Q。配流轴7上的两个高压区H形成一个与高压区柱塞相平衡的力矩,防止柱塞偏磨,同时对柱塞的轴向作用力可以进行间隙补偿。两个高压区H之间由通槽10连通。图2(b)为图2(a)中A-A向剖视图。
如图2(c)所示,柱塞尾端部的内表面为一圆锥面P″,当压力提高时,柱塞尾端与缸体6的密封间隙变大,柱塞尾端部由于弹性变形使圆锥孔扩张,对柱塞尾端与缸体6的密封间隙增大起到补偿作用。

Claims (2)

1、水介质用轴向柱塞泵,包括主传动轴(1)、泵体(8)、端盖(2)、斜盘(3),缸体(6)安置于泵体内,滑履柱塞组(4)的尾端置于缸体(6)内,首端外伸支撑于斜盘(3)上,配流轴(7)固定安装于泵体(8)上,配流轴(7)上开有进出油口、高低压配流槽和压力平衡槽,其特征在于配流轴(7)的外表面为一外圆锥面(P),与配流轴(7)接触的缸体(6)的内表面为一圆锥面(P′),滑履柱塞组(4)中的柱塞的尾端的内表面为一圆锥面(P″)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水介质用轴向柱塞泵,其特征在于泵体(8)与端盖(2)安装接触面为圆锥面(Q)。
