In one embodiment, the filter screen is a multi-layer filter screen structure to better purify the outdoor air, for example, the filter screen includes rust-proof coarse filter screen, fine filter screen, and the like.
Specifically, the cross-sectional shape and size of the air duct may be different from the inlet of the air duct to the outlet of the air duct, and the shape and size of the support frame 311 are adapted to the cross-sectional shape and size of the air duct near the inlet. In this embodiment, filter 1 and further include filter core module 4, in filter core module 4 embedding installation cavity 313, filter core module 4's both sides respectively with holding surface 312 and filter screen or sealing member 2 butt, the filter screen constitutes multistage filtration structure with filter core module 4 module, further strengthens filtering component 100's air filtration purifying effect, and through the filter core module 4 who chooses different materials for use moreover, can satisfy the filtration purification demand of different use scenes, the practicality is strong.
The support surface 312 is permeable to air and can support the filter cartridge module 4. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting surface 312 includes a plurality of supporting ribs, two ends of the supporting ribs are respectively connected to two sides of the supporting frame 311, and the supporting ribs intersect and are connected to form a mesh grid surface. In a non-illustrated embodiment, the supporting surface 312 may also be a ring-shaped plane, and the outer ring of the ring-shaped plane is connected with the inner side of the rim of the supporting frame 311.
Specifically, the Filter element module 4 is at least one of a High efficiency air filtration (HEPA) module and an activated carbon module.
Specifically, the mounting member 3 further includes a mounting portion 32, the mounting portion 32 is fixedly connected to the supporting portion 31, and a gripping portion 321 is disposed on one side of the mounting portion 32 away from the supporting portion 31, so as to facilitate gripping operation when the filter assembly 100 is disassembled and assembled. For example, the grip 321 is a groove formed on the mounting portion 32.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the frame edge of the support frame 311 is provided with a plurality of snap-fit portions 314; as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of first clamping parts 11 are correspondingly arranged on the circumferential edge of the filter screen; as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of second clamping portions 21 are correspondingly arranged on the circumferential edge of the sealing member 2; the filter screen and the support frame 311 can be matched and clamped through the first clamping portion 11 and the clamping matching portion 314, and the sealing element 2 and the support frame 311 can be matched and clamped through the second clamping portion 21 and the clamping matching portion 314. Through setting up first joint portion 11, second joint portion 21 and joint cooperation portion 314, can make things convenient for quick assembly disassembly to change sealing member 2 and filter screen in supporting part 31 with filter screen and sealing member 2 alternative quick demountable installation, realize the closed condition of filter assembly 100 and the quick simple switch-over of the state of ventilating, use easy operation convenience, make things convenient for the dismouting filter screen to wash the change moreover, promote user's use and experience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the first clamping portion 11 is a clamping protrusion protruding from the circumferential edge of the filter screen, and the clamping protrusions are at least circumferentially disposed on the two opposite side edges of the filter screen; as shown in fig. 6, the second clamping portion 21 is a clamping protrusion protruding from the circumferential edge of the sealing element 2, and a plurality of clamping protrusions are arranged on the two opposite side edges of the sealing element 2 at least along the circumferential direction; as shown in fig. 4, the clamping engaging portion 314 is a bayonet opening formed at an inner side of the frame edge of the supporting frame 311, and a plurality of bayonets corresponding to the positions of the clamping protrusions are at least disposed at two opposite side frame edges of the supporting frame 311.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the frame edge of the supporting frame 311 is further provided with a limit fitting portion 315; as shown in fig. 5, the circumferential edge of the filter screen is correspondingly provided with a first limiting part 12; as shown in fig. 6, the circumferential edge of the sealing member 2 is correspondingly provided with a second stopper portion 22; the first limiting part 12 is connected with the limiting matching part 315 in a matching way, and can limit the connecting position of the filter screen and the support frame 311; the second position-limiting portion 22 is connected to the position-limiting engagement portion 315 in a fitting manner, and can limit the connection position of the sealing element 2 and the support frame 311. Through setting up first spacing portion 12, the spacing portion 22 of second and spacing cooperation portion 315, can inject the connection mounted position of filter screen and sealing member 2 on supporting part 31, the filter screen is inseparabler with being connected of supporting part 31 with sealing member 2, is difficult for rocking the hourglass wind, guarantees to the filter effect of the wind channel air of convection current and to wind channel and external environment's wall effect.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the first position-limiting part 12 is a stop protrusion protruding from the circumferential edge of the filter screen, and the stop protrusion is circumferentially disposed on at least one side edge of the filter screen; as shown in fig. 6, the second position-limiting portion 22 is a stop protrusion protruding from the circumferential edge of the sealing element 2, and the stop protrusion is circumferentially disposed on at least one side edge of the sealing element 2; as shown in fig. 4, the limit fitting portion 315 is a limit notch disposed on the end surface of the frame edge of the support frame 311, and when the filter screen and the sealing element 2 are clamped with the support frame 311, the stop protrusion is correspondingly clamped into the limit notch, so as to further limit the connection position between the filter screen and the sealing element 2 and the support frame 311.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the filter screen is rectangular, seven engaging protrusions are respectively disposed on four sides of the filter screen, and a stopping protrusion is disposed on one side of the filter screen and located between two engaging protrusions.
As shown in fig. 6, the sealing member 2 is a rectangular partition plate, seven clamping protrusions are respectively disposed on four sides of the rectangular partition plate, and a stopping protrusion is disposed on one side of the rectangular partition plate and located between the two clamping protrusions. The partition board has simple structure and low manufacture cost.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the present invention further provides a fresh air device, including the filter assembly 100 provided by any one of the above embodiments; the fresh air device further comprises a shell 200, a fresh air duct 201 is formed in the shell 200, the shell 200 is further provided with an air duct inlet 202 and an air duct outlet 203 which are communicated with the fresh air duct 201, the air duct inlet 202 is used for being communicated with the outside, and the air duct outlet 203 is used for being communicated with the inside; the filter assembly 100 is detachably mounted to the housing 200.
According to the fresh air device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the filtering component 100 provided with the filtering piece 1 and the sealing piece 2 is selected, so that the filtering component 100 can be switched between the ventilation state and the closed state, when the fresh air device is closed, the filtering component 100 can be in the closed state, the air duct inlet 202 is blocked, the connection between the fresh air duct 201 and the outdoor environment is cut off, the wind noise that the airflow flows backwards in the fresh air duct 201 due to outdoor strong wind is avoided, the outdoor cold air can be prevented from entering the fresh air duct 201, the frosting or condensation phenomenon generated when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is large is greatly reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the housing 200 is further provided with an installation opening 204 communicated with the fresh air duct 201, the installation opening 204 is close to the air duct inlet 202, and the installation opening 204 and the air duct inlet 202 are respectively located at two adjacent side surfaces of the housing 200; the shape and size of the support portion 31 of the mounting member 3 are matched with the mounting opening 204, and the support portion 31 can be loaded into the fresh air duct 201 from the mounting opening 204 and is positioned at the duct inlet 202.
In this embodiment, the housing 200 is provided with the mounting port 204, the supporting portion 31 can be inserted into or drawn out of the fresh air duct 201 through the mounting port 204, the filter element 1 and the sealing element 2 are alternatively mounted on the supporting portion 31, so as to detachably mount the filter assembly 100 on the housing 200, and the filter element 1 and the sealing element 2 are alternatively mounted on the air duct inlet 202 to shield the air duct inlet 202, so that the assembly and disassembly are simple, convenient and quick.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the housing 200 is further provided with a guiding and limiting structure 205, the guiding and limiting structure 205 is disposed on an inner wall of the housing 200 perpendicular to the flow direction of the air flow in the mounting opening 204 and the fresh air duct 201, one end of the guiding and limiting structure 205 is adjacent to the mounting opening 204, and the other end of the guiding and limiting structure 205 extends to the inner wall of the housing 200 opposite to the mounting opening 204; the support portion 31 of the mounting member 3 can cooperate with the guiding and limiting structure 205 to limit the moving direction and position of the support portion 31 from the mounting opening 204 into the fresh air duct 201.
In this embodiment, through set up direction limit structure 205 in new trend wind channel 201, can inject the moving direction and the position of supporting part 31 in new trend wind channel 201 of packing into, can cut off new trend wind channel 201 completely when guaranteeing that supporting part 31 packs into in new trend wind channel 201, dismouting easy operation is convenient moreover, and the orientation of difficult skew promotes user and uses experience.
Specifically, the guiding and limiting structure 205 includes two limiting ribs arranged in parallel at intervals, one ends of the two limiting ribs are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the mounting opening 204, and the other ends of the two limiting ribs extend to the inner wall of the housing 200 opposite to the mounting opening 204. When the supporting portion 31 is installed into the fresh air duct 201 through the installation opening 204, the two limit flanges clamp the two opposite side faces of the supporting portion 31, so that the moving direction and the position of the supporting portion 31 installed into the fresh air duct 201 are limited, and the supporting portion 31 can completely separate the fresh air duct 201 when being installed into the fresh air duct 201.
In an embodiment not shown, the guiding and limiting structure 205 may also be a guiding groove or a guiding rib, and the supporting portion 31 of the mounting member 3 is correspondingly provided with a guiding rib or a guiding groove, and the shape and the size of the guiding rib are matched with the guiding groove, so that the guiding rib can be embedded into the guiding groove and move along the guiding groove.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the inner walls of the housing 200 on opposite sides along the extending direction of the mounting opening 204 are provided with guiding and limiting structures 205, and the two guiding and limiting structures 205 are matched with the two ends of the supporting portion 31 in the height direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fresh air device further includes a fresh air blower 300, a telescopic fresh air pipeline 400, and an outdoor end filter 500. The fresh air fan 300 is arranged at the top of the shell 200 and is communicated with the air duct outlet 203, and the fresh air fan 300 is used for driving the airflow in the fresh air duct 201 to flow; one end of the telescopic fresh air pipeline 400 is communicated with the air duct inlet 202, and the other end of the telescopic fresh air pipeline 400 is communicated with the outdoor environment and used for guiding the air flow of the outdoor environment to enter the fresh air device; the outdoor-end filter head 500 is connected to the end of the telescoping fresh air duct 400 distal from the duct inlet 202. In one embodiment, the air conditioner is a cabinet air conditioner, and the fresh air device is arranged at the bottom of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A filter assembly, comprising:
a mounting for removably mounting to an air chute, the mounting comprising a support portion adapted to fit within the air chute;
