The special design module is used for designing each special engineering function of the oil and gas field ground engineering, the module establishes a three-dimensional layout interface according to the special, a component database module is used for driving drawing of each special three-dimensional example, and a real-time drawing result is displayed on the general three-dimensional design interface and is dynamically stored in an engineering database. The piping unit realizes the function of pipeline model design by pipelines, parts and connections; the equipment unit realizes the function of designing the equipment model by using the shape, the nozzle, the component, the parameterized equipment and the import and export interface; the support and hanger unit realizes the design function of a support and hanger model by parts and components; the electric unit realizes the design function of an electric model by defining cables, bridges and electric equipment; the building units realize the design function of the building model by defining walls, columns, beams, plates, holes, doors, windows, railings, stairs and the like; the structural unit realizes the structural model design function by using a foundation, a steel structure and an assembled model on the basis of the building design; the heating and ventilation unit realizes the design function of a heating and ventilation model by using parameterized heating and ventilation equipment and an air pipe; the instrument control unit realizes an instrument control model design unit by using an instrument cable, an instrument, a bridge and instrument equipment; the general diagram unit realizes the design function of a general diagram model by regional arrangement, a drainage pipe network, roads, equipment and the like; and the axle network unit realizes the axle network model design function by using the original point, the coordinate system, the elevation, the plane and the vertical surface.
As shown in fig. 2, the system architecture of the digital design software for oil and gas field ground engineering disclosed by the invention relates to two horizontal business functions of two-dimensional and three-dimensional design for realizing oil and gas field ground engineering design as a process industry from a horizontal view.
The two-dimensional function provides functions of drawing a flow chart of the P & ID process pipeline instrument, designing the instrument in two dimensions, designing the electrical two-dimensional function, designing other professional two-dimensional functions and the like. The process pipeline instrument flow chart realizes the drawing function of an oil and gas field ground engineering process system driven based on database-level rules, the two-dimensional design of the instrument realizes the functions of automatic control wiring, logic signals, overall signals, cabinet wiring and the like of the oil and gas field ground engineering, and the electrical two-dimensional design mainly realizes the electrical one-time wiring diagram design function of the oil and gas field ground engineering.
The three-dimensional function mainly provides interaction functions between professional internal design and professions such as shaft networks, piping, equipment, supports and hangers, electricity, buildings, structures, heating ventilation, instrument control, general diagrams and the like. The shaft network function realizes the design of quickly establishing a shaft network, newly establishing a coordinate system, performing plane modeling, performing vertical face modeling and the like, and the piping function realizes the design of a pipeline system, a pipeline number, pipeline parts and the like; the device function realizes the design of parameterized devices, unparameterized devices, components and assemblies, entity shapes, nozzles, import and export interfaces and the like; the support and hanger realizes the design of model design, supporting type placement, point placement, combination modification and the like; the electric function realizes the design of line design, transformer substation design, industrial station yard design, bridge frame design and the like; the building function realizes the design of solid modeling, partial calculation, result output, assembly, intercommunication interface and the like; the structure function realizes the design of solid modeling, quick modeling, result output, intercommunication interface and the like; the heating and ventilation function realizes the design of solid modeling, result output, automatic arrangement and the like; the general diagram function realizes the design of rapid modeling, intercommunication interface, result output and the like.
The invention fully considers the design characteristics of oil and gas field ground engineering as special process industry, and makes up the framework insufficiency of the prior art with the same capability of digitally designing a software material library, a component library, an interface and multi-professional cooperation in the oil and gas field ground engineering.
The invention realizes the single realization of the task of each layer, and each layer of functional module realizes the single task requirement; interface refining between the modules is realized between the functional modules, data transmission is clear, and the modules can independently run and can be matched with each other.
The invention realizes the forward design flows of two-dimensional flow, three-dimensional visual, multi-professional cooperation, collision check, drawing and cutting and the like, and improves the design quality and efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3, the design process of the oil and gas field ground engineering digital design system according to the present invention relates to the work processes of step 1 project preparation, step 2-1 three-dimensional arrangement, step 2-2 two-dimensional design, step 3 digital set collaboration, step 4 outcome output, etc. in the implementation of the oil and gas field ground engineering project, and the specific implementation steps of the oil and gas field ground engineering digital design project include:
step 1: firstly, external condition input is carried out, the project scale is preliminarily estimated according to project information, and a project database is established, wherein the project database comprises projects, a database, paths and the like. Then carrying out project initialization configuration, including project personnel authority and role, factory division, drawing material template configuration, collision check rule, standard material library and standard element library introduction, oil and gas field ground engineering project material library customization, oil and gas field ground engineering project element library customization and oil and gas field ground engineering project graphic library customization;
step 2: the method comprises two parallel steps of step 2-1 three-dimensional arrangement and step 2-2 two-dimensional design. And 2-1, three-dimensional arrangement, namely, preliminarily finishing overall diagram arrangement, equipment arrangement and shaft screen arrangement, and dynamically adjusting according to project advancing conditions. And 2-2, performing two-dimensional design to complete the flow chart design of the pipeline instrument, the two-dimensional design of the instrument, the two-dimensional design of electricity and other two-dimensional designs. The pipeline meter flow chart design comprises the content of process package (flow simulation, material balance, process flow chart and suggested equipment arrangement) design.
And step 3: the method comprises three parts of digital integration cooperation, two-dimensional integration and three-dimensional integration and a software interface. The digital integration cooperation comprises general professional design functions such as pipeline integration design, support and hanger design, building design, structural design, automatic control design, electrical design and heating and ventilation design, and also comprises multi-professional cooperation design contents such as collision check and mutual data extraction. The integrated cooperation means that all the professionals can carry out three-dimensional design on the same platform, and the three-dimensional design results of all the professionals are visible for other professionals, so that collision inspection can be carried out at any time. The two-three-dimensional integration refers to two-three-dimensional data integration design of a process and pipeline specialty, a process and automatic control specialty, an automatic control and pipeline specialty, a pipeline and electrical specialty and an electrical and automatic control specialty, and realizes unification and dynamic linkage of data sources of two-dimensional data and three-dimensional models. The software interface is formed by special import and export interfaces between professional computing software and digital three-dimensional model software, between a supplier model and digital design software and between the professional having models and data interfaces in the field, so as to form an intermediate format file and complete the import and export of the models and data.
And 4, step 4: the method is characterized in that the method is implemented by using oil and gas field ground engineering digital design software to carry out achievement output after engineering design, and comprises three-dimensional model output, a professional material table, a professional drawing, a specification and other related documents. And a universal lightweight three-dimensional model is derived through a special three-dimensional model derivation interface, the model comprises three-dimensional graphs and corresponding attributes, and a basic model is provided for oil and gas field ground engineering construction, digital delivery, operation and maintenance. And outputting a professional material list and a professional drawing, a specification and other related documents to provide support for oil and gas field ground engineering purchase and construction.

the application layer is used for providing two-dimensional design, three-dimensional design and professional design functions.
