s7, after the moving frame 9 returns to the initial position, the first linear cylinder is started to enable the swing frame 7 to swing downwards for 15 degrees and return to the initial position, the servo speed reducing motor on the lifting frame 17 controls the lifting frame 17 to continue lifting, when the photoelectric sensor 22 receives a signal again, the PLC controls the servo speed reducing motor to stop rotating, and the lifting frame 17 stops lifting.

In the invention, whether a plate material 2 exists on the lifting frame 17 or not is judged by using the photoelectric sensor 22 and the inductive proximity switch 23. The photoelectric sensor is arranged on the swing frame 7, and the light source generating device of the photoelectric sensor is positioned in the gap of the gear shaping 18 on the lifting frame 17, so that the emitted light source can not be blocked when no plate material 2 exists on the lifting frame 17. The inductive proximity switch 23 is installed on the moving frame 9, the inductive proximity switch 23 is installed right above the gear shaping 18 on the lifting frame 17, and when the lifting frame 17 is lifted upwards to reach the excitation distance of the inductive proximity switch 23, and when no plate 2 exists on the lifting frame 17, the inductive proximity switch 23 is activated. The judging method comprises the following steps: when the sheet material 2 is on the lifting frame 17, the light spot emitted by the photoelectric sensor 22 is irradiated on the sheet material 2 due to the blocking of the sheet material 2, and meanwhile, the photoelectric sensor 22 receives a signal through diffuse reflection, the servo speed reduction motor rotates forwards, the inductive proximity switch 23 is not activated, and the sheet material 2 on the lifting frame 17 is judged. When the photoelectric sensor 22 receives a signal, the servo deceleration motor is in forward rotation, and the inductive proximity switch 23 is activated, it indicates that there is no material on the lifting frame 17.

Claims (10)

A device for separating materials by uncovering a sheet according to claim 5, characterised in that a plurality of said first conveyor belts (15) are provided, a plurality of said first conveyor belts (15) are arranged side by side on said frame (1), a gap is provided between two adjacent first conveyor belts (15), and further comprising,
the lifting frame (17), the lifting frame (17) along the direction that sheet metal (2) piled up slides and sets up on frame (1), lifting frame (17) have a plurality of gear shaping (18), gear shaping (18) are located two adjacent between the first conveyer belt (15).

s2, the lifting frame (17) is lifted upwards, the stacked plate (2) is lifted by forking at the same time, when the upper surface of the stacked plate (2) is close to the vacuum chuck (4), the photoelectric sensor (22) receives a signal and feeds the signal back to the PLC, the PLC controls the servo speed reduction motor to stop rotating, the lifting frame (17) stops lifting,
s3, starting a vacuum sucker (4), after the plates (2) contacted with the vacuum sucker are firmly adsorbed, starting an air blowing pipe (5) arranged on a rack (1) to blow air in the direction of the stacked plates (2), starting a first linear driving device (13), enabling a swing frame (7) to rotate upwards for 15 degrees around the rack (1), and separating the adsorbed single plates (2) from the stacked plates (2) by the aid of air sprayed by the air blowing pipe (5) during swinging,
s4, after the swing frame (7) swings to the right position, the second linear driving device (14) starts to retract, and simultaneously drives the moving frame (9) to move towards the direction of the second conveying belt (16) until the moving frame is transferred to the upper part of the second conveying belt (16),
s5, after the moving frame (9) moves to the position above the second conveyer belt (16), the vacuum suction cups (4) stop sucking, the separated plate (2) is separated from the vacuum suction cups (4) through self weight and falls onto the second conveyer belt (16),
s6, the second conveyor belt (16) is started to continuously convey the sheet material (2) falling in the step S5 to the next procedure for use, meanwhile, the second linear driving device (14) is started to extend to drive the moving frame (9) to move to the initial position,
s7, after the moving frame (9) returns to the initial position, the first linear air cylinder is started to enable the swinging frame (7) to swing downwards for 15 degrees and return to the initial position, the servo speed reducing motor on the lifting frame (17) controls the lifting frame (17) to continue lifting, when the photoelectric sensor (22) receives a signal again, the PLC controls the servo speed reducing motor to stop rotating, and the lifting frame (17) stops lifting.
