The automatic labeling and packaging equipment of claim 2, wherein the transferring module comprises a material shifting mechanism and a transferring module, the material shifting mechanism is used for ensuring that a single keycap in the keyboard cannot jump out due to rapid transferring, and the transferring module is used for completing automatic transferring of each work station.

The automatic barcode pasting and packaging device of claim 3, wherein the barcode pasting module comprises a first identification code gun, a second identification code gun, a first barcode printer and a barcode pasting module, the first identification code gun is used for identifying and confirming the corresponding incoming material state, the first identification code gun is used for confirming whether the traced barcode after the completion of the pasting can be normally identified, the first barcode printer is used for producing the barcode according to the information of the incoming material identification, and the barcode pasting module is used for sucking and pasting the produced barcode to the corresponding keyboard.

The automatic barcode pasting and packaging device of claim 4, wherein the protection foam placing module comprises a foam bin and a foam suction mechanism, the foam bin is used for placing batch foam to complete automatic production, and the foam suction mechanism is used for sucking foam in the foam bin and placing the foam above a keyboard.

The automatic stacking and packaging device of claim 5, wherein the material receiving module comprises a material receiving bin and a material receiving and transferring mechanism, the material receiving bin is used for placing the keyboard which completes the stacking and the foam, and the material receiving and transferring mechanism is used for displacing the keyboard which completes the stacking and the foam from the bin to the material receiving bin.
7. The automatic palletized packaging machine according to claim 6, further comprising an outgoing label module for placing corresponding outgoing labels on a stack of keyboards for shipment following boxing.

The automatic labeling and packaging equipment of claim 7, wherein the delivery label module comprises a second coding machine, a delivery label module and an empty pallet turnover table, the second coding machine is used for automatically producing delivery labels according to a stack of keyboard messages after the labeling is completed, the delivery label module is used for ensuring that the generated delivery labels are sucked and quickly and accurately placed on the stack of keyboards, and the empty pallet turnover table is used for placing empty pallets.
9. A code-attaching packing method using the automatic code-attaching packing apparatus according to claim 6, the method comprising:
step S1, filling the foam bin with foam;
step S2, placing a keyboard to be processed into a feeding bin;
step S3, the keyboard in the feeding bin is automatically moved to a tray dividing position by the feeding moving mechanism, and then the keyboard is automatically divided and placed in a moving module by the automatic distribution mechanism;
step S4, the separated keyboard is automatically moved to a code reading position through a transfer module, and the first identification code gun of the code reading position identifies an internal production bar code on the keyboard to generate a to-be-pasted tracing bar code;
step S5, the keyboard with the code reading completed is automatically moved to the pasting code/confirmation position through the transferring module, and the pasting code module absorbs the generated tracing bar code to be pasted and pastes the tracing bar code to the keyboard designation position; then the second identification code gun identifies the attached tracing bar code, identifies OK, continues to leave the station, and identifies NG alarm reminding;
step S6, automatically moving the keyboard with the pasted code and confirmed code reading OK to a foam position through a transfer module, and then sucking foam from a foam bin by a foam module and placing the foam on the keyboard;
and step S7, automatically moving the keyboard with the foam to a material receiving position through the transfer module, and automatically receiving the material by the material receiving module.
10. The barcode packing method according to claim 9, wherein the automatic barcode packing apparatus further comprises an outgoing label module for putting a corresponding outgoing label on a stack of keyboards to be boxed for outgoing; the goods label discharging module comprises a second coding machine, a goods label taking-out module and an empty tray turnover table, wherein the second coding machine is used for automatically producing goods labels according to a stack of keyboard information after the codes are pasted, the goods label taking-out module is used for ensuring that the generated goods labels are quickly and accurately sucked and placed on the stack of keyboards, and the empty tray turnover table is used for placing an empty tray; the method further comprises the following steps:
step S8, the steps S1 to S7 are repeated, the goods output labels are automatically generated after the specified quantity of the goods is automatically received, and a stack of keyboards is moved to a material receiving bin;
step S9, the shipment label module places the empty tray on the top of the stack of keyboards on the empty tray turnover table, and then places the generated shipment label on the stack of keyboards, and presses the empty tray to the top.
