背景技术
杀菌农药是一类用来防治植物病害的药剂。凡是对病原物有杀死作用或抑制生长作用,但又不妨碍植物正常生长的药剂,统称为杀菌农药。
氟吡菌酰胺属于吡啶基乙基苯甲酰胺类杀菌剂,能应用于防治70多种农作物上的多种病害。
针对上述相关技术,发明人认为:氟吡菌酰胺的使用会影响土壤内微生物群落造成伤害,从而影响土壤健康。
发明内容
为了减少土壤中残存的氟吡菌酰胺的量,降低氟吡菌酰胺对土壤中微生物的抑制作用,本申请提供一种含氟吡菌酰胺的杀菌颗粒剂及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种含氟吡菌酰胺的杀菌颗粒剂,采用如下的技术方案:一种含氟吡菌酰胺的杀菌颗粒剂,包括以下重量份的原料,活性成分12~24份,润湿剂2~6份,分散助剂2~4份,粘接剂2~6份,载体22~60份,所述活性成分包括氨基寡糖素、氟吡菌酰胺和核黄素磷酸钠,所述氨基寡糖素、氟吡菌酰胺和核黄素磷酸钠三者重量之比为2~5:2~5:2。
通过采用上述技术方案,氨基寡糖素促进植物生长从而促进植物吸收氟吡菌酰胺,减少残存于氟吡菌酰胺的量,同时核黄素磷酸钠促进氟吡菌酰胺消解,进一步减少土壤中残存的氟吡菌酰胺,且在此过程中核黄素磷酸钠中嗪环被破坏,使得核黄素磷酸钠为植物提供磷元素,进一步促进植物生长,有效降低氟吡菌酰胺对土壤中微生物的抑制作用。

2、本申请中优选采用氨基寡糖素分解后为植物提供营养元素,从而使得经氟吡菌酰胺进行杀菌处理过后的植物得以生长,从而减少病菌对植物生长的影响。

性能检测试验
检测方法
在山东省东营垦利黄河农场采集1年内未施用过农药的土壤进行室内培养实验。培养温度为25℃,湿度为60%,培养时间为10d。
在装有消毒处理土壤的育苗盘中培育番茄苗,挑选长势一致的3叶期番茄苗移栽至土壤中,每组实施例和对比例均设置3组平行试样,每组平行试样对应5株番茄苗,向栽有番茄苗的土壤上施加实施例或对比例制得的颗粒剂,初始浓度为5mg/kg。另设置清水对照组三组。
在药后15、30和60天分别采集土壤样品,测定氟吡菌酰胺在土壤中的残留量。测定结果每组实施例或对比例取平均值。

结合实施例6、对比例1~3并结合表2可以看出,氨基寡糖素促进植物生长从而促进植物吸收氟吡菌酰胺,减少残存于氟吡菌酰胺的量,同时核黄素磷酸钠促进氟吡菌酰胺消解,进一步减少土壤中残存的氟吡菌酰胺,且在此过程中核黄素磷酸钠中嗪环被破坏,使得核黄素磷酸钠为植物提供磷元素,进一步促进植物生长,有效降低氟吡菌酰胺对土壤中微生物的抑制作用。
结合实施例6、实施例11和实施例12并结合表2可以看出,凹凸棒土对氟吡菌酰胺和核黄素磷酸钠进行吸附,从而对核黄素磷酸钠进行保护的同时,实现氟吡菌酰胺的缓释,从而有效降低氟吡菌酰胺对土壤中微生物的抑制作用。

Claims (2)
1.一种含氟吡菌酰胺的杀菌颗粒剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:活性成分18份,润湿剂4份,分散助剂3份,粘结剂4份,载体41份;
所述活性成分包括氨基寡糖素、氟吡菌酰胺和核黄素磷酸钠,所述氨基寡糖素、氟吡菌酰胺、核黄素磷酸钠和载体四者重量之比为7:7:4:41;
所述润湿剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述分散助剂为木质素磺酸钠;
所述粘结剂为聚乙烯醇;
所述载体为凹凸棒土。
2.权利要求1所述的含氟吡菌酰胺的杀菌颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将氨基寡糖素、氟吡菌酰胺、核黄素磷酸钠、润湿剂、分散助剂和载体混合均匀,粉碎后加入粘结剂,通过挤压造粒得到杀菌颗粒剂。
