本发明属于纺织技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布。
背景技术
众所周知银离子具有众广谱抗菌杀菌的功效,为了使纤维制品具有抗菌性能,现有技术CN202010308626.4是在纤维制品上直接涂覆抗菌剂,这些抗菌剂不仅抗菌效果差,而且与纤维制品的结合力较弱,洗涤几次或长时间使用后抗菌剂基本被去除,使得纤维制品失去了抗菌能力。
因此,目前亟待提出一种新的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布。本发明将纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共纺,解决了传统涂覆使用寿命短,抗菌能力不持久的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,该胎基布包括两层重叠斜网纤维网和覆盖在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上的平网纤维网;
每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝均由经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共熔混合,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到。
根据本发明,优选地,所述两层重叠斜网纤维网通过两次交叉式铺网得到,所述两次交叉式铺网的方法包括:利用第一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第一次交叉式铺网,得到一层斜网纤维网;在所述一层斜网纤维网上,利用第二层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第二次交叉式铺网,得到所述两层重叠斜网纤维网;
优选地,所述第一次交叉式铺网和第二次交叉式铺网的摆丝频率各自独立地为165-175次/min,成网车速各自独立地为12-16m/min。

S1:经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共熔混合,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝;
将经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片熔融,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到平网纤维网的纤维丝;
S2:如图2所示,在进行分丝铺网的设备上,利用第一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第一次交叉式铺网,得到一层斜网纤维网;在所述一层斜网纤维网上,利用第二层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第二次交叉式铺网,得到所述两层重叠斜网纤维网;
在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上,利用所述平网纤维网的纤维丝进行平行式铺网,得到覆盖在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上的一层平网纤维网,如图3所示;
S3:将各层纤维网进行针刺加固和热轧定型,得到抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,任选地,还包括将抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布在含银离子复合胶中浸渍,烘干。
本发明的技术方案的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明将纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共纺,同时在后处理阶段,涂覆含银离子的复合胶,解决了传统涂覆使用寿命短,抗菌能力不持久的问题。
(2)本发明采用三层纤维网成型,在其中的两层纤维网采用纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共纺,使其拥有抗菌性能,其余一层纤维网正常纺丝,保证强度。
(3)本发明在一步法聚酯纺粘长丝生产线的基础上,调整关键工艺参数,可连续生产,工艺流程简单,生产速度快。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,如图3所示,该胎基布包括两层重叠斜网纤维网和覆盖在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上的平网纤维网;
每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝均由经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共熔混合,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到。
具体地,所述抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:采用螺杆挤压机将经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共熔混合,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝;所述经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂的用量比为100:1;所述含银离子抗菌剂为纳米磷酸锆银;
将经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片熔融,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到平网纤维网的纤维丝;
每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝的计量纺丝转速为20r/min;平网纤维网的纤维丝的计量纺丝转速为18r/min;
冷却牵伸的牵伸总压为2.45bar;
结晶干燥的操作条件包括:结晶温度为160-180℃,结晶时间为15min,干燥温度为170-190℃,干燥时间为6h。
S2:如图2所示,在进行分丝铺网的设备上,利用第一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第一次交叉式铺网,得到一层斜网纤维网;在所述一层斜网纤维网上,利用第二层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第二次交叉式铺网,得到所述两层重叠斜网纤维网;
在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上,利用所述平网纤维网的纤维丝进行平行式铺网,得到覆盖在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上的一层平网纤维网,如图3所示;
所述第一次交叉式铺网和第二次交叉式铺网的摆丝频率各自独立地为170次/min,成网车速各自独立地为14m/min;
所述平行式铺网的摆丝频率为170次/min,成网车速为14m/min。
S3:将各层纤维网进行针刺加固和热轧定型,得到抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,再将抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布在含银离子复合胶中浸渍,烘干。
所述针刺加固的预针刺密度为24刺/cm2,主针刺密度为31刺/cm2,预针刺深度为9mm,主针刺深度为7mm;
所述热轧定型的压辊温度为200℃,压力为50bar;
所述烘干的方式为圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度150-220℃。
所述含银离子复合胶包括以重量份计的以下组分:银氨溶液50kg、水2200kg,含氟丙烯酸胶乳350kg,固化剂15Kg和玉米淀粉100kg,所述含银离子复合胶的制备方法包括:将所述银氨溶液、水、玉米淀粉、丙烯酸胶乳和固化剂,在90℃下混合均匀,得到所述含银离子复合胶。
所述抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布的克重为120g/m2;经所述含银离子复合胶中浸渍烘干处理后的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布的克重为150g/m2,厚度为0.90mm,经所述含银离子复合胶中浸渍烘干处理后的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布的其他性能测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其特征在于,该胎基布包括两层重叠斜网纤维网和覆盖在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上的平网纤维网;
每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝均由经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共熔混合,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,所述两层重叠斜网纤维网通过两次交叉式铺网得到,所述两次交叉式铺网的方法包括:利用第一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第一次交叉式铺网,得到一层斜网纤维网;在所述一层斜网纤维网上,利用第二层斜网纤维网的纤维丝进行第二次交叉式铺网,得到所述两层重叠斜网纤维网;
优选地,所述第一次交叉式铺网和第二次交叉式铺网的摆丝频率各自独立地为165-175次/min,成网车速各自独立地为12-16m/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
所述经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂的用量比为20:(0.1-1);
所述含银离子抗菌剂为纳米磷酸锆银。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
采用螺杆挤压机将经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片与含银离子抗菌剂共熔混合;
每一层斜网纤维网的纤维丝的计量纺丝转速为19-21r/min;
冷却牵伸的牵伸总压为2.30-2.50bar;
结晶干燥的操作条件包括:结晶温度为160-190℃,结晶时间为10-20min,干燥温度为160-190℃,干燥时间为5-7h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
所述平网纤维网为一层;
所述平网纤维网的纤维丝通过包括以下步骤的制备方法得到:将经过结晶干燥的纤维级半消光PET聚酯切片熔融,再经计量纺丝、冷却牵伸;
所述平网纤维网通过平行式铺网得到;优选地,所述平网纤维网通过包括以下步骤的制备方法得到:在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上,利用所述平网纤维网的纤维丝进行平行式铺网,得到覆盖在所述两层重叠斜网纤维网上的平网纤维网。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
平网纤维网的纤维丝的计量纺丝转速为17.5-18.5r/min;
冷却牵伸的牵伸总压为2.30-2.50bar;
结晶干燥的操作条件包括:结晶温度为160-190℃,结晶时间为10-20min,干燥温度为160-190℃,干燥时间为5-7h;
所述平行式铺网的摆丝频率为165-175次/min,成网车速为12-16m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,所述胎基布由包括以下步骤的方法制得:将各层纤维网进行针刺加固和热轧定型,得到抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,任选地,还包括将抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布在含银离子复合胶中浸渍,烘干。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
所述针刺加固的针刺密度为23-36刺/cm2,针刺深度为6-9mm;
所述热轧定型的压辊温度为180-220℃,压力为45-55bar;
所述烘干的方式为圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度150-220℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
所述含银离子复合胶包括以重量份计的以下组分:银氨溶液15-375份、水1500-2500份、丙烯酸胶乳350-400份、固化剂14-16份和玉米淀粉75-100份;
所述含银离子复合胶的制备方法包括:将所述银氨溶液、水、玉米淀粉、含氟丙烯酸胶乳和固化剂,在85-95℃下混合均匀,得到所述含银离子复合胶。
10.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布,其中,
所述抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布的克重为120-130g/m2;经所述含银离子复合胶中浸渍烘干处理后的抗菌聚酯长丝胎基布的克重为140-150g/m2,厚度为0.85-0.95mm。
