Preferably, the roller is fixed on a driving mechanism perpendicular to the cloth cover direction, and the driving mechanism enables the roller to be far away from the ultrasonic hot melting head.
Preferably, the roller and the ultrasonic hot melting head move synchronously, and the roller is driven by the motor to rotate synchronously along with the movement of the roller on the towel cloth.
Further, the second transverse rail is provided with a rack and a gear, the gear and the idler wheel are arranged in a synchronous rotating mode, and the gear is meshed with the rack.
A processing method of a tearable towel roll is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing towel cloth to form a towel roll; cutting the towel cloth into towels with proper width by a towel slitting machine; forming a thin film layer on the surface of towel cloth by adopting a metal roller and an ultrasonic head, and forming a molten edge seal by hot melting and extruding two sides of the thin film layer by ultrasonic waves while forming the thin film layer; and rewinding the towel cloth with the thin film layer to form the towel cloth easy to tear.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the polyester towel is melted and pressed into the thin film layer, the PET thin film is torn by utilizing the preheating and crisping characteristics of the PET thin film, the melted materials are accumulated to two sides of the thin film layer by pressing the thin film layer to form towel rolling edges, the looped pile on the towel is further fixed, and the tearing effect is improved.

The film layer 2 has a thickness of 0.2mm to 1.5 mm. The width of the film layer 2 is between 1mm and 5 mm.
Example two: as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the tearable towel roll 1 includes a towel roll 1 made of polyester fiber or polyester-polyamide composite fiber, the width of the towel roll 1 is towel width or towel length, the towel roll 1 is hot-melted with an easy-to-tear line in parallel with the radial direction of the towel roll 1, and the easy-to-tear line is a thin film layer 2 formed by pressing after hot melting. The film layer 2 has a thickness of 0.2mm to 1.5 mm. The width of the film layer 2 is between 1mm and 5 mm. Thin layer 2 adopts ultrasonic wave hot melt to form, there are melting portion 3 in 2 both sides of thin layer, melting portion 3 forms the banding and further protects both ends towel looped pile. The film layer 2 is a brittle film layer 2. The terylene main material adopts PET (polyethylene terephthalate) to melt and form the thin film layer 2, and then the thin film layer 2 becomes brittle to form an easy-to-tear part.
The thickness of the film layer in the embodiment can be determined according to the processing technology, the melting time can be prolonged or the temperature can be increased to improve the polyester decomposition to make the film more brittle, so that the film thickness can be realized from 1.5mm to 0.2mm in actual operation.
