The two cleaning blocks 53 are adapted to abut against the outer wall of the welding wire from the upper and lower ends, and the two cleaning blocks 53 can scrape the rust of the upper and lower ends of the welding wire, respectively, when the welding wire is driven to move horizontally. In order to achieve abutment of the cleaning block 53 with the welding wire, the adjusting motor 43 is adapted to drive the corresponding adjusting block 46 towards the welding wire so that the scraping groove 530 at the corresponding position can abut against the outer wall of the welding wire.
Referring to fig. 3, a probe 47 is fixed to a lower adjusting block 46, and the probe 47 is disposed vertically downward; the side wall of the fixing plate 41 is fixed with an inductor 48, the probe rod 47 is suitable for being inserted into the inductor 48, and the inductor 48 is suitable for detecting the distance between the two adjusting blocks 46. The cooperation of the probe rod 47 and the sensor 48 can detect the interval between the two transmission shafts 44 in the vertical direction in real time.
Referring to fig. 8, the welding assembly 3 includes: a welding cylinder 31, a horizontal support 32 and a welding gun 33, wherein the welding cylinder 31 is horizontally fixed on the workbench 1, and the horizontal support 32 is slidably arranged on the welding cylinder 31; the welding gun 33 is fixed on the horizontal support 32, and the welding gun 33 faces the workpiece. An induction meter 34 is fixed on the horizontal support 32, and the induction meter 34 is suitable for monitoring the distance between the welding gun 33 and the fixed work clamp 2. The arrangement of the sensor 34 can detect the distance between the welding gun 33 and the workpiece in real time, the sensor 34 is electrically connected with the welding cylinder 31, the data transmitted by the sensor 34 is sensed, and the telescopic travel of the welding cylinder 31 is regulated, so that the automatic welding of the welding gun 33 to the workpiece is realized, and the working efficiency is improved,

after the workpiece is placed on the fixed work clamp 2, the fixed work clamp 2 is suitable for clamping and fixing the workpiece to be welded;
the welding cylinder 31 drives the horizontal support 32 to move towards the direction of the fixed work clamp 2 until the welding gun 33 approaches the workpiece, and the sensor 34 is suitable for monitoring the distance between the welding gun 33 and the workpiece;
the welding wire moves towards the welding gun 33 through the space between each driving disc 51 and each driven disc 52, the driving motor 42 drives the driving discs 51 to circumferentially rotate, and the driving discs 51 drive the driven discs 52 to synchronously rotate so as to drive the welding wire to move towards the welding gun 33;
when the welding wire has a local outer diameter which is increased, the welding wire is suitable for pushing the corresponding driven disc 52, and the driven disc 52 is suitable for extruding the compression spring 55 and can slide outwards; the distance between the driven plate 52 and the corresponding driving plate 51 is increased, the driving plate 51 and the driven plate 52 can clamp welding wires from two sides, and the driving plate 51 and the driven plate 52 synchronously rotate circumferentially to be suitable for driving the welding wires to move;
when the local outer diameter of the welding wire is reduced, the compression spring 55 is suitable for pushing the driven disc 52 to slide towards the driving disc 51, the distance between the driven disc 52 and the driving disc 51 is reduced, the driving disc 51 and the driven disc 52 can clamp the welding wire from two sides, and the driving disc 51 and the driven disc 52 synchronously rotate circumferentially and are suitable for driving the welding wire to move;
the limiting block 54 is rotated outwards in the circumferential direction, so that the cleaning blocks 53 are positioned above or below the welding wires, and one cleaning block 53 positioned below the welding wires is pushed to move upwards until the scraping groove 530 abuts against the outer wall of the welding wires;
pushing another adjacent cleaning block 53 above the welding wire to move upwards until the scraping groove 530 abuts against the outer wall of the welding wire;
the other set of driving disks 51 and driven disks 52, which are disposed opposite to each other, are rotated circumferentially to drive the welding wire to move horizontally, and the scraping grooves 530 are capable of cleaning rust on the outer wall of the welding wire from above or below when the welding wire passes through the two cleaning blocks 53 in sequence.

Claims (9)
1. An automatic welding system for motor assembly, comprising:
the device comprises a workbench (1), a fixed work clamp (2), a welding assembly (3), a wire feeding assembly (4) and a plurality of cleaning adjusting pieces (5), wherein the fixed work clamp (2) is fixed on the workbench (1), and the fixed work clamp (2) is suitable for limiting a workpiece;
the welding assembly (3) is arranged on the workbench (1) in a sliding manner, and the welding assembly (3) is suitable for horizontally sliding towards the direction of the fixed work clamp (2) so as to weld workpieces;
the wire feeding assembly (4) is fixed on one side of the welding assembly (3), and the wire feeding assembly (4) is suitable for feeding welding wires to the welding assembly (3);
every two cleaning adjusting pieces (5) are symmetrically arranged, and the cleaning adjusting pieces (5) are rotatably arranged on the side wall of the wire feeding assembly (4);
wherein, when the welding wire passes through a plurality of cleaning adjusting pieces (5), the cleaning adjusting pieces (5) are suitable for cleaning rust on the outer wall of the welding wire;
when the local outer diameter of the welding wire is increased, the movable end of the cleaning adjusting piece (5) is pushed to slide outwards, so that the welding wire can smoothly move towards the welding assembly (3);
the cleaning adjustment member (5) comprises: the cleaning device comprises a driving disc (51), a driven disc (52), a cleaning block (53), a limiting block (54) and a compression spring (55), wherein the driving disc (51) is sleeved on the outer wall of a transmission shaft (44);
the driven disc (52) is arranged opposite to the driving disc (51), and the driven disc (52) is arranged on the transmission shaft (44) in a sliding manner;
the cleaning block (53) is fixed on the inner wall of the driven disc (52), and the cleaning block (53) is suitable for cleaning rust on the outer wall of the welding wire;
the limiting block (54) is in threaded fit with the transmission shaft (44), one end of the compression spring (55) is fixed on the outer wall of the driven disc (52), and the other end of the compression spring (55) is rotationally connected with the limiting block (54);
wherein, the limit block (54) is rotated circumferentially and is suitable for driving the driven disc (52) to slide along the axial direction of the transmission shaft (44);
the wire feeding assembly (4) comprises: the device comprises a fixed plate (41), a driving motor (42), an adjusting motor (43) and a plurality of transmission shafts (44), wherein the fixed plate (41) is vertically fixed on the workbench (1);
every two transmission shafts (44) are oppositely arranged, and the transmission shafts (44) are parallel to the workbench (1);
the cleaning adjusting piece (5) is sleeved on the outer wall of the transmission shaft (44);
the driving motor (42) is fixed on one side of the fixed plate (41) far away from the cleaning adjusting piece (5), and the driving motor (42) is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft (44);
the adjusting motor (43) is fixed on one side of the driving motor (42), and the adjusting motor (43) is suitable for driving two transmission shafts (44) in the vertical direction to slide in opposite directions or in opposite directions;
a pin key (45) is fixed on the outer wall of the transmission shaft (44), and a positioning groove (520) matched with the pin key (45) is formed in the inner ring of the driven disc (52);
wherein, the driven disc (52) moves towards the direction of the driving disc (51), and the transmission shaft (44) is suitable for driving the driving disc (51) and the driven disc (52) to synchronously rotate circumferentially after the pin key (45) is inserted into the positioning groove (520);
the driven plate (52) slides outwards, and the driving plate (51) can rotate circumferentially relative to the driven plate (52) after the pin key (45) is disengaged from the positioning groove (520).
2. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 1, wherein:
an accommodating groove (510) is formed in the inner wall of the driving disc (51), and the diameter of the accommodating groove (510) is larger than the outer diameter of the cleaning block (53); when the driven disc (52) is abutted with the driving disc (51), the cleaning block (53) is suitable for being inserted into the accommodating groove (510).
3. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 2, wherein:
a first conical surface (511) is formed on the outer ring of the inner wall of the driving disc (51);
a second conical surface (521) is formed on the outer ring of the inner wall of the driven disc (52), and the first conical surface (511) and the second conical surface (521) are suitable for being abutted with the outer wall of the welding wire.
4. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as recited in claim 3, wherein:
the side wall of the cleaning block (53) is provided with a scraping groove (530), the scraping groove (530) is arc-shaped, and the scraping groove (530) is suitable for cleaning rust on the outer wall of the welding wire.
5. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 4, wherein:
two adjusting blocks (46) are slidably arranged on one side, far away from the driving disc (51), of the fixed plate (41), and the transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on the adjusting blocks (46);
the two adjusting blocks (46) are in threaded fit with the conveying shaft of the adjusting motor (43);
wherein the adjusting motor (43) is suitable for driving the two adjusting blocks (46) to slide towards each other or away from each other.
6. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 5, wherein:
a probe rod (47) is fixed on one adjusting block (46) positioned below, and the probe rod (47) is vertically downward arranged;
the side wall of the fixing plate (41) is fixedly provided with an inductor (48), the probe rod (47) is suitable for being inserted into the inductor (48), and the inductor (48) is suitable for detecting the distance between two adjusting blocks (46).
7. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 6, wherein:
the welding assembly (3) comprises: the welding device comprises a welding cylinder (31), a horizontal support (32) and a welding gun (33), wherein the welding cylinder (31) is horizontally fixed on a workbench (1), and the horizontal support (32) is slidably arranged on the welding cylinder (31);
the welding gun (33) is fixed on the horizontal support (32), and the welding gun (33) faces to a workpiece.
8. An automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 7, wherein:
an induction instrument (34) is fixed on the horizontal support (32), and the induction instrument (34) is suitable for monitoring the distance between the welding gun (33) and the fixed work clamp (2).
9. A method of operating an automatic welding system for motor assembly, characterized by using an automatic welding system for motor assembly as defined in claim 8, comprising the steps of:
after the workpiece is placed on the fixed work clamp (2), the fixed work clamp (2) is suitable for clamping and fixing the workpiece to be welded;
the welding cylinder (31) drives the horizontal support (32) to move towards the direction of the fixed work clamp (2), and the induction instrument (34) is suitable for monitoring the distance between the welding gun (33) and the workpiece after the welding gun (33) approaches the workpiece;
the welding wire moves towards the welding gun (33) through the space between each driving disc (51) and each driven disc (52), the driving motor (42) drives the driving discs (51) to circumferentially rotate, and the driving discs (51) drive the driven discs (52) to synchronously rotate so as to drive the welding wire to move towards the welding gun (33);
when the local outer diameter of the welding wire is enlarged, the welding wire is suitable for pushing a corresponding driven disc (52), and the driven disc (52) is suitable for extruding a compression spring (55) and can slide outwards; the distance between the driven disc (52) and the corresponding driving disc (51) is increased, the driving disc (51) and the driven disc (52) can clamp welding wires from two sides, and the driving disc (51) and the driven disc (52) synchronously rotate circumferentially and are suitable for driving the welding wires to move;
when the local outer diameter of the welding wire is reduced, the compression spring (55) is suitable for pushing the driven disc (52) to slide towards the driving disc (51), the distance between the driven disc (52) and the driving disc (51) is reduced, the driving disc (51) and the driven disc (52) can clamp the welding wire from two sides, and the driving disc (51) and the driven disc (52) synchronously rotate circumferentially and are suitable for driving the welding wire to move;
the limiting block (54) is rotated outwards in the circumferential direction, so that the cleaning blocks (53) are positioned above or below the welding wire, and one cleaning block (53) positioned below the welding wire is pushed to move upwards until the scraping groove (530) is abutted against the outer wall of the welding wire;
pushing another adjacent cleaning block (53) above the welding wire to move upwards until the scraping groove (530) is abutted with the outer wall of the welding wire;
the other sets of driving disc (51) and driven disc (52) which are arranged oppositely rotate circumferentially to drive the welding wire to move horizontally, and when the welding wire sequentially passes through the two cleaning blocks (53), the scraping groove (530) can clean the rust on the outer wall of the welding wire from above or below.
