It should be noted that, when the first filter mesh frame 11 moves from left to right, the second filter mesh frame 12 may also remain stationary, that is, the driving assembly 30 may drive the first filter mesh frame 11 and the second filter mesh frame 12 to move, respectively. Specifically, the driving assembly 30 may be two sets of linear motors, and the two sets of linear motors are respectively connected with the first filter screen frame 11 and the second filter screen frame 12 in a driving manner, so that part or all of the first filter screen frame 11 and the second filter screen frame 12 can move.
Optionally, the driving assembly 30 includes a motor, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, and a driving chain, where the motor is in driving connection with the driving wheel to drive the driving wheel to rotate, and the driving chain is disposed around the driving wheel and the driven wheel to perform surrounding movement under the driving of the driving wheel, and the driving chain is connected with the first filter screen frame 11 and the second filter screen frame 12 through buckles to drive the first filter screen frame 11 and the second filter screen frame 12 to displace in a horizontal direction, so that the first filter screen frame 11 and the second filter screen frame 12 can move in opposite directions or separate from each other.
In this way, the first filter screen frame 11 and the second filter screen frame 12 can be driven to move in opposite directions or move in opposite directions by arranging a set of driving system, so that the cost is reduced, in addition, the complexity of the driving assembly 30 is reduced, and the stability and the reliability of the driving assembly 30 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the cleaning assembly comprises: a first cleaning part 21, a second cleaning part 22, a third cleaning part 23 and a fourth cleaning part 24, the first cleaning part 21 being provided on the upper side of the first filter screen frame 11 and being provided toward the first filter screen frame 11 to clean the upper surface of the first filter screen frame 11; the second cleaning part 22 is arranged at the lower side of the second filter screen frame 12 and is arranged towards the second filter screen frame 12 so as to clean the lower surface of the second filter screen frame 12; the third cleaning part 23 is arranged at one end of the first filter screen frame 11, which is close to the second filter screen frame 12, and is arranged towards the second filter screen frame 12 so as to clean the upper surface of the second filter screen 121; the fourth cleaning portion 24 is disposed on the second filter frame 12 and is located at an end away from the first filter frame 11 and is disposed toward the first filter frame 11 to clean the lower surface of the first filter 111.
By adopting the self-cleaning device for the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, by arranging the first cleaning part 21, the second cleaning part 22, the third cleaning part 23 and the fourth cleaning part 24, the first cleaning part 21 and the fourth cleaning part 24 are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the first filter screen 111, and the first cleaning part 21 and the fourth cleaning part 24 can clean the upper surface and the lower surface of the first filter screen 111 when the first filter screen frame 11 moves, so that the first filter screen 111 is comprehensively cleaned; the second cleaning part 22 and the third cleaning part 23 are located at the upper and lower sides of the second filter screen 121, and the second cleaning part 22 and the third cleaning part 23 can clean the upper and lower surfaces of the second filter screen 121 when the second filter screen frame 12 moves, so as to realize the overall cleaning of the second filter screen 121.
In some embodiments, the first cleaning portion 21 includes: the shell 211 and the cleaning brush 214, the shell 211 extends along the transverse direction and is perpendicular to the movement direction of the first filter screen frame 11, the shell 211 defines a dust collection air duct 212 and a dust collection opening 213 communicated with the dust collection air duct 212, and the dust collection air duct 212 is communicated with the dust collection assembly 40; the cleaning brush 214 is disposed on the housing 211 and on one side of the dust collection opening 213, and the cleaning brush 214 is disposed toward the first filter screen frame 11.
With the self-cleaning device for an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the housing 211 is extended and disposed along the transverse direction and perpendicular to the movement direction of the first filter screen frame 11, and the dust collection air duct 212 and the dust collection opening 213 facing the first filter screen frame 11 are defined along the extension direction of the housing 211, so that when the first filter screen frame 11 moves, the first filter screen sequentially passes through the dust collection opening 213, and by providing the dust collection opening 213 and the dust collection air duct 212, the cleaned dust can be sucked into the dust collection opening 213 and flows into the dust collection assembly 40, and the dust collection effect is improved. Through setting up cleaning brush 214 and setting up cleaning brush 214 in the one side of dust absorption mouth 213 and towards first filter screen frame 11 setting, when first filter screen frame 11 moves, first filter screen frame 11 changes for cleaning brush 214 position, cleaning brush 214 can clean the surface of first filter screen 111 in the first filter screen frame 11, clean the dust on the first filter screen 111 down, realize the cleanness to first filter screen 111, because cleaning brush 214 sets up in the one side of dust absorption mouth 213, the dust that cleaning brush 214 cleaned can in time inhale in dust absorption mouth 213, compare in the tradition adoption dust collection box mode of collecting the dust, can avoid the dust secondary to float to first filter screen 111 or float to the condition emergence on other parts of air conditioner inside, guarantee the cleaning performance of filter screen.
Optionally, as shown in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 6, the upper side wall of the housing 211 is provided with a top cover, which is detachably connected to the housing 211.
Thus, the user can clean the dust suction duct 212 by removing the top cover of the housing 211.
Optionally, the first cleaning portion 21 further includes an electromagnetic vibration device, where the electromagnetic vibration device contacts the first filter screen 111, and the electromagnetic vibration device generates high-frequency vibration, so that the first filter screen 111 vibrates to shake loose or shake off dust in its filter screen holes.
Thus, the electromagnetic vibration device can reduce the dust adsorption force on the first filter screen 111, so that the brush can conveniently clean dust, and the cleaning effect of the first filter screen 111 is further improved.
In some embodiments, the number of the cleaning brushes 214 is two, and the two cleaning brushes 214 are respectively disposed at two sides of the dust suction opening 213.
