In the above-mentioned automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons, as a preferred solution, please refer to fig. 16, 17 and 18, fig. 16 is a schematic diagram of a packing mechanism of the automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 17 is an enlarged schematic diagram of a position a of the automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 18 is a schematic diagram of a connection structure of a slide rail and a rack of the automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons according to an embodiment of the present invention; the packing mechanism 303 includes a frame 3045, a third telescopic column 3031, a first adjusting device 3032, a second adjusting device 3033, a packing table 3034, a sliding rail 3035, a second motor 3036, a moving plate 3037, a placement frame 3038, a fourth telescopic column 3039, a rack 3040, a fixed plate 3041, a fifth telescopic column 3042, and an adjusting plate 3043, the sliding rail 3035 is disposed in the frame 3045, the rack 3040 is mounted in the sliding rail 3035, one end of the sliding rail 3035 is connected with the connecting plate 2023, the second motor 3036 is mounted on one side of the moving plate 3037, the output end of the second motor 3036 is connected with the rack 3040 in the sliding rail 3035, the fourth telescopic column 3039 is mounted on the other end of the moving plate 3037, the placement frame 3038 is connected with one end of the fourth telescopic column 3038, the packing placement frame 3045 is mounted on one end of the frame 3045, the end face of the packing placement frame 3044 is connected with the third telescopic column 3031, the end face of the packing placement frame 3045 is provided with the packing table 3034, and the first adjusting device 3032 and the second adjusting device are mounted on the inner top end of the frame 3045.
In the above-mentioned automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons, as a preferred solution, please refer to fig. 19, fig. 19 is a schematic view of a connection structure of an adjusting device of the automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons according to an embodiment of the present invention; the first adjusting device 3032 includes a fixing plate 3041, a fifth telescopic column 3042 and an adjusting plate 3043, one end of the fixing plate 3041 is mounted on the inner wall of the frame 3045, the other end of the fixing plate 3041 is fixed with the fifth telescopic column 3042, and the output end of the fifth telescopic column 3042 is mounted with the adjusting plate 3043.
In the above-mentioned automatic production line for cardboard processing cartons, as a preferred solution, the first adjusting device 3032 and the second adjusting device 3033 have the same structure, and the surfaces of the adjusting plates 3043 are all provided with through round holes.
In the above-described automatic production line for cardboard boxes, the placement device 101 is preferably identical in structure to the first conveying roller 104.
The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic production line for processing cartons by using cartons, the cartons are placed on a placement device 101, the placement roller of the placement device 101 drives the cartons to be conveyed, a power device 1010 drives a roller 105 to flatten and convey the cartons to a first conveying device 102, when the cartons enter the first conveying device 102, an auxiliary wheel 109 assists the cartons to be conveyed, a holding device 103 holds the middle part of the cartons, the whole cartons are prevented from being not adhered to a first conveying roller shaft 104, an inclined plate 1011 supports two ends of the cartons, the cartons are convenient to be folded later, the cartons are conveyed on the first conveying roller shaft 104, during conveying, the two ends of the cartons slowly rise to ninety degrees, then the two ends of the cartons are bent to be one hundred eighty degrees through a baffle 107, then the folded parts are pressed through a pressing wheel 108, and the folded parts enter a pressing device 2 after being pressed, in the whole lamination, the cartons are conveyed to the lower part of the soft pressing device 202 through a first conveyor belt 2011 on a first transmission frame 201 to be laminated, a first telescopic column 2022 drives a soft pressing layer to stretch and retract, lamination of the cartons is guaranteed, the laminated cartons are guided to a second transmission frame 203 through a guide plate 207 and a guide roller 205 on a second fixed column 206 after lamination, conveyed to a packing device 3 through a second conveying roller 204, adsorbed by an adsorption tube 3012 of an adsorption device 3011 on a collecting device 301 after reaching the packing device 3, placed on a third conveying roller 3016, conveyed to a second conveying plate mechanism 302 through the third conveying roller 3016, collected by a support block 3022 on a second conveying plate 3023, and when a certain number of cartons are collected, the collected cartons are conveyed to the packing mechanism 303 through the conveying plate 3023 and an auxiliary roller 3021 on the conveying plate 3023, the carton is conveyed onto the placing frame 3038 through the auxiliary roller 3021, the placing frame 3038 is driven to move on the sliding rail 3035 by the second motor 3036, the placing frame 3038 is brought to the packaging placing frame 304, the fourth telescopic column 3039 stretches and contracts, the carton is placed onto the packaging table 3034 on the packaging placing frame 3044, the adjusting plate 3043 is driven to carry out the orderly action on the packaged carton through the first adjusting device 3032 and the fifth telescopic column 3042 in the second adjusting device 3033 under the support of the fixing plate 3041, the packaging placing frame 3044 is used for supporting the packaging table 3034, meanwhile, the position of the packaging placing frame 3044 in the packaging device 3 is adjusted through the third telescopic column 3031, so that the stacked higher paper is packaged, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.

Claims (3)

1. The automatic production line for processing the cartons by using the paperboards is characterized by comprising a folding device, a pressing device and a packing device, wherein the folding device, the pressing device and the packing device are sequentially connected, the folding device is used for folding the cartons, the packing device is used for packing the cartons after folding, the pressing device comprises a first transmission frame, a soft pressing device and a second transmission frame, the first transmission frame is fixedly arranged on the ground, the soft pressing device is fixedly arranged on the first transmission frame, the first transmission frame is connected with the second transmission frame, and the second transmission frame is connected with the packing device;
the first transmission frame comprises a first conveyor belt, the first conveyor belt is arranged in the first transmission frame, and the soft pressing device is arranged in the first transmission frame;
the soft pressing device comprises a first connecting plate, a pressing roller, a first telescopic column, a second conveyor belt and a soft belt layer, wherein the inner end of the first connecting plate is rotationally connected with the pressing roller, the lower end of the first connecting plate is at least provided with the first telescopic column, the outer circular surface of the pressing roller is in transmission connection with the second conveyor belt, and the soft belt layer is arranged on the outer end surface of the second conveyor belt;
the folding device comprises a placing device, a first conveying device, a pressing device and a power device, wherein a placing roller shaft is arranged on the end face of the placing device, a roller is arranged on the inner end face of the placing device relatively, the placing roller shaft and the roller are arranged up and down correspondingly, one end of the placing device is provided with the power device, the power device comprises a rotating mechanism and a rotating shaft, the output end of the rotating shaft is connected with the roller, and the input end of the rotating shaft is connected with the output end of the rotating mechanism through a connecting transmission device;
the first conveying device comprises a base, a first conveying roller shaft, a baffle, a pressing wheel and an auxiliary wheel, wherein the first conveying roller shaft is arranged on the end face of the base, the baffle is arranged at one end of the base, the pressing wheel is arranged at one end of the base, the baffle and the pressing wheel are correspondingly arranged up and down, the auxiliary wheel is arranged at two ends of the first conveying device, an inclined plate is arranged at the other end of the base, and one end of the inclined plate is connected to the placing device;
the first conveying roller shaft comprises a movable roller, a conveying belt, a first motor, a first fixed column and a mounting column, wherein the first fixed column and the mounting column are installed in the first conveying device, the movable roller is installed in the first conveying device in a way of rotating opposite to the first fixed column and the mounting column, the first motor is installed at one end of the inside of the mounting column, a transmission shaft is installed at the output end of the first motor, the transmission shaft is rotationally connected with the conveying belt at the input end of the movable roller, a pressing device is arranged above the first conveying device and used for pressing a carton, the pressing device comprises a support column, a connecting column and a pressing block, a plurality of support columns are arranged at one end of the end face of the base, the connecting column is arranged across the opposite face of the base at the other end of the support column, and the pressing block is installed at one end of the connecting column;
the packing device comprises a collecting device, an adsorption device, a packing mechanism and a second conveying mechanism, wherein the adsorption device is arranged at one end of the collecting device, a carton is conveyed onto a third conveying roller through the adsorption device, a first support column is arranged at one end of the adsorption device, a second telescopic column is connected to one end of the first support column, an adsorption pipe is connected to the outer circular surface of the first support column and the outer circular surface of the second telescopic column, the input end of the adsorption pipe is connected with the output end of the adsorption device, a second connecting plate is arranged at one end of the second telescopic column, a limit column is arranged at the end face of the second connecting plate, a baffle is fixedly arranged at one side of the second connecting plate, and a third conveying roller is arranged at the lower end of the collecting device;
the packaging mechanism comprises a frame, a third telescopic column, a first adjusting device, a second adjusting device, a packaging table, a sliding rail, a second motor, a moving plate, a placing rack, a fourth telescopic column, a rack, a fixed plate, a fifth telescopic column and an adjusting plate, wherein the sliding rail is arranged in the frame, the rack is arranged in the sliding rail, one end of the sliding rail is connected with a connecting plate, the second motor is arranged on one side of the moving plate, the output end of the second motor is connected with the rack in the sliding rail, the fourth telescopic column is arranged at the other end of the moving plate, one end of the fourth telescopic column is connected with the placing rack, the packaging placing rack is arranged at one end of the frame, the end face of the packaging placing rack is connected with the third telescopic column, the packaging table is arranged at the end face of the packaging placing rack, and the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device are arranged at the top end in the frame.
