Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household indoor washing and cleaning, in particular to a cleaning member for indoor vertical surfaces and ceilings and a cleaning machine thereof.
Background
The existing household cleaning machines are often used for cleaning the indoor floor, and are also called as sweeping robots. The prior art lacks a cleaning machine for cleaning the indoor vertical face and the ceiling, and cleaning the indoor vertical face and the ceiling is mainly carried out by manually using tools such as a broom, a mop and/or a brush. The mode has large workload, low efficiency and unsatisfactory cleaning effect.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a cleaning machine capable of cleaning an indoor vertical surface and a ceiling, which can release the manpower to the greatest extent, thereby realizing cleaning of the indoor vertical surface and the ceiling.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a cleaning machine capable of cleaning an indoor vertical surface and a ceiling, which can release manpower to the greatest extent, thereby cleaning the indoor vertical surface and the ceiling.
The first aspect of the present invention discloses a cleaning member for indoor facades and ceilings, comprising: a cleaning housing which is a cylindrical housing having a hollow interior; the side wall of the cleaning shell is provided with an open slot extending in the length direction of the cleaning shell; a driving lever which is built in the cleaning housing; the driving rod is a cylindrical cam body, and the outer peripheral surface of the driving rod is provided with a curve outline; a follower extending from the open slot into the cleaning housing, and an end of the follower within the cleaning housing being in contact engagement with the curved profile of the drive rod; a cleaning execution unit attached to the driven member at an outer side of the cleaning housing; the driving rod can be operated to rotate around the axis of the driving rod relative to the cleaning shell, and the guiding and limiting of the driven member are formed by means of the opening groove, so that the rotary motion of the driving rod can be converted into the linear motion of the driven member along the opening groove in the length direction of the cleaning shell, and the cleaning of the cleaning execution unit to different positions can be realized.
By means of the limit of the driven member (or called as a push rod of a cylindrical cam) by the open slot on the cleaning shell and the contact fit of the end of the driven member positioned in the cleaning shell and the curve outline of the driving shaft, when the driving shaft is driven to rotate, the rotation motion of the driving shaft can be converted into the linear motion of the driven member along the open slot in the length direction of the cleaning shell; since the cleaning execution unit is attached to the follower, this enables the cleaning execution unit to be driven to different positions in the length direction of the housing, thereby achieving cleaning of different positions (or "different heights").
Moreover, based on the structural design of the invention, the driven piece is inserted into the cleaning shell from the opening groove on the cleaning shell, so that the opening groove on the cleaning shell has guiding and limiting functions on the driven piece, and meanwhile, the end part of the driven piece positioned in the cleaning shell keeps constant contact fit with the curve contour of the driving shaft, so that the driven piece can be driven to conduct guiding displacement along the opening groove, is not easy to fall off, and has good working stability.
According to the cleaning member disclosed in the first aspect of the invention, the curved profile is configured to enable the follower to reciprocate linearly along the open groove in the length direction of the cleaning housing with continuous rotation of the drive lever. By continuous rotation is meant rotational rotation of the drive rod in the same rotational direction, that is, the follower is able to complete a linear reciprocation along the open slot without the drive rod having to change rotational direction. This makes the driving of the movement of the cleaning execution unit in the present invention simple and easy to execute.
This can be achieved by providing a hyperbola on the drive rod, i.e. a first curve extending in a curved manner from the starting end (also referred to as the lower end) of the drive rod towards the end (also referred to as the upper end) of the drive rod on the outer circumferential surface of the drive rod, and a second curve formed at the end of the drive rod starting from the end point of the first curve at the end of the drive rod towards the starting end of the drive rod, i.e. the first curve and the second curve are connected at a location near the end of the drive rod, but are both free ends near the starting end of the drive rod. That is, the follower can be moved along the open slot from the beginning to the end of the drive rod by means of a first curve and then moved along the open slot from the end to the beginning of the drive rod by means of a second curve. During this reciprocation, the direction of rotation of the drive rod is always unchanged.
According to a first aspect of the invention, a cleaning member is disclosed wherein the curved profile is a curved runner spiraling around the outer side of the drive rod, the end of the follower within the cleaning housing being configured as an end slider conforming to the groove configuration of the curved runner. By means of the end slider, the end of the driven piece can be well matched with the curved sliding groove, so that when the driving rod rotates, the driven piece can move in the extending direction of the opening groove under the limiting guide of the opening groove by means of the thrust formed by the curved sliding groove on the end of the driven piece.
According to the cleaning member disclosed in the first aspect of the invention, the cleaning execution unit has a facade cleaning operation state in which the cleaning surface of the cleaning execution unit is kept parallel to the cleaning housing and a roof cleaning operation state in which the cleaning surface of the cleaning execution unit is kept perpendicular to the cleaning housing, and is operable to switch between the facade cleaning operation state and the roof cleaning operation state.

An open groove 202 extending in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning housing 201 is provided on a side wall of the cleaning housing 201; the driving rod 203 is arranged in the cleaning shell 201, the driving rod 203 is a cylindrical cam body, and a curve profile 204 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the driving rod 203; the follower 205 protrudes from the open slot 202 into the cleaning housing 201, and the end of the follower 205 within the cleaning housing 201 is in contact engagement with the curved profile 204 of the drive rod 203; the cleaning execution unit 206 is attached to the follower 205 on the outside of the cleaning housing 201; the driving rod 203 can be operated to rotate around the axis of the cleaning housing 201, and the guiding and limiting of the driven member 205 by the opening groove 202 can enable the rotation motion of the driving rod 203 to be converted into the linear motion of the driven member 205 along the opening groove 202 in the length direction of the cleaning housing 201, so as to realize the cleaning of different positions by the cleaning execution unit 206.
By virtue of the limit of the follower 205 (or push rod called "cylindrical cam") by the open slot 202 on the cleaning housing 201, and the contact engagement of the end of the follower 205 within the cleaning housing 201 with the curved profile 204 of the drive shaft, when the drive shaft is driven in rotation, the rotational movement of the drive shaft can be converted into a linear movement of the follower 205 along the open slot 202 in the length direction of the cleaning housing 201; since the cleaning execution unit 206 is attached to the follower 205, this enables the cleaning execution unit 206 to be driven to different positions in the length direction of the housing, thereby achieving cleaning of different positions (or referred to as "different heights").
Fig. 6 (a) - (c) show schematic structural views of the cleaning member 2 in the present invention, in which the cleaning execution unit 206 is moved to different positions in the vertical cleaning operation state. As shown in connection with fig. 6 (a) - (c), the cleaning performing unit 206 can be driven to move to different height positions in the vertical direction of the cleaning member 2, thereby achieving cleaning of different height positions of the indoor facade.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6 (a) - (c), a hyperbolic runner, i.e., a first curve and a second curve are provided on the driving rod 203, the first curve extending from the starting end (which may also be referred to as a lower end) of the driving rod 203 toward the end (which may also be referred to as an upper end) of the driving rod 203 on the outer peripheral surface of the driving rod 203 in a curved manner, and the second curve extending from the end point of the first curve at the end of the driving rod 203 toward the starting end of the driving rod 203 at the end of the driving rod 203, i.e., the first curve and the second curve are connected at the end portion near the driving rod 203 but are both free ends at the starting end portion near the driving rod 203. That is, the follower 205 can be moved along the open slot 202 from the beginning to the end of the drive rod 203 by means of a first curve, and then the follower 205 can be moved along the open slot 202 from the end to the beginning of the drive rod 203 by means of a second curve. During this reciprocation, the rotation direction of the driving lever 203 is always unchanged.
Moreover, the end of the follower 205 within the cleaning housing 201 is configured as an end slider that conforms to the groove configuration of a curved chute. By means of the end slider, the end of the follower 205 can be well matched with the curved sliding groove, so that when the driving rod 203 rotates, by means of thrust formed by the curved sliding groove on the end of the follower 205, the follower 205 can move along the extending direction of the open slot 202 under the limit guide of the open slot 202.

Fig. 11 shows a schematic structural view of the state switching mechanism in the present invention, in which the link engagement member is in an unengaged state with the follower 205. Fig. 12 shows a process of switching the cleaning execution unit 206 in the cleaning member 2 of the present invention from the elevation cleaning operation state to the roof cleaning operation state, in which the cleaning member 2 is provided with the cleaning housing 201. Fig. 13 shows a process of switching the cleaning execution unit 206 in the cleaning member 2 of the present invention from the elevation cleaning operation state to the roof cleaning operation state, in which the cleaning member 2 is not provided with the cleaning housing 201.
As shown in connection with fig. 7 to 13, the cleaning execution unit 206 has a vertical surface cleaning operation state in which the cleaning surface 222 of the cleaning execution unit 206 is kept parallel to the cleaning housing 201 and a top plate cleaning operation state in which the cleaning surface 222 of the cleaning execution unit 206 is kept perpendicular to the cleaning housing 201, and is operable to switch between the vertical surface cleaning operation state and the top plate cleaning operation state. The vertical surface cleaning operation state refers to an operation state in which the cleaning surface 222 for cleaning of the cleaning execution unit 206 is kept parallel to the indoor vertical surface, so that the indoor vertical surface can be cleaned well in this state; the ceiling cleaning operation state is an operation state in which the cleaning surface 222 of the cleaning unit 206 is parallel to the plane of the indoor ceiling, and the cleaning unit 206 is turned by 90 ° with respect to the vertical cleaning operation state, so that the indoor ceiling can be cleaned well. By means of the two operating states of the cleaning execution unit 206, the cleaning member 2 of the invention enables cleaning of two different inner surfaces of an indoor facade and an indoor ceiling.
The cleaning execution unit 206 has a state switching position, to which the cleaning execution unit 206 can be driven by means of rotation of the driving lever 203; the cleaning member 2 further includes a state switching mechanism by means of which the cleaning execution unit 206 can be switched between the facade cleaning operation state and the roof cleaning operation state when the cleaning execution unit 206 is in the state switching position.
Specifically, the state switching mechanism includes: a link joint 207 having a flat state in which the link joint 207 is kept in a vertical state with the open groove 202 and a vertical state in which the link joint 207 is kept in a parallel state with the open groove 202; the link engagement 207 is configured to be able to be brought into and out of engagement with the follower 205 in a flat state when the cleaning execution unit 206 is driven to the state switching position in the facade cleaning operation state; the link joint 207 can be driven to switch between a flat state and a vertical state to drive the follower 205 to rotate, thereby switching the cleaning execution unit 206 between the cleaning execution unit 206 for a vertical surface and a cleaning operation state for a top plate.
In the present invention, the state switching position refers to the intersection of the first curve and the second curve near the end of the drive lever 203. When the cleaning execution unit 206 needs to be switched to the indoor ceiling cleaning operation state, the cleaning execution unit 206 needs to be driven to the state switching position; when it is driven to the state switching position, the link engagement piece 207 can be engaged with the follower 205, and then the link engagement piece 207 is switched from the flat state to the vertical state, so that the cleaning execution unit 206 is rotated by 90 degrees, completing the switching from the facade cleaning operation state to the roof cleaning operation state.
In a preferred embodiment, the state switching mechanism further comprises: a driving member 208, the driving member 208 being operable to perform a linear movement in the extending direction of the open groove 202; a movement limiting groove comprising a first groove section 209, a second groove section 210 and a third groove section 211, wherein the first groove section 209 is positioned outside the open groove 202 and is kept parallel to the open groove 202, the third groove section 211 is communicated with the open groove 202 in the extending direction of the open groove 202, and the second groove section 210 is connected between the first groove section 209 and the third groove section 211 in an inclined structure; a motion guide block 212 received within and movable along the motion limit slot; one end of the connecting rod joint 207 is movably connected with the driving member 208, and the other end is fixedly connected with the movement guide block 212.
The link engagement piece 207 is in the initial state, is close to the state switching position, and is in the flat state. When the follower 205 moves to the state switching position, the connecting rod joint 207 can be engaged with the follower 205, specifically, the engagement can be formed by electromagnetic adsorption, namely, the connecting rod joint 207 is provided with an engagement opening 219 with the shape of the follower 205 and an electromagnetic adsorption member is arranged on the engagement opening 219, correspondingly, the follower 205 is provided with an electromagnetic adsorption matching piece, when the follower 205 moves to the state switching position, the electromagnetic adsorption member is controlled to be electrified by an electric signal control mode, so that stronger suction force is generated, the follower 205 is adsorbed in the engagement opening 219 of the connecting rod joint 207, then the connecting rod joint 207 generates rotary motion around the movable connection point of the connecting rod joint 207 and the driving member 208 by means of the motion limiting of the motion guide block 212 in the first groove section 209 and the second groove section 210 under the driving of the linear upward motion of the driving member 208; after the movement guide block 212 enters the third groove section 211, the connecting rod joint 207 is converted into a vertical state by means of the limit of the movement guide block 212 by the third groove section 211; vice versa, that is, when the cleaning execution unit 206 needs to be switched from the top plate cleaning operation state to the elevation cleaning operation state, the driving member 208 can be driven to move linearly downwards, the movement guide block 212 enters the second slot section 210 through the third slot section 211 and finally falls into the first slot section 209 under the limit of the movement guide slot, so that the connecting rod connector 207 is switched from the vertical state to the flat state, and at this time, the cleaning execution unit 206 is also driven to change from the top plate cleaning operation state to the elevation cleaning operation state; at this time, the electromagnetic adsorption member of the link joint 207 may be de-energized, so that the joint of the link joint 207 and the follower 205 is disconnected, i.e., the two are separated, and then the driving lever 203 is operated to rotate, thereby again effecting the movement of the cleaning execution unit 206 along the open groove 202 in its upright cleaning operation state.
In a preferred embodiment, the end of the driving rod 203 is further provided with a notch 220 corresponding to the state switching position, when the link joint 207 is engaged with the driven member 205 and is driven by the driving member 208 to move upwards (along with the rotation), the end slider of the driven member 205 matched with the curved sliding slot slides out of the state switching position through the notch 220, i.e. is separated from the curved sliding slot, so as to meet the requirement of the cleaning execution unit 206 for the position displacement of the driven member 205 in the switching process.
In a preferred embodiment, the state switching mechanism further comprises a driving unit provided in the cleaning housing 201 and located in a cavity between the distal end portion of the driving lever 203 and the end portion of the cleaning housing 201; the driving unit includes a screw 213 and a slider body 214, the screw 213 is disposed to extend in a length direction of the cleaning housing 201, and the screw 213 is operable to rotate, the slider body 214 is cooperatively provided on the screw 213 in such a manner as to be linearly reciprocated along the screw 213 when the screw 213 is operable to rotate, and the driving member 208 is attached to the slider body 214. In a particularly preferred embodiment, a motor is provided in correspondence of the screw 213 to rotate the screw 213. In the present invention, the screw 213 and the slider 214 constitute a screw slider mechanism.
Furthermore, a positioning portion 221, preferably a positioning protrusion, is further provided on a side wall of the third groove section, and can be combined with a positioning groove (not shown in the drawing) provided on the driven member, so as to be combined with the positioning groove when the cleaning execution unit is switched to the top plate cleaning operation state, so as to position the cleaning execution unit in the top plate cleaning operation state. This can ensure the stability of the operation of the cleaning execution unit in the top plate cleaning operation state.
In addition, it is preferable in the present invention that the cleaning execution unit includes a connection rod and a brush head, wherein the connection rod and the driven member are connected to each other, and the brush head is attached to the connection rod in a manner capable of being replaced, which allows the brush head to be replaced individually when damaged.
Fig. 14 shows a schematic structural view of the high temperature steam generating unit 5 in the present invention. Fig. 15 shows a schematic structural view of the follower 205 in a state of contact with the on-off valve.
As shown in fig. 15, the driving rod 203 of the cleaning member 2 is internally provided with a gas medium conveying passage 217 for conveying high-temperature steam for sterilization; the curved chute is provided with a plurality of gas medium outlets 218 in the curved direction of the curved chute, an on-off valve 216 is arranged at each gas medium outlet 218, and the on-off valve 216 can be opened due to contact with the end slider of the follower 205 when the end slider slides to the position thereof; an air outlet passage 215 is provided in each of the follower 205 and the cleaning execution unit 206, and when the on-off valve 216 at the corresponding position is opened, the air outlet passage 215 can communicate with the gas medium outlet 218 at the corresponding position to output high-temperature steam to the outside.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 15, the on-off valve 216 is a plunger spring type on-off valve 216, the plug of the plunger forms a seal against the gas medium outlet 218 under the action of the spring, when the follower 205 slides to the corresponding position, the end slider of the follower 205 forms a certain compression to the plug of the plunger, so that the plunger overcomes the pretightening force of the spring and forms a certain compression to the spring, thereby enabling the gas medium outlet 218 to be opened, and further enabling high-temperature steam to enter into the gas outlet channel 215 from the gas medium conveying channel 217 through the gas medium outlet 218 opened at the corresponding position, thereby spraying high-temperature steam to the wall surface to be cleaned, so as to sterilize and facilitate cleaning by means of moisture.
As shown in fig. 14, the high-temperature steam generating unit 5 includes a steam housing 501, a heating device 502, and an air outlet 503, wherein the steam housing 501 has an air inlet portion 504, the air inlet portion 504 has an air inlet, and the steam housing 501 has an inner cavity for receiving a body of water entered from the air inlet portion 504; the heating device 502 is arranged at the bottom of the steam shell 501 to heat the water body received by the inner cavity of the steam shell 501; in a preferred embodiment, the heating device 502 is an electrical heating element. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the cleaning member 2 is directly attached to the high-temperature steam generating unit 5, and a gaseous medium delivery passage 217 provided on the driving lever 203 of the cleaning member 2 is in communication with the gas outlet 503.
Fig. 16 is a schematic view showing the overall structure of the cleaning consumable cleaning unit. Fig. 17 shows a schematic view of the internal structure of the cleaning consumable cleaning unit. Fig. 18 shows a schematic view of the results of cleaning the rotating member and the cleaning tray in the consumable cleaning unit. Fig. 19 shows a schematic structural view of the rotation and elevation driving mechanism.
Referring to fig. 16 to 19, in the cleaning machine of the present invention, the cleaning consumable cleaning unit 4 includes: a water container 401; a cleaning cylinder 402 arranged in the water container 401, a gap is arranged between the cleaning cylinder 402 and the water container 401, and a plurality of water holes for water to enter and exit are formed in the side wall of the cleaning cylinder 402; a rotating member 404 disposed within the cleaning cartridge 402 and operable to generate a rotation for swirling a body of water within the cleaning cartridge 402 to spin clean the cleaning consumables; a cleaning tray 403 is disposed in the cleaning cylinder 402 and is operable to be lifted up and down for being lifted up to approach the top cover of the cleaning cylinder 402 or the water container 401 after the completion of the rotary cleaning, so as to squeeze out water from the cleaning consumable after the rotary cleaning.
The steam case of the high-temperature steam generating unit 5 is attached to the main body casing of the machine main body, and water passage holes are provided at corresponding positions of the steam case and the main body casing. In specific use, water can be added through the water inlet portion 504 of the high temperature steam generating unit 55, and the added water can enter the main body housing through the steam housing, and then enter the water container 401 of the cleaning consumable cleaning unit 4 through the main body housing.
In a preferred embodiment, a water passage may be formed directly between the steam housing and the water container 401, so that the added water body can directly enter the water container 401 through the steam housing without re-entering the main housing.
The cleaning consumable cleaning unit 4 can work in an electrically controlled manner, and its specific control principle can be realized by the existing controller with a control chip, which belongs to the prior art and is not described here again.
When the cleaning consumable cleaning unit 4 is required to perform work, first, a cleaning consumable (e.g., a cleaning cloth or a cleaning brush body detached from a cleaning brush head) to be cleaned is placed on the cleaning tray 403, and then the cleaning consumable cleaning unit 4 is started. First, the rotating member 404 is operated to rotate, and the water body in the cleaning cartridge 402 is rotated by the rotation of the rotating member 404, thereby generating a vortex, and cleaning consumables on the cleaning tray 403 are cleaned by the rotating water body. After the cleaning is completed, the rotating member 404 is controlled to stop rotating. The cleaning tray 403 can then be controlled to be raised so that the cleaning tray 403 approaches the top cover of the water container 401. When the distance between the cleaning tray 403 and the water container 401 gradually becomes smaller, the cleaning consumable can be squeezed out by means of the top cover of the water container 401. After the squeezing out of the water is completed, the cleaning tray 403 can be controlled to descend downward. After the cleaning consumable member stops working, the user can open the cover body to take out the cleaning consumable which has been cleaned and has been squeezed out of the water on the cleaning tray 403.
In the present invention, the cleaning consumable cleaning unit 4 comprises a rotation and lifting driving mechanism, which comprises a clutch device 405 comprising an outer driven transmission member 406, a driving transmission member 407 and an inner driven transmission member 408 which are coaxially arranged in an inner sleeve; the driving transmission member 407 is located between the outer driven transmission member 406 and the inner driven transmission member 408, and the driving transmission member 407 is configured to form a power transmission with the outer driven transmission member 406 in forward rotation and to form a power transmission with the inner driven transmission member 408 in reverse rotation; the rotary member 404 is attached to an outer driven transmission 406.
In a preferred embodiment, the clutch device 405 is a dual ratchet clutch, wherein the driving transmission member 407 and the outer driven transmission member 406 form an outer driving ratchet clutch, and the driving transmission member 407 and the inner driven transmission member 408 form an inner driving ratchet clutch. Specifically, in the outer driving ratchet clutch, the driving member 407 is provided with an outer pawl 421 capable of telescoping, and an outer ratchet 420 is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the outer driven member 406, so that when the driving member 407 is driven to rotate forward, the outer pawl 421 on the driving member 407 is clamped against the outer ratchet 420 on the outer driven member 406, thereby driving the outer driven member 406 to rotate and further driving the rotating member 404 to rotate, and at this time, the driving member 407 is separated from the inner driven member 408, i.e., no transmission is formed between the driving member 407 and the inner driven member 408. An inner ratchet 418 is arranged on the inner side of the driving transmission member 407, and an inner pawl 419 which is matched and can extend and retract by a spring is arranged on the inner driven transmission member 408, when the driving transmission member 407 is driven to rotate reversely (the reverse rotation refers to the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the driving transmission member), the inner ratchet 418 on the driving transmission member 407 is clamped with the inner pawl 419 on the inner driven transmission member 408 to form transmission fit, so that the inner driven transmission member 408 is driven to rotate, and the cleaning tray 403 is driven to lift, and at the moment, the outer driven transmission member 406 is separated from the driving transmission member 407, namely, no transmission is formed between the outer driven transmission member 406 and the driving transmission member 407.
In the present invention, the driving transmission 407 is driven by means of a power device (e.g., a motor, not shown in the drawings), so that only the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the power device need to be controlled to respectively perform the rotation operation of the rotating member 404 and the lifting operation of the cleaning tray 403.
In the present invention, the rotation and elevation driving mechanism further includes an elevation member including a transmission lever 409, a limit housing 412, a push block 413, and a tray connector 414, wherein a lower end of the transmission lever 409 is attached to the inner driven transmission member 408; the upper lever section of the transmission lever 409 is configured as a cylindrical cam lever body section 410, on the outside of which a lifting curve profile 411 is provided; the limit housing 412 is sleeved outside the cylindrical cam rod body section 410, and a bar-shaped limit groove 417 extending in the length direction thereof is provided on the side wall thereof; the bottom of the limit housing 412 is supported and connected to the side wall of the washing drum 402 by means of a support connection bar 415, and since the washing drum 402 is stationary, the limit housing 412 remains stationary, so that the push block 413 can be guided and limited by means of a bar-shaped limit slot 417 when the transmission lever 409 is rotated; the pushing block 413 extends into the limiting shell 412 from the strip-shaped limiting groove 417, and the end part of the pushing block 413 in the limiting shell 412 is in contact fit with the lifting curve profile 411 of the transmission rod 409; the upper part of the tray connecting piece 414 is fixedly connected with the cleaning tray 403, and the lower part is connected with the pushing block 413; when the inner driven transmission member 408 is driven to rotate, the transmission rod 409 rotates along with it, so that the rotation motion of the cylindrical cam rod body segment 410 is converted into the linear motion of the pushing block 413 along the strip-shaped limiting groove 417 under the guiding and limiting action of the strip-shaped limiting groove 417 on the pushing block 413, and the cleaning tray 403 can be driven to lift.
Preferably, in the present invention, the elevation curve profile 411 is configured to enable the pushing block 413 to reciprocate linearly in the length direction along the bar-shaped limit groove 417 with the continuous rotation of the transmission lever 409. The continuous rotation means that the transmission lever 409 rotates in the same rotation direction, that is, in the case where the transmission lever 409 does not need to change the rotation direction, the pushing block 413 can perform the linear reciprocating motion along the bar-shaped limit groove 417, thereby achieving the up-and-down lifting of the cleaning tray 403. Specifically, the construction of the lifting curve profile 411 may be designed with reference to the curve profile on the aforementioned drive lever.
That is, with the lifting member of the present invention, the lowering return of the cleaning tray 403 can be achieved without the need for the inner driven transmission member 408 to rotate in the opposite direction to the rotation direction thereof.
Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment, the bottom end of the limit housing 412 is mated with the rotating member 404 by means of a bearing element 416, in particular the bearing element 416 comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, the outer ring being attached to the rotating member 404 and the inner ring being connected to the bottom of the limit housing 412. This is so that when the rotating member 404 is operated to rotate, the limit housing 412 does not rotate or interfere, while the limit housing 412 forms a support by means of the rotating member 404.
