By providing the seal ring 21, it is possible to achieve sealing of the air passage formed by the fixed upper pipe 9 and the fixed lower pipe 10, and the upper sleeve 22 and the lower sleeve 23, and to prevent leakage of the gas.
Through the setting of light, can provide sufficient luminance when the intubate, illuminate the throat, make medical personnel can clearly observe air flue passageway, vocal cords and other throat structures. This is important for correctly positioning the laryngoscope and accurately judging the depth and direction of intubation, the camera 4 can capture the laryngeal image of the laryngoscope during intubation in real time or recorded video, and the display screen 3 displays fine structure and position details, so that the medical staff can operate more accurately.
Working principle: when in use, the laryngoscope blade 5 is sleeved at the bottom end of the laryngoscope body 1, when the laryngoscope blade 5 is inserted into the laryngoscope body 1, the fixed upper tube 9 and the external upper sleeve 22 in the laryngoscope body 1 are inserted into the fixed lower tube 10 and the lower sleeve 23 arranged on the laryngoscope blade 5, the inserting ring 20 positioned below the connecting ring 19 above is inserted into the connecting ring 19 below, the butt joint is realized, the sealing ring 21 can realize the sealing of the air passage formed by the fixed upper tube 9 and the fixed lower tube 10, the upper sleeve 22 and the lower sleeve 23 and prevent the leakage of air, the joint 15 is inserted into the adsorption tube 16 and the upper sleeve 22, so that sputum in the oral cavity of a patient is conveniently collected, at the moment, the operation of the air pump 8 is controlled by the display screen 3, the input end of the air pump 8 generates negative pressure when the air pump 8 is operated, sputum produced in the oral cavity of a patient is sucked into the collecting bag 14 through the negative pressure port 11 below the corrugated inner tube 18 connected with the lower sleeve 23 through the upper sleeve 22, because sputum, saliva and other respiratory secretions possibly accumulate in the oral cavity during the intubation process, the secretions can block the airway, the airway is blocked and the ventilation is not smooth, the sputum in the oral cavity can be sucked away through the negative pressure port 11, the smooth airway is maintained, the normal airflow is ensured, meanwhile, the output end of the air pump 8 is used for supplying air to the airway formed by the fixed upper tube 9 and the fixed lower tube 10 through the air inlet 17, the air bag 7 is inflated slowly, the space in the oral cavity of the patient is effectively expanded, the laryngoscope body 1 can enter the oral cavity and the throat better, a larger visual range is provided, meanwhile, the air bag 7 can provide soft support during inflation, the discomfort and pain of the patient are reduced, after the intubation is completed, the collection bag 14 is pulled out for cleaning and replacement.

1. A visualization laryngoscope, comprising:
the laryngoscope comprises a laryngoscope body (1), wherein a connecting wire (2) is arranged at the bottom of the laryngoscope body (1), a laryngoscope blade (5) is sleeved at the lower end of the laryngoscope body (1), a supporting block (6) is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the laryngoscope body (1), of the laryngoscope blade (5), and a supporting component is arranged at one end of the supporting block (6);
the opening assembly comprises an air pump (8), wherein the air pump (8) is positioned in the laryngoscope body (1), a fixed upper pipe (9) is arranged in the laryngoscope blade (5), a fixed lower pipe (10) is arranged below the fixed upper pipe (9), the fixed upper pipe (9) is communicated with the output end of the air pump (8), an air bag (7) is arranged at one end of the fixed lower pipe (10) in a communicating manner, and the air bag (7) is positioned above the supporting block (6);
the sputum aspirator is characterized by further comprising a sputum aspirator assembly, the sputum aspirator comprises an adsorption tube (16), the adsorption tube (16) is communicated with the input end of the air pump (8), an upper sleeve (22) is arranged below the adsorption tube (16), a lower sleeve (23) is arranged below the upper sleeve (22), a corrugated inner tube (18) is arranged inside the lower sleeve (23), and a negative pressure port (11) is formed in the outer end of the corrugated inner tube (18) in a communicating manner;
the fixed upper tube (9) is connected with the laryngoscope body (1), the fixed lower tube (10) is connected with the laryngoscope blade (5), the upper sleeve (22) is connected with the laryngoscope body (1) through the fixed ring (13), and the lower sleeve (23) is also connected with the laryngoscope blade (5) through the fixed ring (13);
one end of the laryngoscope blade (5) is provided with a collecting bag (14), one end of the collecting bag (14) is provided with two connectors (15), and the collecting bag (14) is respectively connected with an adsorption tube (16) and an upper sleeve (22) through the two connectors (15);
one end of the adsorption tube (16) is communicated with an air inlet (17), and an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the fixed upper tube (9);
a sliding groove is formed in one end of the lower sleeve (23), an adjusting block (12) is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding manner, the corrugated inner pipe (18) is fixedly connected with the adjusting block (12), and connecting components are arranged between the fixed upper pipe (9) and the fixed lower pipe (10) and between the upper sleeve (22) and the lower sleeve (23);
the number of the connecting components is two, each connecting component comprises two connecting rings (19), each connecting ring (19) is two, the two connecting rings (19) are respectively fixedly connected with an upper fixed pipe (9) and a lower fixed pipe (10), an upper sleeve (22) and a lower sleeve (23), clamping grooves are formed in one connecting ring (19), inserting rings (20) are formed in the bottom ends of the other connecting rings (19), and the two inserting rings (20) are respectively clamped with the corresponding connecting rings (19);
the bottom ends of the two inserting rings (20) are respectively provided with a sealing ring (21), the bottom ends of the connecting wires (2) are provided with cameras (4), and a lighting lamp is arranged above the cameras (4);
the laryngoscope is characterized in that a display screen (3) is arranged on the front side of the laryngoscope body (1), and a controller is arranged in the display screen (3).
