Fig. 1 is an exemplary system architecture 100 for System Architecture Evolution (SAE). A User Equipment (UE) 101 is a terminal device for receiving data. An evolved universal terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) 102 is a radio access network including macro base stations (enodebs/nodebs) providing an access radio network interface for UEs. The Mobility Management Entity (MME) 103 is responsible for managing the UE's mobility context, session context and security information. Serving Gateway (SGW) 104 mainly provides the functions of the user plane, and MME 103 and SGW 104 may be in the same physical entity. The packet data network gateway (PGW) 105 is responsible for charging, lawful interception, etc. functions, and may also be in the same physical entity as the SGW 104. A Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) 106 provides quality of service (QoS) policies and charging criteria. The general packet radio service support node (SGSN) 108 is a network node device in the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) that provides a route for the transmission of data. A Home Subscriber Server (HSS) 109 is a home subsystem of the UE and is responsible for protecting user information including the current location of the user equipment, the address of the service node, user security information, packet data context of the user equipment, etc.
Fig. 2 is an exemplary system architecture 200 according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. Other embodiments of the system architecture 200 can be used without departing from the scope of this disclosure.
A User Equipment (UE) 201 is a terminal device for receiving data. The next generation radio access network (NG-RAN) 202 is a radio access network including base stations (gnbs or enbs connected to a 5G core network 5GC, also called NG-gnbs) providing access radio network interfaces for UEs. An access control and mobility management function (AMF) 203 is responsible for managing the mobility context of the UE, and security information. The User Plane Function (UPF) 204 mainly provides the functions of the user plane. The session management function entity SMF205 is responsible for session management. The Data Network (DN) 206 contains services such as operators, access to the internet, and third party traffic, among others.
In NR (New Radio access), in order to extend the coverage of the network, a relay network architecture, IAB (Integrated Access and Backhaul), is proposed. The architecture introduces an anchor node (donor/anchor node) and a relay node (e.g., IAB node). The anchor node may be a stand-alone base station or a base station consisting of a centralized unit CU (IAB-donor central unit) and a distributed unit DU (IAB-donor distributed unit). The relay node comprises a mobile terminal function (Mobile terminal function) for communicating with a node at a higher level of the relay node and a distribution unit function (Distributed terminal function) (in another example, it may also be described that the relay node comprises a mobile terminal part and a distribution unit part) for communicating with a node at a lower level of the relay node, and the distribution unit part establishes a connection with the anchor node and serves users accessing the distribution unit part. The network comprising IAB nodes is a relay network and current research is beginning to consider the movement of relay nodes in order to further extend the coverage of the network, e.g. to deploy a relay node on a vehicle in order to let the relay node serve subscribers on the vehicle.
In an NR system, to support network function virtualization, more efficient resource management and scheduling, a base station (gNB/ng-eNB) providing a wireless network interface for a terminal (UE) can be further divided into a centralized unit gNB-CU/ng-eNB-CU (gNB central unit/ng-eNB central unit) and a distributed unit gNB-DU/ng-eNB-DU (gNB distributed unit/ng-eNB distributed unit) (abbreviated CU and DU in the present invention), as shown in FIG. 3 (a). The gNB-CU has Radio Resource Control (RRC), service data adaptation protocol (SDAP: service Data Adaptation Protocol), packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) protocol layers, etc., and the ng-eNB-CU has RRC, PDCP layers. The gNB-DU/ng-eNB-DU has a radio link control protocol (RLC), medium Access Control (MAC), physical layer, etc. A standardized public interface F1 is arranged between the gNB-CU and the gNB-DU, and a standardized public interface W1 is arranged between the ng-eNB-CU and the ng-eNB-DU. The F1 interface is divided into a control plane F1-C and a user plane F1-U. The transport network layer of F1-C is based on IP transport. For more reliable signaling transmission, SCTP protocols are added over IP. The protocol of the application layer is F1AP, see 3gpp ts38.473.SCTP may provide reliable application layer messaging. The transport layer of F1-U is UDP/IP, and GTP-U is used to carry user plane protocol data units PDU above UDP/IP. Further, as shown in fig. 3 (b), for the gNB-CU, the gNB-CU may include a gNB-CU-CP (control plane part of a centralized unit of a base station) and a gNB-CU-UP (user plane part of a centralized unit of a base station), where the gNB-CU-CP includes functions of a control plane of the base station, has RRC and PDCP protocol layers, and the gNB-CU-UP includes functions of a user plane of the base station, has SDAP and PDCP protocol layers. Between the gNB-CU-CP and the gNB-CU-UP is a standardized public interface E1, the protocol is E1AP, see 3GPP TS38.463. The interface between the control plane part of the central unit of the base station and the distribution unit of the base station is an F1-C interface, namely an F1 control plane interface, and the interface between the user plane part of the central unit of the base station and the distribution unit of the base station is an F1-U interface, namely an F1 user plane interface. In addition, in the NR system, a base station providing the E-UTRA user plane and the control plane, which accesses the 5G core network, is called a ng-eNB, and in order to support virtualization, such a base station (ng-eNB) may be further divided into a centralized unit ng-eNB-CU (gNB central unit/ng-eNB central unit) and a distributed unit ng-eNB-DU (gNB distributed unit/ng-eNB distributed unit) (abbreviated CU and DU in the present invention) as shown in fig. 3 (c). The ng-eNB-CU has an RRC, PDCP layer. The gNB-DU/ng-eNB-DU has a radio link control protocol (RLC), medium Access Control (MAC), physical layer, etc. Between the ng-eNB-CU and the ng-eNB-DU is a standardized public interface W1. The W1 interface is divided into a control plane W1-C and a user plane W1-U. The transport network layer of W1-C is based on IP transport. For more reliable signaling transmission, SCTP protocols are added over IP. The protocol of the application layer is W1AP, see 3gpp ts 37.473. The transport layer of the W1-U is UDP/IP, and the GTP-U is used for bearing user plane protocol data units PDU above UDP/IP.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic architecture of a multi-hop relay network (IAB network), in which a network architecture comprising an anchor node (e.g. IAB node/anchor) and two relay nodes (e.g. IAB node, IAB node) is shown. Users in the multi-hop network can access the network through the anchor node or the distribution unit of the anchor node or the relay node, for example, the users 1/2/3 respectively access the relay network through the distribution unit of the anchor node, the distribution unit part of the relay node 1 and the distribution unit part of the relay node 2. The mobile terminal function of the relay node is used to communicate with a node at a higher level of the relay node (e.g., the mobile terminal part of the relay node 1 is used to communicate with the anchor node or the distribution unit of the anchor node, the mobile terminal part of the relay node 2 is used to communicate with the distribution unit part of the relay node 1), and the distribution unit part of the relay node is used to communicate with a node at a lower level of the relay node (e.g., the distribution unit part of the relay node 1 is used to communicate with the user 2, or may be used to communicate with the mobile terminal part of the relay node 2). The mobile terminal part of the relay node can be regarded as a user accessing the network, and thus has the function of a normal user (not a relay node) (e.g., the mobile terminal part can establish an SRB with its upper node to send RRC messages, and can also establish DRB to send data). The centralized unit of the anchor node includes the protocol stacks: the protocol stack of the service control plane includes a Radio Resource Control (RRC) protocol layer and a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) layer, and the protocol stack of the service user plane includes a service data adaptation protocol (SDAP: service Data Adaptation Protocol) layer and a PDCP layer. The distribution unit of the anchor node or the distribution unit part of the relay node includes a protocol stack including: the protocol stacks of the service control plane and the user plane include a Radio Link Control (RLC) protocol layer, a Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol layer, and a physical layer (PHY). The interfaces between the concentration unit of the anchor node and the distribution unit of the anchor node, and between the concentration unit of the anchor node and the distribution unit of the relay node are F1 interfaces (see 3gpp ts 38.473).
In the relay network, a link between the relay node and the anchor node or the distribution unit of the anchor node is a Backhaul link (Backhaul link), and one or more different Backhaul link channels (Backhaul channels) are established on the Backhaul link, such as Backhaul link channel 1 and Backhaul link channel 2 in fig. 4. An example of a backhaul link channel is a backhaul link radio link control protocol layer (RLC: radio Link Control) channel, backhaul RLC channel. In a relay network, each backhaul link channel may be used to transmit data packets belonging to the same user or different users. The data packet may be a data packet of a user data radio bearer (DRB: data Radio Bearer), a data packet of a user signaling radio bearer (SRB: signaling Radio Bearer), a data packet of a control plane on an F1 interface, a data packet of a user plane on an F1 interface, or a data packet of a non-F1 interface (such as an IPSec data packet, a data packet of an SCTP protocol, a data packet of OAM, etc.).
In order to achieve transmission of user data in a multi-hop relay network, 3GPP defines a new protocol layer, i.e. a backhaul adaptation protocol layer (BAP: backhaul Adaptation layer), which is configured in the distribution unit of the anchor node and the relay node (e.g. the mobile terminal part of the relay node and/or the distribution unit part of the relay node), above the RLC layer, and mainly functions in routing of data packets and mapping of data packets. In order to perform the transmission of the user data between the relay node and the anchor node, the configuration of the backhaul link and the configuration of the F1 interface between the distribution unit portion of the relay node and the anchor node need to be completed, and these configurations include, but are not limited to, types such as BAP address, route configuration (such as route identification information indicating different transmission routes, including BAP address and path identification of the destination receiving node in this information), configuration of the backhaul link channel, configuration of the tunnel, configuration of the backhaul link for the tunnel, and the like.
After the NR enters the relay network, a scenario when the relay node is fixed is mainly considered. However, as the research is further developed, the latest research has begun to consider the movement of relay nodes. During the movement, the relay node needs to frequently replace the connected anchor node. Because many users may be accessed under the relay node, such movement necessarily causes a large signaling overhead, and also interrupts the transmission of user data. In order to solve this problem, there has been a scheme in which a distribution unit portion of a relay node is connected to the same anchor node, and a mobile terminal portion of the relay node makes a change of a serving cell. This can eliminate the signaling overhead associated with the distributed element portion and reduce the time of data interruption. However, this method is still given without the relay node moving. This approach may lead to the possibility that the data transmission of the relay node is not configurable after the movement of the relay node. This is because the change of the serving cell of the mobile terminal of the relay node and the control of the distribution unit of the relay node are managed by two different entities. In this way, the mobile terminal part of the relay node is moved to a node unknown to the node to which the distribution unit of the relay node is connected, and thus the data transmission of the relay node cannot be configured. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of ensuring continuous data transmission between the distributed unit part of the relay node and the centralized unit part of the connected anchor node in the moving process of the relay node.

The scheme of the invention is applicable to relay nodes of other structures, and in one embodiment, another possible structure of a relay node is that it includes a mobile terminal part and a base station part, and an interface of the base station part and an anchor node (or a centralized unit part of the anchor node) is an Xn/X2 interface.
■ In the present invention, a PCell (primary cell) is a cell serving a node when the node is in a single connection (remains connected to only one node or distribution unit), and a PSCell (primary secondary cell) is a cell serving the node when the node is in a dual connection.
The node related to the invention comprises:
■ The first node: the relay node comprises two parts, a first part is used for the relay node to access the network, a first entity called a first node, and a second part is used for serving other users, and a second entity called the first node. In one example, the relay node is an IAB node, i.e. comprising an MT part and a DU part, the first entity of the first node is the MT part and the second entity of the first node is the DU part, and in another embodiment, the relay node is a node with base station functionality, i.e. comprising an MT part and a base station part, the first entity of the first node is the MT part and the second entity of the first node is the base station part.
■ And a second node: the base station, or a centralized unit of base stations, or a control plane portion of a centralized unit of base stations, to which the second node is directed is a node to which the first node is connected, in one embodiment the second node is a node that establishes an RRC connection with the first node (or a first entity of the first node), in another embodiment the second node is a node that establishes an interface (e.g., an F1 interface, an Xn/X2 interface) with the first node (a second entity of the first node), and in another embodiment the second node is a node that establishes both an interface and an RRC connection with the first node. Specifically, the second node may be an anchor node of the first node, or may be a node with an anchor node function

Specifically, the third node may be an anchor node of the first node, or may be a node with an anchor node function
■ Fourth node: the base station, or a centralized unit of base stations, or a control plane portion of a centralized unit of base stations, the base station to which the fourth node is directed is a node to which the first node is connected, in one embodiment the fourth node is a node that establishes an RRC connection with the first node (or a first entity of the first node), in another embodiment the fourth node is a node that establishes an interface (e.g., an F1 interface, an Xn/X2 interface) with the first node (a second entity of the first node), and in another embodiment the fourth node is a node that establishes both an interface and an RRC connection with the first node. Specifically, the fourth node may be an anchor node of the first node, or may be a node with an anchor node function
In addition, the second node, the third node, and the fourth node may be different nodes, or any two of them may be the same node, or all three may be the same node. In the present invention, the second node may be referred to as an interface-termination (interface-termination) node, and the third node or the fourth node may be referred to as a non-interface-termination (non-interface-termination) node.
In the following description, taking an example that the first node is an IAB node, the interface established by the second entity of the first node is an F1 interface. The solution described in the present invention is applicable to other types of relay nodes, and the following description about the F1 interface is also applicable to other types of interfaces established by the second entity of the first node and the second node/third node/fourth node.
In a relay network, one possible connection is that the node to which the F1 interface of the relay node terminates is a different node than the node to which the RRC connection of the relay node terminates. As shown in fig. 5, the F1 interface of the first node (relay node) is terminated to the second node (the F1 interface is established between the first node and the second node), and the RRC connection of the first node is terminated to the first nodeThree nodes (RRC connection is established between the first node and the third node), and data transmission on the F1 connection and the RRC connection is performed through the cell controlled by the third node. The first node and the third node may be directly connected, or may be connected through one or more intermediate nodes (e.g., a distribution unit of a base station, or other relay nodes). In the present invention, this manner of data transmission may be referred to asCross-topology data transfer (inter-topology data transport) or cross-network data Conveying device: indicating that data transmission between two nodes needs to be performed in a network (or topology) managed by other nodes. As shown in fig. 5, the data transmission between the first node and the second node (e.g., the data transmission related to the F1 interface) needs to be performed in a network managed by the third node (i.e., a network between the third node and the first node, where the network may include one or more intermediate nodes, such as relay nodes). In order to complete the data transmission over the F1 interface, the third node needs to configure its communication link with the first node.
During the transmission of cross-topology data, the cells to which the first node is connected may change or increase, and the involved scenarios may include the following, as shown in fig. 6:
a) Scene one: cell change in a base station
The cell to which the first node is connected is changed, as shown in fig. 6 (a), the cell to which the first node is connected is changed from cell1 to cell 2, and both cell1 and cell 2 belong to the cell of the third node, which cells 1 and 2 can be regarded as PCell of the first node
b) Scene II: cell change between base stations
The cell to which the first node is connected is changed, as shown in fig. 6 (b), the cell to which the first node is connected is changed from cell1 to cell 2, and cell1 and cell 2 belong to a third node and a fourth node, respectively, which cells 1 and 2 can be regarded as PCell of the first node
c) Scene III: PSCell increase in base station
The cells accessed by the first node are increased, as shown in fig. 6 (c), and a new cell, such as PSCell1, is added to the first node by the third node, and the addition of the cell makes the first node establish dual connection with the nodes under the third node
d) Scene four: PSCell increase between base stations
The cells accessed by the first node are increased, as shown in fig. 6 (d), a new cell, such as PSCell1, is added to the first node by the third node, and the new cell is a cell under the fourth node, and the addition of the cell makes the first node establish dual connection with the third node and the fourth node
e) Scene five: PScell change in base station
The cell to which the first node is connected changes, and as shown in fig. 6 (e), the first node establishes dual connection with a different node under the third node, in which case the PSCell to which the first node is connected changes, and the new PSCell belongs to the cell controlled by the third node
f) Scene six: PSCell change between base stations
The cell to which the first node is connected changes, and as shown in fig. 6 (f), the first node establishes a dual connection with the third node and the fourth node, in which case the PSCell to which the first node is connected changes and the new PSCell belongs to the cell controlled by the fourth node
In the above scenario, the change or addition of the serving cell of the first node is performed by the third node, for example, in the first scenario and the second scenario, the third node initiates the cell change procedure, in the third scenario and the fourth scenario, the third node initiates the PSCell addition procedure, and in the fifth scenario and the sixth scenario, the third node initiates the PSCell change procedure. Such a change or addition of cells may result in a change of the configuration of the data transmission over the F1 interface between the first node and the second node, since the data transmission of the F1 interface of the first node and the second node is performed through the cell to which the first node has access. If the cells accessed by the first node belong to a third node, the data transmission of the F1 interface is required to be configured through the third node; if the cells accessed by the first node belong to the fourth node, the data transmission of the F1 interface is required to be configured through the fourth node; if the cell to which the first node is connected belongs to the third and fourth node respectively, the data transmission of the F1 interface needs to be configured by the third node and the fourth node, and further these configurations need to interact with the second node, since the second node is the receiver or sender of the data on the F1 interface and the second node needs to configure the first node according to these configurations.
In order to support the first node to perform the above cross-topology data transmission, configuration information interaction related to the data transmission of the first node needs to be performed between the base stations, and for convenience of description, the present invention defines data configuration information, that is:
data configuration informationThe information includes at least one of the following:
■ The identification information of the data, the information identifying the configured data, the identification information of the data stream, the identification of the tunnel, the identification of the bearer, the address information of the transport layer, the route identification information of the transport, the address information of the adaptation layer. ■ Outputting route identification information, such as Egress BAP routing ID, which indicates a BAP routing ID added to the data when the first node transmits the data, which in one embodiment is a route to which the upstream data transmitted by the first node belongs, which in another embodiment is a route to which the downstream data transmitted by the first node belongs, which in one embodiment is a route to which the downstream data transmitted by the first node belongs;

■ The node sending the information may be a node having an interface (such as an F1 interface) with the relay node, or may be a node having no interface (such as an F1 interface) with the relay node, where the information includes configuration information used when transmitting data on the interface (F1 interface) of the relay node in the network managed by the sending node, or configuration information used when transmitting data on the interface (F1 interface) of the relay node in the network managed by the other node. In the above scenario, in one example, the " Data configuration information"is the second node transmits to the third node or the fourth node, in another example, the"Data configuration information"is the third node or the fourth node transmits to the second node, in another example, the"Data configuration confidence Rest"is the third node transmitting to the fourth node, or the fourth node transmitting to the third node, in another example," the third node:data distribution Information setting"is information forwarded by the third node from the fourth node, in another embodiment the"Data configuration information"is information forwarded by the third node from the second node. Further, if the "Data configuration information"is generated by a node having an interface (such as an F1 interface) with the relay node (if the information is information forwarded by the third node from the second node, the information is also considered to be generated by the node having an interface with the relay node), the" identification information of the input backhaul link channel "included in the information is a channel used when the first node receives uplink data," the "identification information of the output backhaul link channel" is a channel used when the first node sends downlink data, "the" input route identification information "is a route to which the uplink data received by the first node belongs, the information may be included in an uplink data packet, the" output route identification information "is a route to which the downlink data sent by the first node belongs, and the information may need to be included in a downlink data packet; if the' Data configuration information"is by and relaysThe node without an interface (such as F1 interface) generates (if the information is information forwarded by the third node from the fourth node, it is also considered that the information is generated by a node without an interface with the relay node), the "identification information of the input backhaul link channel" included in the information is a channel used when the first node receives downlink data, the "identification information of the output backhaul link channel" is a channel used when the first node receives uplink data, the "input route identification information" is a route to which the downlink data received by the first node belongs, the information may be included in a downlink data packet, the "output route identification information" is a route to which the uplink data sent by the first node belongs, and the information may need to be included in the uplink data packet.
The invention relates to two transfer methods of relay nodes:
■ Partial migration (Partial migration): in this method, only partial migration of data occurs on the relay node, in one embodiment, RRC connection of the mobile terminal portion of the relay node is migrated (e.g., a cell to which the relay node is connected is changed), but connection of the F1 interface of the distribution unit portion of the relay node is not migrated, and fig. 5 shows partial migration
■ Complete migration (Full migration): in this way, the data on the relay node is completely migrated, and in one embodiment, the RRC connection of the mobile terminal portion of the relay node is migrated (e.g., the cell to which the relay node is connected is changed), and the connection of the F1 interface of the relay node is also migrated to the node serving the cell of the relay node.
The signalling flow to which the present invention relates may be regarded as an interaction between two network nodes (a first network node and a second network node), which may be a second node and a third node, or a third node and a fourth node, respectively, or a second node and a fourth node, respectively, or a first node and a second node, respectively, etc. The signaling interaction flow is to configure the relay node to transmit cross-topology data, specifically, the signaling flow is to configure the relay node to transmit data with the anchor node through a network managed by other nodes (i.e. configure the relay node to transmit data across the network (topology)), and may include the following two steps, as shown in fig. 7:

Step 2 may be triggered by step 1, may be responsive to step 1, or steps 1 and 2 may be performed separately.
For details of the information contained in the first message and the second message, please see the following description of four aspects, which describe different implementations of the step 1 and the step 2 in different scenarios, respectively.
First aspect: selection of a target serving cell for a first node
The procedure is mainly used for selecting a new target serving cell (PCell or PSCell) for the first node, where the new target serving cell and the serving cell of the current first node may belong to the same base station or may belong to different base stations. The scene referred to by the flow may be any one of the above-described scenes one/two/three/four/five/six. In these scenarios, the current serving cell of the first node is the cell managed by the third node. According to the prior art, a new serving cell of the first node should be determined by the third node, but this may have a problem that if the target serving cell selected by the third node is a serving cell belonging to the fourth node, it is not known whether the fourth node serves the data transmission between the first node and the second node (e.g. there is no interface between the second node and the fourth node, so that configuration between the second node and the fourth node is impossible), which results in a problem that the selected target cell is not suitable.
Before introducing the solution, the present invention defines a "service area": the service area may include one or more nodes (if an interface is established between a first node and a second node, the nodes in the service area can interact with the second node to complete data transmissions over the interface via a network managed by the nodes in the area) or one or more cells (if an interface is established between a first node and a second node, the nodes serving the cells can complete data transmissions over the interface with the second node via a network managed by the serving nodes of the cells in the area). In one embodiment, the service area is associated with a node, such as a second node, and nodes in the service area (or nodes serving cells in the area) may interact with the second node (or have interfaces with the second node, such as an Xn/X2 interface) to complete data transmission between the first node and the second node, so that the nodes (or cells) contained in the service areas associated with different nodes may be different; in one embodiment, the service area is associated with a cell; in another embodiment, the service area is not associated with a node, any two nodes (or service nodes of any two cells) within the service area can interact to configure data transmission of the first node, and in one embodiment, the service area is not associated with a cell, and nodes serving any two cells within the service area can interact to configure data transmission of the first node. Specifically, as an example, the service area may be named as a partial migration service area, and the cross-topology data transmission service area, that is, the node in the service area (or the service node of the cell in the service area) can configure the relay node that performs the partial migration, or configure the relay node to perform the cross-topology data transmission.
In order to solve the problem of unsuitable target serving cell selection, the present invention proposes the following possible method.
1) The method comprises the following steps: second node decision
In the method, the third node provides an alternative serving cell or an alternative fourth node for the second node, and then the second node determines the target serving cell or the fourth node and notifies the third node. Specifically, this embodiment includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 8 (a):
step 1-a-1: the third node sends a first configuration message to the second node, the message serving to inform information about the serving cell of the first node, the message comprising at least one of:
■ Identification information of the target node, the information indicating a node selected by the third node to serve the first node
■ Information of candidate serving nodes providing identification information of one or more nodes selected by the third node to be capable of serving the first node
■ Identification information of the target cell, which indicates the cell selected by the third node to serve the first node, wherein the cell may be a PCell or a PSCell, and the identification information may be PCI and/or frequency information, or NCGI, or ECGI, or other information capable of identifying a cell
■ Information of candidate cells, which provides identification information of one or more cells selected by the third node to be capable of serving the first node, the cells being candidate cells for PCell or candidate cells for PSCell, the information including at least one of the following information:
■ The identification information of a cell, such as PCI and/or frequency information, NCGI, ECGI, or other information that can identify a cell
■ Measurement result information of cells, such as RSRP information, RSRQ information, etc
■ Information of cell load
■ Identification information of base station where cell is located
Step 1-a-2: the second node sends a first configuration response message to the third node for confirming the target node or cell selected by the third node (e.g., the node or cell identified by the identification information of the target node or the identification information of the target cell in step 1-a-1), and/or the message functions to inform the second node of the selected node or cell serving the first node, the message including at least one of the following information:
■ Identification information of the first service node identifying the node selected by the second node to be able to serve the first node, in one embodiment selected based on the "information of candidate service node" in step 1-a-1
■ Information of an optional serving node indicating identification information of one or more nodes selected by the second node to be able to serve the first node. In one embodiment, the information is selected based on the "candidate serving node information" in step 1-a-1
■ Identification information of the first serving cell, or identification information of the target node, which identifies identification information of a cell selected by the second node to be capable of serving the first node. In one embodiment, the information is selected based on the "candidate cell information" in step 1-a-1
■ Information of the selectable cell, or the identification information of the target cell, which indicates the identification information of one or more cells selected by the second node to be able to serve the first node. In one embodiment, the information is selected based on the "candidate cell information" in step 1-a-1
In the above method, if the second node cannot determine the appropriate target cell according to the information received in step 1-a-1, that is, the target cell selected by the second node may result in failure to transmit the data between the first node and the second node through the cell selected by the third node, migration of the F1 interface of the first node is required, and for details, see the fourth aspect of the present invention.
The method has the technical effects that the third node can obtain the information of the proper target cell through negotiation with the second node, so that the proper service cell is configured for the first node, the service node of the service cell can interact with the second node to configure the transmission of the cross-network (topology) data of the first node, the situation that the service node of the selected service cell cannot configure the cross-network (topology) data transmission of the first node is avoided, and the interruption of the data transmission is reduced.
The first configuration message and the first configuration response message may be messages of the existing Xn/X2 interface, or may be newly defined messages.
2) The second method is as follows: third node decision
In the method, the selection of the serving cell of the first node is determined entirely by the third node. However, in order to select a suitable serving cell, the third node refers to some assistance information from the second node, and this embodiment includes the following steps, as in fig. 8 (b):
step 1-b-1: the second node sends a second configuration message to the third node, which in one embodiment is the node with the F1 interface with the first node, the third node being the node where the RRC connection of the first node is located. In another embodiment, the second node and the third node are any two nodes. The message serves to provide configuration information about the serving relay node (e.g. the first node) to the third node, the message comprising at least one of the following information:
■ Node configuration information, which in one embodiment is configuration information of a second node, and in another embodiment, if the "second configuration message" is sent by another node, the information is configuration information of a sending node, where the information includes at least the following information:
■ Identification information of node
■ Identification information of service area to which node belongs
■ Identification information of service area associated with the node
■ Identification information of a node contained in a service area associated with the node
■ Identification information of cells contained in service area associated with the node
■ Information of a served cell, the information comprising at least one of:
identification information of cells
Identification information of the service area to which the diamond-like carbon belongs
Identification information of service area associated with the cell
Identification information of nodes included in service area associated with the cell
Identification information of cells included in service area associated with the cell
■ Identification information of a second serving node indicating identification information of one or more other nodes that can serve the first node, in one embodiment the node identified by the information is a node that interfaces with the second node, in another embodiment the node identified by the information is a node that can interact with the second node to configure information to serve the first node, in another embodiment the node identified by the information is a node that can support cross-topology data transfer of the first node in conjunction with the second node
■ Identification information of a second serving cell indicating identification information of one or more cells that can serve the first node, in one embodiment the serving node of the cell identified by the information is a node that interfaces with the second node, in another embodiment the serving node of the cell identified by the information is a node that can interact with the second node to configure information to serve the first node, in another embodiment the serving node of the cell identified by the information is a node that can support cross-topology data transfer of the first node in conjunction with the second node
Further, the step 1-b-1 is described by taking interaction between the second node and the third node as an example, and in an actual system, the step may be performed between any two nodes, and the information included in the second configuration message is information on the transmitting node side
Based on the information in step 1-b-1, the third node may decide to serve the cell of the first node, thereby configuring the serving cell for the first node.
In the above method, if the third node cannot determine the appropriate target cell, the cell selected by the third node will cause that the data between the first node and the second node cannot be transmitted through the cell selected by the third node, and at this time, migration of the F1 interface of the first node is required, for details, see the fourth aspect of the present invention.
The method has the technical effects that the third node can select a proper target cell according to the auxiliary information provided by the second node, so that the service node of the target cell can interact with the second node to configure the transmission of the cross-network (topology) data of the first node, the situation that the service node of the selected target cell cannot configure the transmission of the cross-network (topology) data of the first node is avoided, and the interruption of the data transmission is reduced.
The second configuration message may be a message of an existing Xn/X2 interface, such as an Xn/X2 Setup Request, an Xn/X2 Setup Response, configuration update, configuration update acknowledge, or a newly defined message, such as an inter-topology transport modification Request/required message, an inter-topology transport modification acknowledge/confirm message, etc.
Second aspect: configuration of target serving cell of first node
When the third node selects the target serving cell of the first node, the third node may perform configuration of the cell for the first node according to the following procedure:
process 1: a handover or migration procedure of a first node, one of the purposes of which is to change the PCell serving the first node.
In one embodiment, the process may occur in a topology managed by the third node (e.g., scenario one), and the related flow is a handover flow in the central unit, which is not described herein. In another embodiment, the procedure may occur between the third node and the fourth node (e.g., scenario two, i.e., changing a cell managed by the third node by the PCell of the first node to a cell managed by the fourth node), and the involved procedure is a handover/migration procedure between the centralized units.
Process 2: the addition procedure of the PSCell of the first node, one of the purposes of this procedure is to configure one PSCell for the first node.
In one embodiment, the process may occur in a topology managed by the third node (e.g., scenario three), and the related flow is a PSCell adding flow in the central unit, which is not described herein. In another embodiment, the process may occur between the third node and the fourth node (e.g., scenario four, i.e., adding a cell managed by the fourth node to the first node), where the involved procedure is a PSCell addition procedure between the centralized units.
Process 3: a procedure for changing the PSCell of the first node, one of the purposes of this procedure is to change the PSCell serving the first node.
In one embodiment, the process may occur in a topology managed by the third node (e.g., scenario five), and the related flow is a PSCell change flow in the central unit, which is not described herein. In another embodiment, the process may occur between the third node and the fourth node (e.g., scenario six, i.e., changing the PSCell of the first node to a cell managed by the fourth node), where the involved flow is a PSCell change flow between centralized units
Before executing the above procedure, the connection state of the first node is: an RRC connection is established between the mobile terminal part of the first node and the third node, and an F1 interface is established between the distribution unit part of the first node and the second node. In these processes, the serving node of the target serving cell may not know that the connection between the first node and the second node is still maintained, and thus cannot configure data transmission between the first node and the second node. In order to solve this problem, the present invention proposes the following procedure, as shown in fig. 9:
step 2-1: the third node sends a third configuration message to the fourth node, which acts to provide the fourth node with information required to configure the first node, the content of which may be referred to as the content in the handover request message or the content in the secondary node addition request message. In addition, in order to configure data transmission between the first node and the second node, it is also possible to include at least one of the following information:
■ Data information of the first node, which information indicates information of data belonging to the first node to be served by the fourth node, which information includes content which can be referred to as "data configuration information" described above, and in one embodiment, after receiving the information, the fourth node provides configuration information related to the data to the second node
■ Information of newly created data, which is newly added data requiring configuration by the fourth node, the information including what is referred to above as "data configuration information", which in one embodiment may be considered to be generated by a third node that does not interface with the first node (e.g., F1 interface), and in another embodiment may be considered to be generated by a second node that interfaces with the first node (e.g., F1 interface), and then forwarded by the third node
■ The first interface information can help the fourth node identify whether the information contained in its interface signaling (such as signaling received from the third node or signaling received from other nodes (such as the second node)) is specific to the first node, and if the identification information is contained in the signaling, it indicates that the information related to the identification information in the signaling is specific to the first node. The information includes at least one of the following:
■ First information of an interface of the non-fourth node, the interface to which the information is directed is not an interface of the fourth node (such as an interface of the second node and the third node), the information at least includes one of the following information:

First identification information of the node where the interface is located, such as identification information of the second node, identification information of the third node
■ First information of the fourth node interface, the interface to which the information is directed is an interface of the fourth node, such as an interface of the fourth node and the third node, or an interface of the fourth node and the second node, and the information includes at least one of the following information:

■ And the first identification information is the identification information of the first node used for the data transmission configuration of the interaction first node between the second node and the fourth node, and the identification information is contained in the signaling of the interaction of the second node and the fourth node. The identification information may be assigned by the second node and sent to the third node, or may be assigned by the third node, in one embodiment the information may be existing identification information, in another embodiment the information is a newly defined information
■ First information of a connected node, the information indicating information of a node having an interface (e.g., F1 interface) with the first node, the information including at least one of:
■ Identification information of nodes, e.g. of second nodes
■ Address information, e.g. IP address, of the second node side
■ Service area indication information, the description of which can be seen from the above-mentioned "first aspect". The indication information may be service area identification information, in one embodiment, the service area may be a service area where the second node is located, in another embodiment, the service area may be a service area where a cell where the first node is currently located (e.g. a service cell under the third node) belongs, according to which the fourth node may determine whether it can interact with the second node with the data transmission configuration information of the first node
■ Request information of migration method, the information is used for informing the fourth node that the migration method requested by the third node is about the first node, and the request information can indicate that the migration method is partial migration or complete migration
And 2-2, the fourth node sends a third configuration response message to the third node, wherein the message is used for providing configuration information required by the first node to the third node, and the content in the message can be referred to the content in the handover response message or the content in the response message is added by the auxiliary node. Furthermore, in order to configure the data transmission between the first node and the second node, it is possible to include at least one of the following information:
■ Information of the received data to be newly created, the information including the content referred to above as "data configuration information", in one embodiment, the information can be considered as being generated by a third node having no interface (e.g. F1 interface) with the first node
■ Refused information of data to be newly built, the content of the information can be referred to as the data configuration information "
■ And second interface information, which can help the second node identify whether information contained in interface signaling (such as signaling received from the third node or signaling received from other nodes (such as the fourth node)) is specific to the first node, and if the identification information is contained in the signaling, the information related to the identification information in the signaling is specific to the first node. The information includes at least one of the following:
■ First information of an interface of the non-third node, the interface to which the information is directed is not an interface of the third node (such as an interface of the second node and the fourth node), the information at least includes one of the following information:
third interface node identification information, which is identification information of the first node on an interface other than the third node (also referred to as an uncorrelated interface, such as an interface of the second node and the fourth node), such as XnAP ID
Third identification information of the node where the interface is located, such as identification information of the second node, identification information of the fourth node
■ First information of the interface of the third node, the interface to which the information is directed is an interface of the third node (also referred to as related interface), such as an interface of the third node and the fourth node, or an interface of the third node and the second node, and the information includes at least one of the following information:
fourth interface node identification information, which is identification information of the first node on an interface of the third node (also referred to as a related interface, for example, an interface of the fourth node with the third node, or an interface of the third node with the second node), such as XnAP ID
Fourth identification information of the node where the interface is located, such as identification information of the second node, or identification information of the third node, or identification information of the fourth node
■ And the second identification information is the identification information of the first node used for the data transmission configuration of the interaction first node between the second node and the fourth node, and the identification information is contained in the signaling of the interaction of the second node and the fourth node. The identification information may be assigned by the fourth node and transmitted to the third node. In one embodiment, the information may be existing identification information, in another embodiment, the information is a newly defined information
■ Reply information to the migration method, which in one embodiment indicates whether the fourth node accepts the migration method requested in step 2-1, and in another embodiment may indicate the migration method selected by the fourth node (e.g., partial migration, or complete migration). This reply information is determined by the fourth node based on one or more information in step 2-1 (e.g. "first information of connection node", "node identification information of interface", "service area indication information"), and if the requested portion is accepted for migration, it indicates that the fourth node may perform configuration with respect to data transmission of the first node with the second node, so that data transmission between the first node and the second node is performed in the network managed by the fourth node, and if the requested portion is not accepted for migration, it is necessary to migrate the F1 interface of the first node from the second node to another node, and the method for migrating the F1 interface may refer to the fourth aspect of the present invention.
If it is determined by the third configuration response message that the fourth node can interact with the second node and transmit data between the first node and the second node in the network served by the fourth node, it indicates that the target serving cell selected by the third node (the serving cell of the fourth node) is a suitable cell capable of maintaining the data transmission between the first node and the second node across topologies; if it is determined by the third configuration response message that the fourth node cannot interact with the second node, and further, data transmission between the first node and the second node cannot be achieved in the network served by the fourth node, it is indicated that the target serving cell selected by the third node (the serving cell of the fourth node) is not a suitable cell capable of maintaining data transmission between the first node and the second node across topologies. Therefore, in addition to completing the configuration of the target serving cell of the first node, in one embodiment, it may also be determined whether the interface of the first node (such as the F1 interface) needs to be migrated when the method of the second aspect of the present invention is not used.
Step 2-3: the first node (or mobile terminal part of the first node) accesses the newly configured cell, and in this step may include: 1) the third node sends a user configuration request message to the first node, the message serving to configure the first node to access the new cell, the message being referred to as an RRC reconfiguration message, 2) the first node performs a random access procedure in the newly configured cell to communicate with the network through the newly configured cell, 3) the first node sends a configuration complete message to the third node or the fourth node. This procedure can be seen in the prior art handover procedure or PSCell addition or PSCell change procedure.
The technical effect of the steps is that a new service cell is configured for the first node, and meanwhile, information of the node connected with the first node (such as a node establishing an interface with the first node) is provided, so that the new service node of the first node can still configure cross-network (topology) data transmission of the first node, and interruption of the data transmission is avoided.
The third configuration message and the third configuration response message may be respectively a Handover Request and Handover Request Acknowledge message of the existing Xn/X2 interface, or second node addition/modification Request and second node addition/modification Request Acknowledge messages, etc., or may be a new message, such as an inter-topology transport modification Request/required message, an inter-topology transport modification acknowledge/confirm message, etc.
Third aspect: configuration update flow of a first node
After a new serving cell (e.g., PCell, PSCell) is configured for a first node, if the first node remains connected (e.g., F1 connected) to a second node, then the second node needs to be updated in configuration. However, the serving node of the cell to which the first node is connected may be a new node (e.g., a fourth node) which is unknown to the second node, and thus, the addition of a new serving cell may result in a failure to configure data transmission between the first node and the second node. In order to solve the problem, the invention provides the following implementation methods:
1) The method comprises the following steps: configuration updating flow initiated by third node
In the method, the configuration updating flow may occur after the first node accesses a new serving cell, may occur during the process of accessing the new serving cell by the first node, or may occur after the new serving cell is determined by the third node. The process includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 10:
step 3-a-1: the third node sending a fourth configuration message to the second node, the message comprising at least one of the following information:
■ The function of the information is to inform the second node that the configuration of the first node is changed, after receiving the information, the second node can know that the configuration of the first node needs to be changed, so that a subsequent process is performed to obtain updated configuration, and the information at least comprises one of the following information:

■ Transmitting information indicating the reconfigured data, the information serving to inform the second node which data transmission between the second node and the first node needs to be reconfigured, the information including at least one of:
indicating information of data stream, such as traffic ID, indicating identification information of data stream to which data requiring reconfiguration belongs

■ The first configuration update information is used for providing new configuration information used in data transmission between the second node and the first node, and the information can be updated configuration information. According to the information, the second node can know that the configuration of the first node needs to be changed, so that a subsequent process is carried out to obtain updated configuration. The reason for such configuration update may be that the third node has made a cell change to the first node, or that the third node has added a PSCell to the first node, or that the third node has changed the PSCell to which the first node is connected, etc. The information includes at least one of the following:

In order to ensure data transfer at the first node, the third node may need to acquire a context of all data at the first node, which in one embodiment occurs because the second node cannot interact with the node where the serving cell of the first node is located, and in another embodiment occurs because the second node determines that migration of such a context may facilitate data transfer at the first node, which may further include the following steps, as shown in fig. 14:
step 4-1: the third node or the fourth node sends a ninth configuration message to the second node, wherein the message is used for requesting the second node to migrate the context information, and the message at least comprises one of the following information:

The technical effects of the steps are as follows: the second node is helped to determine whether to migrate the interface of the relay node to other nodes so as to enable the other nodes to continue to configure the cross-network (topology) data transmission of the relay node, and interruption of the data transmission is avoided.
The ninth configuration message may be a message of an existing Xn/X2 interface, such as secondary node modification request/required message, secondary node modification acknowledge/confirm message, etc., or a newly defined message, such as inter-topology transport modification request/required message, inter-topology transport modification acknowledge/confirm message, etc.
