Abstract
本发明涉及一种降解防油阻隔纸及其制备工艺,属于造纸技术领域,降解防油阻隔纸包括原纸和涂布液在其表面形成的防油层;制备方法包括如下步骤:第一步、将阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板混合,进行碎浆、打浆处理,得到混合浆料;第二步、向混合浆料中加入增强聚乙烯醇纤维,疏解,抄纸,得到原纸;第三步、将涂布液涂布在原纸表面,干燥。通过在制备增强聚乙烯醇纤维的过程中添加海泡石,提高其耐热性,作为增强纤维,应用于纸张合成,提高降解防油阻隔纸的耐高温和耐候性。使用了可降解的淀粉、纤维素和壳聚糖等材料,绿色环保易降解;加入了纳米二氧化硅后作为填充材料,提高涂层的致密度,提高防油性。

本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体地,涉及一种降解防油阻隔纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
厨房内的墙壁常处于重油环境中,易存在油污且不易清理,若过度清洁会导致墙皮脱落,后期修补程序繁杂,长期积存影响美观;防油纸是指具有抗拒油脂渗透和吸收的一类纸张,它的主要特点是能够满足保护产品、便于携带,促进销售等要求,减少含油物质的渗透,在厨房防油方面具有良好的应用。
现有的部分防油纸中会采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯及聚氯乙烯等塑料包装材料制成薄膜,并将薄膜转移至纸张表面,但这些薄膜材料在自然界难降解或者降解极其缓慢,并且这些难以回收的塑包装材料废弃物会给人类环境造成极大的污染。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中提到的技术问题,本发明提供一种降解防油阻隔纸及其制备工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种降解防油阻隔纸,包括原纸和涂布液在其表面形成的防油层;
所述涂布液通过如下步骤制备:
将羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖按照质量比1:1混合,加入去离子水中,用氢氧化钠调节pH值为8,搅拌30min,在30℃条件下,加入戊二醛,搅拌6h,冷却干燥得到纤维素壳聚糖复合材料;羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖、去离子水、戊二醛的用量比为1g:100mL:0.2g。羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖在戊二醛的交联作用下提高纤维素壳聚糖复合材料交联度,相比于仅依靠分子间作用力来提高交联度的方式更加稳定。
将水和淀粉混合,水和淀粉的质量比为1:10,搅拌加热至90℃,搅拌40min,得到糊化淀粉,然后冷却至60℃加入纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅,搅拌混合均匀,得到涂布液。
进一步地,淀粉为木薯淀粉和玉米淀粉中的一种。
进一步地,糊化淀粉、纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅的用量质量比为5:2:0.5。
偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅为使用常规方法用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷处理后的纳米二氧化硅,其目的是解决其纳米二氧化硅易团聚的问题。
进一步地,增强聚乙烯醇纤维通过如下步骤制备:
步骤一、将海泡石分散在混合溶液中,超声分散60min,得到分散液,将聚乙烯醇和混合溶液混合在90℃条件下搅拌2h,得到聚乙烯醇混合液,将分散液和聚乙烯醇混合液混合,得到纺丝液;海泡石表面含有含氧基团,在聚乙烯醇基体中,具有良好的分散性,遇水会变得柔软,与聚乙烯醇分子之间会形成氢键,能够在制成的增强聚乙烯醇纤维内部形成应力传递,保持纤维的力学强度,
步骤二、将纺丝液加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,纺丝工艺参数为:针头直径为0.8mm,在静电压为18kV,针头和接收板间距为20cm,推进速度为0.5mL/h的实验条件下进行静电纺丝,用甲醇凝固浴凝固,自然晾干。得到增强聚乙烯醇纤维。
进一步地,混合溶液为二甲基亚砜和去离子水按照体积比2:1混合而成。

第二步、向混合浆料中加入增强聚乙烯醇纤维,加入纤维疏解机中,疏解5000转左右,分散后进行抄纸,干燥后得到原纸;
第三步、将涂布液涂布在原纸表面,形成防油层,干燥后得到一种降解防油阻隔纸。
进一步地,第一步中阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板的质量比为4-6:5;打浆浓度为3-3.5%;打浆度为60°SR。

本发明的有益效果:
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明中利用增强聚乙烯醇纤维提升产品的品质,通过在制备增强聚乙烯醇纤维的过程中添加海泡石,提高其耐热性,海泡石在温度为350℃条件结构不会发生变化,具有良好的热稳定性,不同于传统的植物纤维,本发明利用其热稳定性与聚乙烯醇耐候耐磨性能相结合,作为增强纤维,应用于纸张合成,提高降解防油阻隔纸的耐高温和耐候性。
现有技术中常选用氟碳化合物对纸张表面进行改性,尽管表面改性制备防油纸的工艺已经非常成熟且有效,但是它不仅会对环境造成危害,还会给人类健康造成危险。不同于现有的使用氟碳材料,本发明中通过使用了可降解的淀粉、纤维素和壳聚糖等材料,绿色环保易降解;利用环保材料制备涂布液,得到的产品中防油性能好,且力学性能稳定,涂布液中还加入了纳米二氧化硅后作为填充材料,提高涂层的致密度,提高防油性。

将羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖按照质量比1:1混合,加入去离子水中,用氢氧化钠调节pH值为8,搅拌30min,在30℃条件下,加入戊二醛,搅拌6h,冷却干燥得到纤维素壳聚糖复合材料;羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖、去离子水、戊二醛的用量比为1g:100mL:0.2g。
将水和木薯淀粉混合,水和木薯淀粉的质量比为1:10,搅拌加热至90℃,搅拌40min,得到糊化淀粉,然后冷却至60℃加入纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅,搅拌混合均匀,得到涂布液。糊化淀粉、纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅的用量质量比为5:2:0.5。偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅为使用常规方法用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷处理后的纳米二氧化硅。
对比例1
将实施例1中的偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅去掉,其余原料及制备过程保持不变。
实施例2
制备涂布液:
将羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖按照质量比1:1混合,加入去离子水中,用氢氧化钠调节pH值为8,搅拌30min,在30℃条件下,加入戊二醛,搅拌6h,冷却干燥得到纤维素壳聚糖复合材料;羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖、去离子水、戊二醛的用量比为1g:100mL:0.2g。
将水和玉米淀粉混合,水和玉米淀粉的质量比为1:10,搅拌加热至90℃,搅拌40min,得到糊化淀粉,然后冷却至60℃加入纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅,搅拌混合均匀,得到涂布液。糊化淀粉、纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅的用量质量比为5:2:0.5。偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅为使用常规方法用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷处理后的纳米二氧化硅。
实施例3
制备增强聚乙烯醇纤维:
步骤一、将海泡石分散在混合溶液中,超声分散60min,得到分散液,将聚乙烯醇和混合溶液混合在90℃条件下搅拌2h,得到聚乙烯醇混合液,将分散液和聚乙烯醇混合液混合,得到纺丝液;其中,混合溶液为二甲基亚砜和去离子水按照体积比2:1混合而成;纺丝液中海泡石的质量分数为0.9%;纺丝液中聚乙烯醇的质量分数为15%。
步骤二、将纺丝液加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,纺丝工艺参数为:针头直径为0.8mm,在静电压为18kV,针头和接收板间距为20cm,推进速度为0.5mL/h的实验条件下进行静电纺丝,用甲醇凝固浴凝固,自然晾干。得到增强聚乙烯醇纤维。
实施例4
制备增强聚乙烯醇纤维:
步骤一、将海泡石分散在混合溶液中,超声分散60min,得到分散液,将聚乙烯醇和混合溶液混合在90℃条件下搅拌2h,得到聚乙烯醇混合液,将分散液和聚乙烯醇混合液混合,得到纺丝液;其中,混合溶液为二甲基亚砜和去离子水按照体积比2:1混合而成;纺丝液中海泡石的质量分数为1%;纺丝液中聚乙烯醇的质量分数为15%。
步骤二、将纺丝液加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,纺丝工艺参数为:针头直径为0.8mm,在静电压为18kV,针头和接收板间距为20cm,推进速度为0.5mL/h的实验条件下进行静电纺丝,用甲醇凝固浴凝固,自然晾干。得到增强聚乙烯醇纤维。
实施例5
制备增强聚乙烯醇纤维:
步骤一、将海泡石分散在混合溶液中,超声分散60min,得到分散液,将聚乙烯醇和混合溶液混合在90℃条件下搅拌2h,得到聚乙烯醇混合液,将分散液和聚乙烯醇混合液混合,得到纺丝液;其中,混合溶液为二甲基亚砜和去离子水按照体积比2:1混合而成;纺丝液中海泡石的质量分数为1.1%;纺丝液中聚乙烯醇的质量分数为15%。
步骤二、将纺丝液加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,纺丝工艺参数为:针头直径为0.8mm,在静电压为18kV,针头和接收板间距为20cm,推进速度为0.5mL/h的实验条件下进行静电纺丝,用甲醇凝固浴凝固,自然晾干。得到增强聚乙烯醇纤维。
实施例6
一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板混合,进行碎浆,然后加入打浆机中,浸泡4h,然后进行打浆处理,得到混合浆料;阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板的质量比为4:5;打浆浓度为3%;打浆度为60°SR。
第二步、向混合浆料中加入实施例3制备的增强聚乙烯醇纤维,加入纤维疏解机中,疏解5000转左右,分散后进行抄纸,干燥后得到原纸;
第三步、将实施例1制备的涂布液涂布在原纸表面,形成防油层,干燥后得到一种降解防油阻隔纸。涂布量为8g/m2。
实施例7
一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板混合,进行碎浆,然后加入打浆机中,浸泡5h,然后进行打浆处理,得到混合浆料;阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板的质量比为6:5;打浆浓度为3.5%;打浆度为60°SR。
第二步、向混合浆料中加入实施例4制备的增强聚乙烯醇纤维,加入纤维疏解机中,疏解5000转左右,分散后进行抄纸,干燥后得到原纸;
第三步、将实施例1制备的涂布液涂布在原纸表面,形成防油层,干燥后得到一种降解防油阻隔纸。涂布量为10g/m2。
实施例8
一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板混合,进行碎浆,然后加入打浆机中,浸泡5h,然后进行打浆处理,得到混合浆料;阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板的质量比为6:5;打浆浓度为3.5%;打浆度为60°SR。
第二步、向混合浆料中加入实施例5制备的增强聚乙烯醇纤维,加入纤维疏解机中,疏解5000转左右,分散后进行抄纸,干燥后得到原纸;
第三步、将实施例2制备的涂布液涂布在原纸表面,形成防油层,干燥后得到一种降解防油阻隔纸。涂布量为10g/m2。
对比例2
将实施例7中的涂布液换成对比例1制备的涂布液a,其余原来原料及制备过程保持不变。
对比例3
将实施例7中的增强聚乙烯醇纤维换成聚乙烯醇纤维,其余原来原料及制备过程保持不变。
对实施例6-8与对比例2-3制备的样品进行测试;实施例6-8与对比例2-3制备的样品的单位面积纸重70±5g/m2;防油性能按照TAPPI T559进行测定,抗张强度可以按照GB/T453-2002进行测定
测试结果如下表1所示:

本发明制备的降解防油阻隔纸使用的原料环保,且具有良好的防油效果和力学强度,可以应用于包装、厨房防油等领域。

Claims (10)
1.一种降解防油阻隔纸,包括原纸和涂布液在其表面形成的防油层;其特征在于,所述涂布液通过如下步骤制备:
将羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖混合,加入去离子水中,用氢氧化钠调节pH值为8,搅拌30min,在30℃条件下,加入戊二醛,搅拌6h,冷却干燥得到纤维素壳聚糖复合材料;
将水和淀粉混合,搅拌加热至90℃,搅拌40min,得到糊化淀粉,然后冷却至60℃加入纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅,搅拌混合均匀,得到涂布液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸,其特征在于,淀粉为木薯淀粉和玉米淀粉中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸,其特征在于,糊化淀粉、纤维素壳聚糖复合材料和偶联剂处理纳米二氧化硅的用量质量比为5:2:0.5,水和淀粉的质量比为1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板混合,进行碎浆,然后加入打浆机中,浸泡4-5h,然后进行打浆处理,得到混合浆料;
第二步、向混合浆料中加入增强聚乙烯醇纤维,加入纤维疏解机中,疏解,分散后进行抄纸,干燥后得到原纸;
第三步、将涂布液涂布在原纸表面,干燥后得到一种降解防油阻隔纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,第一步中阔叶木浆板和针叶木浆板的质量比为4-6:5;打浆浓度为3-3.5%;打浆度为60°SR。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,涂布量为8-10g/m2。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,增强聚乙烯醇纤维通过如下步骤制备:
步骤一、将海泡石分散在混合溶液中,超声分散60min,得到分散液,将聚乙烯醇和混合溶液混合在90℃条件下搅拌2h,得到聚乙烯醇混合液,将分散液和聚乙烯醇混合液混合,得到纺丝液;
步骤二、将纺丝液加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,得到增强聚乙烯醇纤维。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,纺丝工艺参数为:针头直径为0.8mm,在静电压为18kV,针头和接收板间距为20cm,推进速度为0.5mL/h的实验条件下进行静电纺丝,自然晾干。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,混合溶液为二甲基亚砜和去离子水按照体积比2:1混合而成。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种降解防油阻隔纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,纺丝液中海泡石的质量分数为0.9-1.1%;纺丝液中聚乙烯醇的质量分数为15%。
