Abstract
A water outlet device and a control method are disclosed. The water outlet device comprises a water outlet pipe, a control valve, a human body sensor and a controller; the control valve is arranged on the drain pipe and is used for controlling the on-off of the drain pipe; the human body sensor is electrically connected with the controller, is set to detect whether a person is in a preset range or not and sends the person to the controller, so that the controller controls the on-off of the control valve according to the detection result of the human body sensor. In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the control valve 31 to open according to the cold water pre-discharge command to conduct the cold water pre-discharge pipe 3, the method further comprises: detecting the temperature of water in the cold water pre-discharge pipe 3; and controlling the on-off of the control valve 31 according to the detection result.

After the cold water pre-discharge is finished, various states can exist, such as: 1. the cold water pre-discharge is normally finished, namely the cold water pre-discharge is successfully finished, and the water outlet device can directly discharge hot water with proper temperature; 2. the first cold water pre-discharge abnormal condition is that the hot water in the hot water supply unit of the hot water pipe 1 is insufficient, so that the final outlet water temperature of the mixing outlet pipe 4 cannot reach the set temperature; 3. the second cold water pre-discharge abnormal state, that is, the hot water supply unit of the hot water pipe 1 is damaged and hot water cannot be supplied, so that the mixing outlet pipe 4 cannot supply hot water.
In all three states, the control valve 31 is finally closed to end the cold water pre-discharge process.
In an exemplary embodiment, the water outlet device further includes: a temperature detection device arranged to detect the temperature of the cold water pre-discharge pipe 3; as shown in fig. 4, the first off condition includes: in a first set time t1, the water temperature detected by the temperature detection device is greater than or equal to a first set value s1; the second off condition includes: after a second set time t2, the water temperature detected by the temperature detection device is less than a second set value s2; the third off condition includes: after a third set time t3, the water temperature detected by the temperature detection device is less than a third set value s3; the first set value s1 is greater than the second set value s2, and the second set value s2 is greater than the third set value s3; the first set time t1 is less than the second set time t2, and the second set time t2 is less than the third set time t3.
Within the first set time t1, the water temperature at the temperature detection device is increased from the temperature of the residual cold water to the normal hot water temperature (the first set value s 1), at this time, the cold water pre-discharge is normally finished, and the water outlet device can be normally used subsequently.
After the cold water is pre-discharged for a long time (the second set time t 2), the water temperature at the temperature detection device is still low (smaller than the second set value s 2), at this time, the first cold water is in an abnormal pre-discharge state, and the subsequent water discharge device cannot provide hot water meeting the requirements. In practical application, in this case, after the user starts the cold water pre-discharge and the second set time t2 elapses, the temperature of the pre-discharged water increases, but the temperature of the water required for bathing by the user is still not met, that is, there may be a "hot water in the water heater is insufficient".
After the cold water is pre-discharged for a long time (the third set time t 3), the water temperature at the temperature detection device is still very low (less than the third set value s 3), which is the second cold water pre-discharge abnormal state, and the subsequent water discharge device can not provide hot water meeting the requirement. In practical application, in this case, after the user starts the cold water preliminary discharge, after the third setting t3, the temperature of the water at the preliminary discharge is still the cold water, which is substantially the same as the temperature of the cold water just started to be preliminary discharged, and the temperature of the water required by the user for bathing is far from being satisfied, that is, there may be a situation of "possible damage to the water heater".
The third set time t3 is longer than the second set time t2, and the third set value s3 is shorter than the second set value s2, that is, the third closing condition is longer than the second closing condition, and the temperature of the discharged water is lower, which means that the water outlet device can hardly provide hot water, that is, "the water heater may be damaged", so that the determination condition is more accurate, and the possibility of false alarm is reduced.
It should be understood that the contents of the first, second and third closing conditions are only exemplarily explained here, and the first, second and third closing conditions may also be other contents, such as: the second off condition may be: after the first set time t1, the water temperature of the temperature detection device is smaller than a first set value s1, and water is contained in the hot water pipe 1; the conditions under the setting adopt parameters in the first closing condition, and the judgment condition is simple, namely after the first set time t1, if the water temperature reaches the water temperature required by bathing (namely the water temperature is more than or equal to a first set value s 1), normal cold water pre-discharge is finished, and if the water temperature does not reach the water temperature required by bathing (namely the water temperature is less than the first set value s 1), the condition is 'hot water shortage'. The third off condition may be: after the first set time t1, the water temperature of the temperature detection device is smaller than a first set value s1, and no water exists in the hot water pipe 1; the conditions under the setting adopt parameters in the first closing condition, and the judgment condition is simple, namely, after the first set time t1, if the water temperature does not reach the water temperature required by bathing (namely the water temperature is less than the first set value s 1) and no water exists in the hot water pipe 1, the condition is that the water heater is possibly damaged. A flow meter may be correspondingly arranged in the hot water pipe 1.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the control method further includes: and sending corresponding prompt information according to the judged cold water pre-discharge result.
After the three cold water pre-discharge states are in the above three states, prompt information is sent according to the cold water pre-discharge result, so that a user can know the cold water pre-discharge result. Such as: prompt messages such as 'cold water pre-discharge is completed', 'hot water is insufficient' or 'the water heater is damaged' are displayed on the display screen.
Further, the control method further includes: the control valve 31 is controlled to open according to the cold water pre-discharge instruction so as to conduct the cold water pre-discharge pipe 3.
After the user sends an instruction, the control valve 31 is opened, the cold water pre-discharging pipe 3 is opened to pre-discharge cold water, and the automation degree of the pre-discharging of the cold water is improved.
The cold water pre-discharge instruction is an instruction sent by the remote controller 5 or the terminal equipment; or the cold water pre-discharge instruction is an instruction input by a user through an interactive interface.
The user can send out a cold water pre-discharge instruction through the remote controller 5 or the mobile phone, and the controller receives the instruction and then controls the control valve 31 to be opened so as to pre-discharge the cold water.
Of course, a control panel may also be directly disposed on the water outlet device body structure, and a user inputs an instruction through an interactive interface on the control panel to control the control valve 31 to open.

Claims (15)
1. A water outlet device is characterized by comprising a water outlet pipe, a control valve, a human body sensor and a controller;
the control valve is arranged on the drain pipe and is used for controlling the on-off of the drain pipe;
the human body sensor is electrically connected with the controller, is set to detect whether a person is in a preset range or not and sends the person to the controller, so that the controller controls the on-off of the control valve according to the detection result of the human body sensor.
2. The water output device of claim 1, further comprising:
and the temperature detection device is electrically connected with the controller and is used for detecting the water temperature of the drain pipe, and the controller also controls the on-off of the control valve according to the detection result of the temperature detection device.
3. The water output device of claim 1, further comprising:
and the remote controller is in wireless communication connection with the controller and is arranged to send a control signal to the controller so that the controller controls the on-off of the control valve according to the control signal.
4. The water outlet device according to claim 1, wherein the controller is provided with a networking module, and the networking module is configured to network and acquire the control signal sent by the mobile terminal.
5. The water output device of claim 1, further comprising:
and the prompting device is electrically connected with the controller and is set to send out corresponding prompting information according to the cold water pre-discharge result judged by the controller.
6. The water output device of claim 1, further comprising: the system comprises a hot water pipe, a cold water pre-discharging pipe, a mixing water outlet pipe and a mixing valve;
the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe are respectively used for conveying hot water and cold water, and the cold water pre-discharging pipe is used for discharging cold water; the input end of the cold water pre-discharge pipe is communicated with the hot water pipe; a first water inlet and a second water inlet of the mixing valve are respectively communicated with the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe, and a water outlet of the mixing valve is communicated with the mixing water outlet pipe;
the cold water pre-draining pipe is used as the water draining pipe.
7. The water output device of claim 1, further comprising: the hot water pipe, the cold water pipe, the mixing water outlet pipe and the mixing valve;
the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe are respectively used for conveying hot water and cold water; a first water inlet and a second water inlet of the mixing valve are respectively communicated with the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe, and a water outlet of the mixing valve is communicated with the mixing water outlet pipe;
the mixed water outlet pipe is used as the water outlet pipe.
8. The water outlet device according to claim 6, wherein the output end of the cold water pre-draining pipe is arranged to be communicated with an external sewage draining pipe; or,
the control valve is a hot water valve, the output end of the cold water pre-discharging pipe is communicated with the water supply unit of the cold water pipe, and a cold water valve is arranged between the output end of the cold water pre-discharging pipe and the water supply unit.
9. A control method for the water outlet device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the control method comprising:
controlling the control valve to be opened according to a cold water pre-discharge instruction so as to conduct the water discharge pipe;
determining whether a person enters a set range;
and controlling the control valve to close the water drainage pipe based on the fact that a person enters a set range.
10. The control method according to claim 9, wherein the determining whether a person enters within a set range includes:
determining whether a person enters a set range or not according to a detection result of the human body sensor; or,
acquiring detection information of a bathroom device in communication connection with the water outlet device, and determining whether a person enters a set range according to the detection information; or,
and acquiring detection information of terminal equipment in communication connection with the water outlet device, and determining whether people enter a set range according to the detection information.
11. The control method according to claim 9, further comprising, after the controlling the control valve to open according to the cold water pre-discharge command to conduct the water discharge pipe:
detecting the temperature of water in the drain pipe;
and controlling the on-off of the control valve according to the detection result.
12. The control method according to claim 11, wherein the controlling of the on/off of the control valve according to the detection result includes:
and controlling the control valve to close based on the detection result that a set closing condition is met so as to close the water drainage pipe.
13. The control method according to claim 12, wherein the set off condition includes at least one of a first off condition, a second off condition, and a third off condition;
the controlling the control valve to close the drain pipe based on the detection result meeting a set closing condition includes:
judging that cold water pre-discharge is normally finished based on the detection result meeting the first closing condition, and controlling the control valve to be closed;
determining that a first cold water pre-discharge abnormal condition occurs based on the detection result meeting the second closing condition, and controlling the control valve to close;
and judging that a second cold water pre-discharge abnormal condition occurs based on the detection result that the third closing condition is met, and controlling the control valve to close.
14. The control method of claim 13, wherein the water outlet device further comprises: a temperature detection device configured to detect a temperature of the water in the drain pipe;
the first off condition includes: in a first set time, the water temperature detected by the temperature detection device is greater than or equal to a first set value;
the second off condition includes: after a second set time, the water temperature detected by the temperature detection device is less than a second set value;
the third off condition includes: after a third set time, the water temperature detected by the temperature detection device is less than a third set value;
wherein the first set value is greater than the second set value, and the second set value is greater than the third set value; the first set time is less than the second set time, and the second set time is less than the third set time.
15. The control method according to claim 13, characterized by further comprising:
and sending corresponding prompt information according to the judged cold water pre-discharge result.
