Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a guiding arrangement for guiding at least one movable furniture part. The invention further relates to a piece of furniture.
Background
Configuration systems for guiding sliding doors or folding sliding doors are known from the prior art. The applicant's AT50618/2019 discloses a configuration system for guiding a sliding door or folding sliding door, having compensation means for compensating a tilting moment acting on the sliding door or folding sliding door.
A disadvantage of such a configuration system is that the assembly of the configuration system and the transport of the configuration system proves to be difficult, since the carrier of the configuration system is mounted in a freely movable manner on the furniture wall via at least one guiding system. That is, the carrier must always be held in place manually by the assembler during assembly; in order to transport the deployment system, the carrier or the sliding door or the folding sliding door must be prevented from being displaced.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to obviate the drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a configuration system for guiding a sliding door or folding sliding door, which is improved compared to the prior art. It is a further object to provide a piece of furniture having at least one such configuration system.
These objects are achieved by a guiding arrangement for guiding at least one movable furniture part relative to at least one stationary furniture part, comprising:
-at least one guide to be arranged on the at least one stationary furniture part;
-at least one guiding device, which is displaceable relative to the at least one guide and which is connectable with the at least one movable furniture part; and
-at least one adjusting device for adjusting the at least one guide relative to the at least one stationary furniture part, the at least one adjusting device comprising an assembly device which can be fixed to the at least one stationary furniture part and at least one coupling device which can be coupled to the at least one guide, wherein at least one actuating element is provided, by means of which the at least one coupling device can be adjusted relative to the assembly device.
For the guide arrangement, at least one locking device is provided, by means of which the at least one guide device can be fixed in a locked position relative to the at least one guide, wherein the at least one locking device comprises at least one locking body which is integrated into the at least one adjusting device.
If the locking device is in the locked position, the at least one guide and the at least one guide device and thus the stationary furniture part and the movable furniture part are fixed relative to each other. In this locked position, the guide arrangement system can be transported or assembled without problems. The locking device can be transferred to the release position if the guiding configuration system is at the destination of the guiding configuration system or if the guiding configuration system has been assembled. The at least one guide and the at least one guide device and thus the stationary furniture part and the movable furniture part can now be moved relative to each other.
The locking device according to the invention is superior to the locking devices known in the prior art (bolts, cotter pins, etc.): the entire locking device can be maintained on the guide arrangement. Thus, there is no need to recycle or collect, store bolts or cotter pins, etc.
For the furniture according to the invention, the following is set up: the piece of furniture has at least one guide arrangement according to the invention, preferably at least one interior space which can be covered at least partially by at least one stationary piece of furniture, in which at least one interior space kitchen furniture and kitchen appliances can be arranged, and/or at least one hollow space which extends in the depth direction of the piece of furniture and which serves to at least partially accommodate the at least one movable piece of furniture.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the following can be set: the at least one locking device has at least one switching element, via which the at least one locking device can be transferred from the locking position to the release position, preferably the at least one switching element is rotatably mounted, particularly preferably the at least one switching element is formed as a bolt.
In particular, in a preferred embodiment, such a switching element significantly simplifies the transfer of the locking device from the locking position to the release position.
The following may also prove advantageous: the at least one locking means comprises at least one further locking body, which is connectable or connected with the at least one guiding means.
According to another aspect of the invention, the following may be provided: the at least one locking device comprises at least one locking element by means of which the provided locking bodies can be fixed relative to each other in the locking position and released in the release position so that the locking bodies can be moved relative to each other.
Such a design of the locking means enables a simple and efficient fixation of the at least one guiding means with respect to the at least one guiding member.
The following may also be provided: the at least one locking device has at least one spring element via which the at least one locking element is preloaded in the direction of the locking position.
Preferably, the following is also possible: the at least one locking element is formed as a pivot rod and/or comprises at least one ramp via which the at least one locking element can be passed over by the at least one guide means.
Preferably, the following can be set: the at least one coupling means comprises at least one entrainer and the at least one guide comprises at least one stop which can be coupled with the at least one entrainer or vice versa.
This makes it possible to simply implement an adjusting device for adjusting the at least one guide relative to the at least one stationary furniture part.
It has been found to be particularly advantageous: at least one further guide is provided, which is to be arranged on the at least one stationary furniture part, wherein the at least one adjusting device is arranged on the at least one further guide, preferably the at least one further guide can be fixed on the at least one stationary furniture part via a fixing means.
By means of such at least one further guide, a more stable guiding of the movable furniture part on the stationary furniture part can be ensured without the need for additional modification of the at least one adjusting device.
Particularly preferably, at least one transverse guide can be provided, which is arranged transversely to the at least one guide, preferably the at least one transverse guide and the at least one guide being connected or connectable to one another in a kinematic coupling.
Thereby, the transverse guide is also jointly adjusted when adjusting the at least one guide relative to the at least one stationary furniture part. In this way, a good guidance of the movable furniture part on the stationary furniture part is ensured even after the adjustment process.
It has been found to be advantageous that: the guide arrangement comprises a compensation device for compensating a tilting moment of the carrier and/or of a furniture part movable on the carrier about a tilting axis.
The following can also be provided here: the compensation device has at least one rope drive and/or at least one pivot lever mechanism, which comprises at least two pivot levers connected to one another in an articulated manner.
Hereby, a configuration system for guiding a sliding door or folding sliding door with improved stability and rigidity is obtained.
According to another aspect of the invention, the following may be provided: in the delivery state of the configuration system, the compensation device is at least partially, preferably completely, preassembled on the carrier.
This greatly simplifies the assembly of the configuration system according to the invention. If the at least one locking device is also at least partially, preferably completely, preassembled on the carrier in the delivery state of the configuration system, the assembly is simplified again.
In a preferred embodiment, the at least one locking body and the at least one driver can be formed integrally with one another. This results in a simple design of the locking device according to the invention.
The following can also be set: the at least one locking element can be at least partially, preferably completely, immersed in the at least one locking body in the release position.
As mentioned at the outset, a piece of furniture is also claimed, which has at least one guide arrangement according to the invention.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of an adjusting device 6 according to the invention. An assembly device 7 for assembling the adjusting device 6 on the stationary furniture part 3 can be seen. The driver 8a of the coupling device 8 and the locking body 10 of the locking devices 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 are formed integrally with one another.
A spring device 14 and a locking element 13 are arranged in the locking body 10, the locking element 13 being forced by the spring device 14. The locking element 13 also has a bevel 13a.
Furthermore, an actuating element 9 for actuating the adjusting device and a switching element 12 for transferring the locking devices 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 from the locking position to the release position are visible.
Fig. 2a shows a perspective view of the adjusting device 6 according to the invention, wherein a part of the locking means 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 is in the locked position; fig. 2b shows a corresponding section of the part of the locking device 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
Fig. 3a shows again a perspective view of the adjusting device 6 according to the invention, but with a part of the locking devices 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 in the release position; fig. 3b shows a corresponding section of the part of the locking device 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
As can be seen from fig. 2a to 3b, the locking element 13 is forced in the locking position by the spring means 14 and thereby protrudes at least partially from the locking body 10. The recess is in this case positively connected to a further locking body 11, not shown.
If the switching element 12 is now actuated, i.e. the screw is screwed in, the locking element 13 is moved against the force exerted by the spring means 14 in the direction of the locking body 10 and finally immersed therein.
The following may also be provided: the locking element 13 does not sink or only partially sinks into the locking body 10.
Thus, the locking element 13 is no longer engaged with the further locking body 11, not shown, the locking means 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 being in the release position.
Fig. 4a shows a side view of the adjusting device 6 according to the invention, as well as the guide 4 and the further guide 15. It can be seen that the adjusting means 6 are arranged on one end of the guide 4 and the further guide 15. However, the adjusting device 6 can in principle be arranged at any position along the guide 4 or the further guide 15.
The fixing means 16 for fixing the further guide 15 to the stationary furniture part 3 are not shown. The fixing member 16 may in principle be formed in any suitable form, but is preferably formed as a bolt.
Fig. 4b shows detail a of fig. 4a, wherein the adjusting device 6 precedes the adjusting process, and fig. 4c shows detail a, wherein the adjusting device 6 follows the adjusting process.
It can be seen that the driver 8a is positively connected to the stop 4a of the guide 4, which is formed as a recess. The coupling means 8 are formed by the stop 4a and the driver 8 a. The assembly device 7 is immovably arranged on the stationary furniture part 3 or on the further guide 15.
If the actuating element 9 is actuated, the driver 8a is moved away from the assembly device 7 and thus the guide 4 is also moved away from the assembly device 7. The guide 4 and the movable furniture part 2 connected to the guide 4 via the at least one guide device 5 are thus displaced relative to the assembly device 7 or relative to the stationary furniture part 3 or relative to the further guide 15.
Fig. 5a depicts a cross-section of the guiding arrangement 1, wherein the locking device 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 according to the invention is in a locked position. It can be seen that the locking body 11, which engages with the locking element 13, is connected with the guiding means 5. The guiding device 5 here comprises a carrier 20.
The locking body 11 arranged on the at least one guide 5 can here pass over the inclined surface 13a and thereby the locking element 13 is immersed into the locking body 10 against the force exerted by the spring means 14. After crossing the inclined surface 13a, the locking body 11 engages with the recess of the locking element 13. The locking means 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 are then in the locked position.
Fig. 5b shows detail a of fig. 5 a. Again, it is visible: how the locking element 13 engages the locking body 11 and is held in the locking position by the spring element 14.
In fig. 5c detail a of fig. 5a is shown, but the locking means 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 are in the released position. The switching element 12 is then actuated and the locking element 13 is held in the release position against the force exerted by the spring element 14. The locking element 13 is completely immersed in the locking body 10.
In fig. 5d, the guide device 5 is displaced relative to the locking body 10 and thus relative to the guide 4 or the further guide 15 and relative to the stationary furniture part 3. Since the locking means 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 are still in the release position, the guide means 5 can be freely displaced on the guide 4 or the further guide 15.
In fig. 6 a guidance arrangement 1 according to the invention is shown. The stationary furniture part 3 is formed here in the form of a furniture wall. The movable furniture part 2 is not shown. Further, a compensating device 18 is visible, which has a rope drive 18a and a pivot lever mechanism 18b.
Furthermore, an additional guide 19 is visible, which serves for a more stable guidance of the guiding device 5.
Fig. 7 depicts a piece of furniture 100 according to the invention with a guiding arrangement 1. A stationary furniture part 3 and a movable furniture part 2 in the form of a folding sliding door are visible. The movable furniture part 2 can in principle have any suitable form.
A hollow space 102 is provided alongside the piece of furniture 100, which hollow space 102 is formed by two stationary furniture parts 3 spaced apart from one another.
The movable furniture part 2 in the folded state, which is in the form of a folding sliding door, can be accommodated in the hollow space 102. When the movable furniture part 2, which is configured as a folding sliding door, is unfolded, it covers the interior space 101 of the piece of furniture 100.
Another portion of the furniture 100 (e.g., a cabinet) is configured to be immediately adjacent to the cavity 102. If the movable furniture part 2 in the form of a folding sliding door is in the unfolded position and the further part of the furniture 100 is closed, the movable furniture part 2 in the form of a folding sliding door and the further part of the furniture 100 form a continuous furniture front.
