Claims (10)

1. The temperature and humidity control method for the test box is characterized in that the temperature and humidity of the test box are regulated by a high-temperature-level compressor and a low-temperature-level compressor, and the temperature and humidity control method comprises the following steps:
receiving an operation demand instruction of a test box;
according to the operation demand instruction, determining the temperature and humidity demand of the test box and the operation demand of a preset temperature and humidity curve;
controlling the working states of the high-temperature-level compressor and the low-temperature-level compressor according to the temperature and humidity requirements of the test box and the operation requirements of a preset temperature and humidity curve so as to adjust the temperature and humidity of the test box;
according to the temperature and humidity requirement of the test box and the operation requirement of a preset temperature and humidity curve, the working states of the high-temperature-level compressor and the low-temperature-level compressor are controlled, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the test box is determined to have no dehumidification requirement, and when the test box is determined to have no cooling requirement, determining whether the temperature of the test box is in a preset temperature range;
and if the temperature of the test box exceeds the preset temperature range, controlling the high-temperature-stage compressor and the low-temperature-stage compressor to work, and controlling the valve communicated with the high-temperature-stage compressor and the valve communicated with the low-temperature-stage compressor to be opened.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the operating states of the high-temperature-stage compressor and the low-temperature-stage compressor according to the temperature and humidity requirement of the test box and the operation requirement of the preset temperature and humidity curve comprises:
when the test box is determined to have no dehumidification requirement, and when the test box is determined to have no cooling requirement, determining whether the temperature of the test box is in a preset temperature range;
and if the temperature of the test chamber is within the preset temperature range, controlling the high-temperature-stage compressor to work, and controlling a valve communicated with the high-temperature-stage compressor to be opened.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the operating states of the high-temperature-stage compressor and the low-temperature-stage compressor according to the temperature and humidity requirement of the test box and the operation requirement of the preset temperature and humidity curve comprises:
when the test box is determined to have no dehumidification requirement and the test box is determined to have a cooling requirement, the high-temperature-level compressor and the low-temperature-level compressor are controlled to work, and the valve communicated with the high-temperature-level compressor and the valve communicated with the low-temperature-level compressor are controlled to be opened.

A temperature and humidity control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the test box further comprises a temperature sensor and a temperature and humidity control device, wherein the temperature sensor for collecting temperature is arranged in the test box, and the temperature and humidity control device of the test box is electrically connected with the temperature sensor to obtain the temperature of the test box; the temperature and humidity control device stores a preset temperature range in advance so as to determine whether the temperature of the test box is in the preset temperature range.

The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the operating states of the high-temperature-stage compressor and the low-temperature-stage compressor according to the temperature and humidity requirement of the test box and the operation requirement of the preset temperature and humidity curve comprises:
when the test box is determined to have a dehumidification requirement, determining whether the test box has an operation requirement of a preset temperature and humidity curve;
when the operation requirement of the test box on a preset temperature and humidity curve is determined, controlling the high-temperature-level compressor and the low-temperature-level compressor to work, and controlling the valve communicated with the high-temperature-level compressor and the valve communicated with the low-temperature-level compressor to be opened.

The method according to claim 5, wherein controlling the operating states of the high-temperature-stage compressor and the low-temperature-stage compressor according to the temperature and humidity requirement of the test box and the operation requirement of the preset temperature and humidity curve comprises:
when the test box is determined to have a dehumidification requirement, determining whether the test box has an operation requirement of a preset temperature and humidity curve;
when the operation requirement of the test box for not presetting a temperature and humidity curve is determined, controlling the high-temperature-stage compressor to work, and controlling a valve communicated with the high-temperature-stage compressor to be opened.
7. The method of claim 5-6, wherein the test chamber further comprises a drying and dehumidifying apparatus for controlling the dew point temperature of the air entering the chamber to below-40 ℃.

the state control module is used for controlling the working states of the high-temperature-level compressor and the low-temperature-level compressor according to the temperature and humidity requirements of the test box and the operation requirements of a preset temperature and humidity curve so as to adjust the temperature and humidity of the test box;
the state control module comprises a range determining unit and a fifth state control unit;
the range determining unit is used for determining whether the temperature of the test box is in a preset temperature range or not when the test box is determined to have no cooling requirement;
and the fifth state control unit is used for controlling the high-temperature-stage compressor and the low-temperature-stage compressor to work and controlling the valve communicated with the high-temperature-stage compressor and the valve communicated with the low-temperature-stage compressor to be opened if the temperature of the test box exceeds the preset temperature range.
