Further, circles in fig. 1 represent one finished product information intelligent evaluation device respectively arranged on the three trunk channels of the first trunk channel 7, the second trunk channel 8 and the third trunk channel 9, and the finished product information intelligent evaluation device is used for judging the recognition condition of the finished product bar code, the brand comparison condition and the cigarette weighing condition, feeding back evaluation information, and outputting an evaluation result whether to reject or not.
Specifically, each of the finished product information intelligent evaluation devices includes: the system comprises a finished product bar code recognition module, a brand comparison module, a cigarette weighing module, an evaluation information feedback module and an evaluation result output module, wherein:
the finished product bar code recognition module is used for recognizing bar codes of finished product cigarettes;
the brand comparison module is used for comparing the brand identification result with preset brand information;
the cigarette weighing module is used for weighing finished cigarettes;
the evaluation information feedback module is used for feeding back bar code identification results, brand comparison results and weighing results;
the evaluation result output module is used for outputting an evaluation result according to the bar code identification result, the brand comparison result and the weighing result, wherein the evaluation result comprises whether finished cigarettes are removed or not.
Further, each of the rear cross conveying apparatuses is specifically configured to: moving reject finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at an intermediate position to the trunk channel on the adjacent side, or moving finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at an intermediate position with failure or congestion to the trunk channel on the side with lower flow, or moving finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at an edge position with failure or congestion to the trunk channel on the adjacent side.
In operation, if the number of finished cigarettes in the main channel is too large, single channel congestion is caused, flow overflow is formed, and the flow of the finished cigarettes in the main channel needs to be adjusted and controlled. The flow overflow adjustment principle is as follows: the path is shortest and the flow is balanced. The specific adjustment logic is as follows:
and if the photoelectric detection assemblies corresponding to the first front transplanting conveyor 1 or the second front transplanting conveyor 2 of the plurality of line channels continuously receive 8 groups of photoelectric goods signal feedback exceeding 60s or receive equipment fault signals of the same channel, judging that the front channel is congested, and judging that transplanting and shunting are carried out by the system.
If the flow of the first trunk line channel 7 or the third trunk line channel 9 overflows, judging whether the second trunk line channel meets the transplanting conveying condition, and if so, transplanting the second trunk line channel to the second trunk line channel 8 through the first front transplanting conveyor 1, the second front transplanting conveyor 2, the first rear transplanting conveyor 3 or the second rear transplanting conveyor 4; if the flow of the second trunk line channel 8 overflows, preferentially judging whether the flow of the first trunk line channel 7 and the third trunk line channel 9 overflows, and if so, carrying out reverse transplanting and conveying of the finished cigarette products; if the line body is not matched with the line body, the line body is transplanted to the first rejecting channel 10 and the second rejecting channel 11 through the first rejecting and transplanting conveyor 5 or the second rejecting and transplanting conveyor 6 respectively, and the line body buffer memory is reduced.
The multi-loop finished cigarette conveying system provided by the embodiment of the invention can be widely adapted to conveying and transplanting finished cigarettes of various specifications; under normal working conditions, the finished cigarette products are conveyed according to the butt joint trunk channel, so that the flow equipartition according to the number of the case sealer is realized; the state of the conveying equipment can be acquired and judged, and if equipment faults occur, the finished product of the channel can be transplanted and switched to other channels, so that conveying redundancy is realized; the overflow condition of the channel flow can be comprehensively evaluated, and the conveying is automatically adjusted to realize flow balance; the finished product information of the conveying object can be intelligently evaluated, the evaluation result is recorded, and the finished product which does not meet the evaluation condition is transplanted and removed; the expandability is high, so that the front-section box sealing machine equipment realizes a certain degree of freedom in performance and quantity, and normal conveying of finished cigarettes is ensured; the design of the rejecting channel is humanized, the channel is close to a trunk channel, and the return line body can be directly and easily carried to the front stage of the finished product information intelligent evaluation device for secondary confirmation; the invention can form a redundant route and realize flow balance conveying and abnormal channel change conveying through channel separation and flow distribution conveying.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the method for conveying the multi-loop finished cigarette product provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps in the actual implementation process:
and S1, conveying the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed from the case sealer to the corresponding trunk channel.
And step S2, judging whether the current trunk channel is congested or faulty to determine whether the transportation of the current trunk channel is normal, if not, executing step S3, and if so, executing step S5.
Specifically, if the photoelectric detection component of the front cross conveying device between two adjacent trunk channels continuously receives the feedback of a goods signal exceeding a preset time threshold for exceeding a preset times or receives a device fault signal of the same trunk channel, judging that the trunk channel in front is jammed or faulty.
And S3, judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channels meets the condition of transplanting and conveying.
And S4, if the product cigarettes are met, transplanting the product cigarettes to be conveyed on the current trunk line channel to the adjacent trunk line channel through the front-end crisscross conveying equipment, and jumping to the step S6.
And S5, conveying the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed through the current trunk channel.
And S6, carrying out intelligent evaluation on the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed by using a finished product information intelligent evaluation device on a trunk channel where the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed are located.
And S7, determining whether to reject the cigarettes of the products to be conveyed according to the intelligent evaluation result, if so, executing the step S8, and if not, executing the step S9.
And S8, closely transplanting the cigarettes to be conveyed on the current trunk channel to the removing channel through the removing cross conveying equipment.
Step S9, judging whether the current trunk channel is congested or not to determine whether the transportation of the current trunk channel is normal or not, if not, executing step S10, and if so, executing step S12.
Step S10: judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channels meets the condition of transplanting and conveying.
And S11, if the current main channel is met, transplanting the product cigarettes to be conveyed on the current main channel to the adjacent main channel with lower flow through the rear-mounted cross conveying equipment, and jumping to the step S13.
And step S12, conveying the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed through the current trunk channel.
And S13, at the tail end of the trunk channel, lifting the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed to a finished product sorting system at the rear end by utilizing a finished product cigarette lifting machine for sorting.
Further, in some embodiments, after the step S8, the multi-circuit finished cigarette conveying method further includes:
and (2) carrying out secondary treatment on the removed finished product cigarettes to be conveyed through a manual treatment window at the tail end of the removing channel, carrying the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed after the secondary treatment to a nearby trunk channel, and returning to the step (S1).

Claims (9)
1. A multi-circuit finished cigarette delivery system, comprising:
the automatic cigarette packaging machine comprises a plurality of trunk channels, wherein the front end of each trunk channel is provided with a plurality of branch channels, each branch channel corresponds to one box packing machine, each trunk channel is provided with a finished product information intelligent evaluation device, the tail end of each trunk channel is provided with a cigarette finished product lifting machine, the front end of the corresponding finished product information intelligent evaluation device between two adjacent trunk channels is provided with a front cross conveying device, the rear end of the corresponding finished product information intelligent evaluation device between two adjacent trunk channels is provided with a rear cross conveying device, the outer sides of the two trunk channels at the edge are respectively provided with a rejection channel, each rejection channel is provided with a rejection cross conveying device between the adjacent trunk channels, and the positions of each rear cross conveying device and each rejection cross conveying device correspond to each other, wherein:
each front cross conveying device is used for moving finished cigarettes on the current trunk channel to the adjacent trunk channel when the current trunk channel fails or is jammed;
each finished product information intelligent evaluation device is used for intelligently evaluating the finished product cigarettes on the corresponding trunk channel;
the removing cross conveying equipment is used for moving unqualified finished product cigarettes to the removing channel on the corresponding side according to the intelligent evaluation result of the finished product cigarettes, or moving the finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at the edge position to the removing channel on the corresponding side when each trunk channel fails or is jammed;
each of said rear cross conveyor means is adapted to move the finished product cigarette on the current trunk path to an adjacent trunk path in accordance with preset conditions,
each rear cross conveying device is specifically used for: moving reject finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at an intermediate position to the trunk channel on the adjacent side, or moving finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at an intermediate position with failure or congestion to the trunk channel on the side with lower flow, or moving finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at an edge position with failure or congestion to the trunk channel on the adjacent side.
2. The multi-circuit finished cigarette conveying system according to claim 1, wherein the number of branch channels corresponding to each trunk channel is 4-6.
3. The multi-circuit finished cigarette delivery system of claim 1, wherein the number of trunk channels is three, a first trunk channel, a second trunk channel, and a third trunk channel, respectively.
4. The multi-circuit finished cigarette conveying system according to claim 3, wherein the number of the finished cigarette information intelligent evaluation devices is three, namely a first finished cigarette information intelligent evaluation device arranged on the first trunk channel, a second finished cigarette information intelligent evaluation device arranged on the second trunk channel and a third finished cigarette information intelligent evaluation device arranged on the third trunk channel; the number of the cigarette finished product lifts is three, and the cigarette finished product lifts are respectively a first cigarette finished product lift arranged at the tail end of the first trunk channel, a second cigarette finished product lift arranged at the tail end of the second trunk channel and a third cigarette finished product lift arranged at the tail end of the third trunk channel; the pre-cross conveying equipment and/or the post-cross conveying equipment and/or the rejection cross conveying equipment comprises transplanting conveyors, wherein the number of the pre-cross conveying equipment is two, namely a first pre-transplanting conveyor arranged between the first trunk channel and the second trunk channel and a second pre-transplanting conveyor arranged between the second trunk channel and the third trunk channel; the number of the rear cross conveying devices is two, namely a first rear transplanting conveyor arranged between the first trunk channel and the second trunk channel and a second rear transplanting conveyor arranged between the second trunk channel and the third trunk channel; the number of the rejecting channels is two, namely a first rejecting channel arranged outside the first trunk channel and a second rejecting channel arranged outside the third trunk channel; the number of the rejection cross conveying devices is two, and the rejection cross conveying devices are respectively a first rejection transplanting conveyor arranged between the first rejection channel and the first trunk channel and a second rejection transplanting conveyor arranged between the second rejection channel and the third trunk channel.
5. The multi-circuit finished cigarette conveying system according to claim 1, wherein each of the finished cigarette information intelligent evaluation devices comprises: the system comprises a finished product bar code recognition module, a brand comparison module, a cigarette weighing module, an evaluation information feedback module and an evaluation result output module, wherein:
the finished product bar code recognition module is used for recognizing bar codes of finished product cigarettes;
the brand comparison module is used for comparing the brand identification result with preset brand information;
the cigarette weighing module is used for weighing finished cigarettes;
the evaluation information feedback module is used for feeding back bar code identification results, brand comparison results and weighing results;
the evaluation result output module is used for outputting an evaluation result according to the bar code identification result, the brand comparison result and the weighing result, wherein the evaluation result comprises whether finished cigarettes are removed or not.
6. The multi-circuit finished cigarette conveyor system of claim 1, wherein a finished cigarette sorting system is connected to a terminal end of each of the finished cigarette lifts.
7. A method of multi-circuit finished cigarette delivery employing the system of any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
s1, conveying finished cigarettes to be conveyed from a box sealing machine to a corresponding trunk channel;
step S2, judging whether the current trunk channel is congested or faulty to determine whether the transportation of the current trunk channel is normal, if not, executing step S3, and if so, executing step S5;
s3, judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channels meets the condition of transplanting and conveying;
step S4, if the tobacco is met, transplanting the tobacco pieces to be conveyed on the current trunk line channel to the adjacent trunk line channel through the front-end crisscross conveying equipment, and jumping to the step S6;
s5, conveying finished cigarettes to be conveyed through the current trunk channel;
s6, carrying out intelligent evaluation on the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed by using a finished product information intelligent evaluation device on a trunk channel where the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed are located;
step S7, determining whether to reject the cigarettes of the products to be conveyed according to the intelligent evaluation result, if so, executing step S8, and if not, executing step S9;
s8, closely transplanting the cigarettes to be conveyed on the current trunk channel to the removing channel through removing cross conveying equipment;
step S9, judging whether the current trunk channel is congested or not so as to determine whether the transportation of the current trunk channel is normal or not, if not, executing step S10, and if so, executing step S12;
step S10: judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channel meets the condition of transplanting and conveying;
step S11, if yes, transplanting the cigarettes to be conveyed on the current trunk line channel to the adjacent trunk line channel with lower flow through the rear-mounted cross conveying equipment, and jumping to the step S13;
step S12, conveying finished cigarettes to be conveyed through a current trunk channel;
and S13, at the tail end of the trunk channel, lifting the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed to a finished product sorting system at the rear end by utilizing a finished product cigarette lifting machine for sorting.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the step S2 of determining whether the current trunk channel is congested or faulty to determine whether the current trunk channel is normal, specifically comprises:
if the photoelectric detection component of the front cross conveying equipment between two adjacent trunk channels continuously receives the commodity signal feedback with the time exceeding the preset time threshold exceeding the preset times or receives the equipment fault signal of the same trunk channel, judging that the trunk channel in front is jammed or faulty.
9. The multi-circuit finished cigarette delivery method of claim 7, further comprising, after step S8:
and (2) carrying out secondary treatment on the removed finished product cigarettes to be conveyed through a manual treatment window at the tail end of the removing channel, carrying the finished product cigarettes to be conveyed after the secondary treatment to a nearby trunk channel, and returning to the step (S1).
