本公开是关于一种定位参考信号配置方法、配置装置及存储介质。定位参考信号配置方法包括：核心网设备向无线网络设备发送第一请求信息，无线网络设备接收核心网设备发送的第一请求信息。第一请求信息用于请求定位参考信号配置信息，并用于指示定位参考信号的类型，定位参考信号的类型包括周期性定位参考信号、非周期性定位参考信号以及半持续定位参考信号中的至少一种。终端接收第一定位参考信号配置信息，第一定位参考信号配置信息基于定位参考信号的类型确定。通过本公开使得终端在进行下行定位时可以利用非周期定位参考信号或半持续定位参考信号，提高定位精度，减少定位时延。
