The deflector rod 31 is sheet-shaped, so that the contact area between the deflector rod 31 and fine particles is reduced.
The guide plate II is also included; the second guide plate 8 is arranged on the ventilating plate 7, and the second guide plate 8 is obliquely arranged in a way that the left side is high and the right side is low.
The invention works as follows:
the ventilation plate 7 is connected with an air pump;
first, the waste paper sheet 001 is fed between two crushing rollers 2 from the upper opening of the casing 1 by an operator, and the waste paper sheet 001 is crushed by the two crushing rollers 2 rotating in opposition while the waste paper sheet 001 is driven downward, thereby completing the crushing work of the waste paper sheet 001.
The crushed waste paper board 001 is divided into a large paper board, a small particle paper board and a small particle impurity; the weight of the small-particle paperboard is small, the small-particle impurities are soil blocks, and the small-particle paperboard is heavy and fragile;
in the crushing process, the electric rotating roller 3 is controlled to drive the deflector rod 31 on the electric rotating roller to rotate anticlockwise from the front to the back, and the large paperboard can be blocked from passing through because the distance between the deflector rods 31 is smaller than the size of the large paperboard, but the distance is larger than the sizes of the small particle paperboard and the small particle impurities, so that the small particle paperboard and the small particle impurities can pass through;
the small particle paper board and the small particle impurities can fall downwards through a gap between the deflector rods 31 and enter the separation plate 6 through an opening at the upper part of the separation plate 6, meanwhile, the air pump is controlled to blow air flow to the right part of the separation plate 6 through the ventilation plate 7, contact with the inner right cambered surface of the separation plate 6, flow along the curved curve of the separation plate 6, and finally flow out from a gap between the guide plate I4 and the inclined part 5a; in this process, the air flow is wrapped with the small particle paper board and the small particle impurities passing through the upper opening of the separating plate 6, and moves along with the air flow, because the small particle paper board is a plant fiber in nature, and the small particle impurities are powdery substances such as polymers of soil, the toughness of the small particle paper board is far stronger than that of the small particle impurities, under the condition of bearing the same impact force, the small particle paper board can be kept intact, the small particle impurities are scattered by a polymerized state, and the small particle paper board with smaller weight flows out to the discharge chute 1a along with the air flow from the gap between the guide plate I4 and the inclined part 5a and is collected; the small particle impurities with larger weight can continuously collide and rub with the separating plate 6 in the process of moving along with the airflow, so that the small particle impurities become powder from particles, enter the collecting part 5b from the through hole of the separating plate 6 and are cleaned subsequently, the crushed waste paper plate 001 is screened for multiple times, the small particle impurities in the crushed waste paper plate 001 can be smoothly screened out, the impurities mixed in the crushed waste paper plate 001 can be smoothly exposed after the waste paper plate 001 is crushed, at the moment, the impurities are cleaned, the better cleaning effect can be achieved, and the problem that the small particle impurities influence the mixing of paper pulp during the paper pulp production is avoided, so that the paper pulp production process is further influenced.
Meanwhile, in the process, the air flow is guided through the second guide plate 8, so that the air flow direction is more accurate, meanwhile, the air flow dispersion is avoided, the impact force of the air flow is increased, and the wrapping capacity of the air flow is improved.
It should be noted that, because the deflector rod 31 is in a sheet shape, when the deflector rod 31 rotates, the capability of stirring the large paper board is still maintained, but the probability of contacting the small particle paper board and the small particle impurities is greatly reduced, so that the small particle paper board and the small particle impurities are prevented from being discharged along with the large paper board, and normal screening and filtering operations are prevented from being affected.

Connecting the water hose 105 with a water pump;
a large amount of adhesive tape used when the carton is packaged is generally remained on the waste paper board 001, even if the adhesive tape is crushed along with the waste paper board 001, the crushed adhesive tape still has viscosity, when the crushed adhesive tape contacts the small particle paper board and the separating plate 6, one part of the crushed adhesive tape is adhered to the small particle paper board, and the other part of the crushed adhesive tape is adhered to the separating plate 6, so that the through holes on the separating plate 6 are blocked, and as the adhered adhesive tape is more and more small particle paper boards are accumulated on the separating plate 6, the airflow is blocked, and the small particle paper boards cannot be driven to move to a gap between the first guide plate 4 and the inclined part 5a, so that normal screening work is influenced;
therefore, before the waste paper plate 001 enters the crushing roller 2, the first moving block 102 is controlled to drive the first connecting plate 103 and the connecting parts thereof to move on the first guide rail 101 towards the area between the two crushing rollers 2, so that the first left connecting plate 103 and the first right connecting plate 103 move towards each other to be close to the waste paper plate 001, when the waste paper plate 001 is driven downwards by the crushing roller 2, the telescopic part of the electric push rod 1010 on the first connecting plate 103 is controlled to drive the second connecting plate 106, the connecting rod 107, the connecting strip 108 and the hook 109 to reciprocate in the front-back direction, the waste paper plate 001 is rubbed by the rough surface of the hook 109, and the residual adhesive tape on the waste paper plate 001 is rubbed off and hung on the hook 109, thereby the waste paper plate 001 is pretreated by the hook 109 before being crushed, the residual adhesive tape on the waste paper plate 001 is reduced, and the broken adhesive tape is prevented from blocking through holes on the separating plate 6, and normal screening work is affected;
when the hooks 109 rub the waste paper plate 001, the water pump is controlled to inject water into the water-through plate 104 through the water hose 105, and then water mist is sprayed to the surface of the waste paper plate 001 through the water spray holes 104a, so that the surface of the waste paper plate 001 is soaked, the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape can be reduced, the connection between fibers in the waste paper plate 001 becomes weaker after the waste paper plate 001 is soaked, the strength and durability of the waste paper plate 001 are reduced, and the waste paper plate 001 is easier to damage, therefore, when the hooks 109 rub the waste paper plate 001, the adhesion part of the waste paper plate 001 and the adhesive tape is quickly damaged, the hooks 109 sink into the adhesion part of the waste paper plate 001 and the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is quickly hooked or torn down, the adhesive tape is quickly separated from the waste paper plate 001, the residues of the adhesive tape on the waste paper plate 001 are further reduced, and the broken adhesive tape is prevented from blocking the through holes on the separating plate 6, and normal screening work is influenced.
After the hook 109 performs a period of tape removing operation, the first moving block 102 is controlled to drive the first connecting plate 103 to move in a direction away from the waste paper board 001, so that the hook 109 is located above the impurity discharging groove 100, then, the connecting rod 107 is controlled to drive the connecting strip 108 and the hook 109 to rotate in a direction of the water passing plate 104, so that an opening between the connecting strip 108 and the hook 109 is inclined downwards, then, water mist is sprayed from the water spraying hole 104a to the hook 109 to impact the adhesive tape hung on or stuck on the hook 109, after the adhesive tape contacts with the water mist, the adhesive tape can be reduced, so that the adhesive tape is separated from the hook 109, and the adhesive tape can be impacted downwards by the water mist, so that the adhesive tape passes through a gap between the crushing roller 2 and the box 1 and then falls into the impurity discharging groove 100, is discharged from the impurity discharging groove 100 and collected, and thus, the normal cleaning function of the hook 109 is not affected, and care is required to be taken that the adhesive tape can be reduced after the adhesive tape contacts with the water mist, and the adhesive tape can pass through the crushing roller 2 and the box 1 and the gap is not stuck on the inner wall of the crushing roller 2.
When the waste paper board 001 is recovered, transported and stored, if a great amount of dust and sand particles exist on the waste paper board 001, the water mist can cause the originally dried dust and sand particles to become slurry when the water mist is sprayed out of the water spraying holes 104a to wet the waste paper board 001, and the water mist is sunk into the waste paper board 001 under the rubbing action of the hooks 109, so that the dust and sand particles originally positioned on the surface layer of the waste paper board 001 enter the waste paper board 001 and are difficult to separate, and the part of dust and sand particles can influence the mixing of paper pulp during the subsequent paper pulp production;
therefore, before the water spray hole 104a sprays water mist to the waste paper board 001, the pump 202 is controlled to input air into the first connecting plate 103 through the air hose 201, then air flow is sprayed from the air outlet 103a to the surface of the waste paper board 001, dust and sand particles on the surface of the waste paper board 001 are blown upwards through the air flow, the dust and the sand particles are separated from the range of the box body 1, and dust is reduced by the dust reducing equipment arranged outside, so that the dust and the sand particles on the surface of the waste paper board 001 are removed before the water spray hole 104a sprays water mist to the waste paper board 001, and the dust and the sand particles which are originally positioned on the surface layer of the waste paper board 001 can be prevented from entering the waste paper board 001, and the problem of difficult separation is caused.
Because the water mist is sprayed to the surface of the waste paper plate 001 through the water spray holes 104a, the surface of the waste paper plate 001 is soaked to weaken the viscosity of the adhesive tape, and the excessive wetting of the waste paper plate 001 can affect the crushing work of the waste paper plate 001, so that the internal structure of the waste paper plate 001 does not generate wetting phenomenon, the water mist is not large, and the water mist is transferred to the surface of the waste paper plate 001 under the spraying action of the water spray holes 104a, so that the phenomenon of free overflow is hardly generated; in order to avoid excessive wetting of the waste paper board 001, the waste paper board 001 is prevented from contacting water at a position which should not contact water, water spraying through the water spraying holes 104a is controlled under the condition that the waste paper board 001 is crushed, or continuous crushing of the waste paper board 001 is ensured to continuously absorb water mist, and further, the phenomenon of free scattering of the water mist is avoided, so that almost no water mist enters the separating plate 6 through free scattering, and the separating plate 6 is basically in a dry state.
Therefore, after the waste paper board 001 is crushed, only the shallow surface layer has a slight wetting phenomenon, small particles mixed in the inside and the inside are in a dry state, the separating plate 6 is basically in a dry state, the slight wetting of the surface does not cause the waste paper board 001 to be excessively heavy or the structure to collapse, so that the crushed small particle paper board cannot move along with the air flow as in the embodiment 1, and the small particle impurity in the separating plate 6 in the dry state does not cause the viscosity to be increased after contacting the surface of the separating plate 6, so that the small particle impurity cannot be separated from the separating plate 6; the removal of the adhesive tape attached to the hooks 109 by means of the mist has in fact entered a maintenance phase of the device, which is eliminated during the cleaning maintenance of the surface of the separating plate 6, even if the mist enters the separating plate 6, and does not interfere with the normal production process.
Example 3

The mounting plate 301 is provided with two gaps 301a which are symmetrically distributed; the platen 305 is provided in a hollow structure; the left and right parts of the pressing plate 305 are respectively provided with a plurality of air outlet grooves 305a.
The second moving unit comprises a second guide rail 302 and a second moving block 303; the mounting plate 301 is provided with two symmetrically distributed guide rails II 302; each second guide rail 302 is slidably connected with a second moving block 303, and the two second moving blocks 303 are commonly connected with a rotating rod 304.
The device also comprises a driving motor 401 and a plunger 402; the box body 1 is provided with two driving motors 401 which are symmetrically distributed; the output shaft of each driving motor 401 is fixedly connected with a plurality of inserted bars 402, the inserted bars 402 are matched with the first connecting plate 103 on the corresponding side, the inserted bars 402 and the first connecting plate 103 are in an inserting state before the first connecting plate 103 is driven by the first moving block 102 to move, the inserted bars 402 and the first connecting plate 103 are in a separating state after the first connecting plate 103 is driven by the first moving block 102 to move, when the inserted bars 402 are inserted into the first connecting plate 103, and before the inserted bars 402 drive the first connecting plate 103 to rotate, the first connecting plate 103 and the first moving block 102 are in a clamping state, and after the first connecting plate 103 is driven by the inserted bars 402 to rotate, the first connecting plate 103 and the first moving block 102 are in a separating state.
Connecting the pressure plate 305 with an air pump;
when the length and width of the waste paper plate 001 exceed the upper opening of the box 1, the waste paper plate 001 cannot smoothly enter between the two crushing rollers 2 from the upper opening of the box 1;
therefore, when both the length and the width of the waste paper sheet 001 exceed the upper opening of the case 1, the waste paper sheet 001 is placed transversely over the two notches 301a as shown in fig. 9; then, the second front moving block 303 is controlled to drive the rotating rod 304 and the pressing plate 305 to move backwards on the second guide rail 302, so that the pressing plate 305 is in contact with the waste paper board 001, and the waste paper board 001 is pressed, so that the waste paper board 001 starts to be folded in half from the middle, meanwhile, the rotating rod 304 in front is controlled to drive the pressing plate 305 to rotate backwards, the middle of the front side surface of the waste paper board 001 is pressed, at the moment, the inserting rod 402 is inserted into the first connecting plate 103, the output shaft of the driving motor 401 is controlled to drive the inserting rod 402 and the first connecting plate 103 to rotate upwards, and the first two connecting plates 103 are pressed on the left part and the right part of the waste paper board 001 at the rear side surface of the waste paper board 001 while the middle of the waste paper board 001 is pressed through the front pressing plate 305, so that the waste paper board 001 is folded in half, the waste paper board 001 achieves a better folding effect, and the waste paper board 001 can smoothly enter between the two crushing rollers 2 from the upper opening of the box 1, and is crushed.
It should be noted that before the use of the carton, the sheet-shaped cardboard needs to be assembled first, the assembled carton is cuboid or square, and is divided into an inner face and an outer face, and the adhesive tape is generally attached to the outer face of the carton, so after the disassembly of the carton, the adhesive tape is only present on the face originally belonging to the inner face of the carton, and therefore, before the folding of the waste paper board 001, the face of the carton, on which the adhesive tape is not present, faces the pressing plate 305 first, so that the problem that the adhesive tape is difficult to clean is solved between the two folded waste paper boards 001 after the folding of the waste paper board 001.
After the waste paper plate 001 is folded in half, the control inserting rod 402 drives the first connecting plate 103 to restore to the initial position, so that the first connecting plate 103 is clamped with the first moving block 102, and the subsequent first connecting plate 103 can normally move along with the first moving block 102;
meanwhile, when the waste paper board 001 is attached to the pressing plate 305, the air pump is controlled to input air into the pressing plate 305, and then the air is blown out from the air outlet groove 305a to the surface of the waste paper board 001, dust and sand on the surface of the waste paper board 001 are cleaned in advance before the waste paper board 001 enters the box 1, and the cleaning difficulty of the air outlet hole 103a on the first connecting plate 103 is effectively reduced.
