Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the above conventional technique, the following configuration is adopted: a cloth for a toy, which is made of a cloth (fiber material) different from the material of the human body, is worn on the human body. In this way, when the clothing section is formed using a material close to the actual clothing, the production process becomes complicated and the production cost increases, although a more natural impression can be given. On the other hand, when the clothing section is formed of the same material as the material of the body, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed as compared with the case where the clothing section is formed of another material. However, since most of them are hard materials compared with actual clothes, it is difficult to give a natural impression and a natural posture to the clothes (Japanese: expression け). Even with such a hard material, it is possible to give a natural impression by color tone, but it is difficult to avoid complication of the production process.
The present invention provides the following structure: for example, in a human-shaped toy, a more natural-impression garment is realized by combining a plurality of component parts without using a fibrous raw material.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention is, for example, a human-shaped toy, characterized in that the human-shaped toy comprises: a 1 st member; and a 2 nd member which forms a clothing part of the human-shaped toy by combining the 1 st member and the 2 nd member, wherein the slit formed in the 1 st member is hidden from inside by the 2 nd member.
Furthermore, the present invention is, for example, a clothing member of a model, characterized in that the clothing member of the model includes: a 1 st member; and a 2 nd member forming a dress member of the model by combining the 1 st member and the 2 nd member, a slit formed at the 1 st member being hidden from inside by the 2 nd member.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, in the human-shaped toy, a plurality of parts are combined without using a fiber raw material, thereby realizing a more natural-looking garment.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments do not limit the invention claimed in the claims, and the combination of the features described in all the embodiments is not essential to the invention. Two or more of the plurality of features described in the embodiments may be combined as desired. Note that the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
< appearance of human-shaped toy >
First, an example of the external appearance structure of the human-shaped toy 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1A and 1B. Fig. 1A shows the exterior front of a human-shaped toy 100. Fig. 1B shows the exterior side of the human-shaped toy 100. The arrows on the top, bottom, left, right, and front and back show the orientation of the human-shaped toy in the drawings, and the same applies to other drawings.
The human-shaped toy (human body) 100 includes: a head 101, a chest 102, arm portions 103a, 103b, an abdomen 104, a waist 105, a skirt 106 as a garnish, and leg portions 107a, 107 b. The human-shaped toy 100 is a movable human-shaped toy such as a movable character model, and each component is movable within a range of a restricted area due to a relationship with another member. The head 101 is coupled to the chest 102. An arm 103 including a right arm 103a and a left arm 103b is further connected to the chest 102, and is connected to the abdomen 104 at the lower part. The abdomen 104 is connected to the waist 105. A leg 107 including a right leg 107a and a left leg 107b is connected to the waist 105 and covered with a skirt 106. Hereinafter, the upper body including the head 101, the chest 102, and the arm 103 is referred to as an upper body. The lower body including the waist 105 and the legs 107a and 107b is referred to as a lower body. The upper body part and the lower body part are connected by an abdomen part 104.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the main body of the human-shaped toy 100 is covered with a dress. The clothing of the human-shaped toy 100 according to the present embodiment is formed of a resin material, without using a material similar to actual clothing, for example, a fiber material. In particular, it is desirable to use a flexible urethane resin or silicone resin for the skirt portion 106. For example, a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane is used as the polyurethane resin, and is useful from the viewpoint of softness and adhesiveness, and Asaflex (Japanese: アサフレックス, registered trademark) and the like are useful as the flexible thermoplastic polyurethane. By using a flexible material for the parts of the garment portion such as the skirt portion in this manner, the surface of the skirt portion can be slightly deformed (bent), and the posture of the skirt portion can be changed according to the preference of the user. For example, when the crimping process is applied as in the skirt portion 106 of the present embodiment, the folded-up portion or the like can be deformed to give a posture to the skirt portion.
< lower perspective view and sectional view of skirt >
Next, a configuration example of the skirt portion of the human-shaped toy 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 (a) shows a perspective view of the skirt 106, and fig. 2 (b) shows a plan view of the skirt 106.
Both fig. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are views viewed from below the human-shaped toy 100, and show a state of being detached from the main body of the human-shaped toy 100.
Further, the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 are formed in a ring shape. That is, the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 are each formed of one member. In this way, the skirt portion 106 is assembled using the ring-shaped components, so that an internal space formed at the time of assembly can be secured as much as possible. By securing the space as much as possible, the movable human-shaped toy 100 can provide a wider movable range for the legs 107a, 107b, for example. On the other hand, in the case where the skirt member is divided into two halves in the longitudinal direction and the skirt member is realized by two parts, the skirt member itself cannot be worn on the human-shaped toy 100 unless the pile portion is provided on the inner side of the skirt. Thus, in such a configuration, the space inside the skirt portion is narrowed by an amount corresponding to the space in which the stub portion is provided. Further, if the pile portion is provided, a portion that does not exist in normal persons or clothes is provided, and thus, an unnatural impression may be given. In comparison with such a case, realizing the skirt portion by a ring-shaped component part is very useful in terms of securing the internal space thereof and bringing about a natural impression.
On the other hand, a ring-shaped component is a component that is difficult to be released from a mold in a manufacturing process thereof. This is caused by the mold tightly embracing the molded product. Therefore, in order to push out the molded product tightly held by the mold by the ejector pin, a space for the pin to protrude is required on the core side. To solve such a problem of space, slits provided in the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 can be used. The details of the slit will be described later.
Exploded view and assembly drawing of skirt
Next, the detailed structure of the skirt portion 106 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 shows an exploded view of the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 constituting the skirt portion 106. Fig. 4 shows an assembled structure of the skirt portion 106.
As shown by the arrow in fig. 3, the 2 nd member 202 is inserted from below the 1 st member 201 toward the inside and assembled. At least slits 301a, 301b, and 301c are provided in the 1 st member 201, and the 1 st member 201 is formed by cutting deeply in the longitudinal direction. At least the slits 302a, 302b, 302c, and 302d are provided in the 2 nd member 202, and the 2 nd member 202 is formed by cutting into a large depth in the longitudinal direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the slits 302a, 302b, 302c, and 302d are formed at positions different from the slits 301a, 301b, and 301c of the 1 st member 201 when combined with the 1 st member 201, and are formed at positions covered with the member of the 1 st member 201. Thus, when the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 are combined, the members are combined so as to hide the slits of each other. This can provide a skirt section having a natural impression.
By forming a plurality of slits in both the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202, as described above, a space in which the rod protrudes can be provided in the manufacturing process of the above members, and the slits can be effectively utilized. That is, by forming the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 in an annular shape, the internal space which becomes the movable region of the leg portions 107a, 107b can be enlarged as much as possible. On the other hand, since the ring-shaped structure is adopted, although it is difficult to release the parts of the molded product from the mold in the manufacturing process, a space for providing the ejector rod can be secured by the slit, and thus such a problem can be solved.
As described above, the human-shaped toy of the present embodiment includes the 1 st member and the 2 nd member, and the 1 st member and the 2 nd member are combined to form the clothing section of the human-shaped toy, and the slit formed in the 1 st member is hidden from the inside by the 2 nd member. Thus, according to the present embodiment, for example, in a human-shaped toy, a plurality of components are combined without using a fiber material, thereby realizing a more natural-looking garment. Further, by providing the slit in the 1 st member, a space for the ejector rod can be secured when the molded article is released from the mold in the manufacturing process, and even a component formed in an annular shape can be easily released from the mold. Further, by forming the skirt portion in an annular shape, the internal space of the skirt portion can be secured as much as possible, and the movable region of the component can be secured for the leg portion and the like.
Further, according to the present embodiment, a convex portion that protrudes from the slit of the 1 st member when combined with the 1 st member is formed at the 2 nd member. This can shield the slit of the 1 st member, and can give the impression that the 1 st member and the 2 nd member are integrally formed, thereby giving a more natural impression. Further, according to the present embodiment, the 2 nd member is formed with a slit located at a position different from the slit of the 1 st member when combined with the 1 st member. By forming the slit in the 2 nd member as described above, even a component formed in an annular shape can be easily released from the mold.
Further, according to the present embodiment, at least one of the 1 st member and the 2 nd member may be formed of a resinous member such as Asaflex. This allows the folded peak of the crimping process to be slightly deformed, and a posture according to the preference of the user can be given.
< modification example >
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the 1 st member 201 and the 2 nd member 202 may be formed using different colors and different raw materials. Thus, a gradation effect and a rich and colorful posture can be obtained, and a rich and colorful expression can be performed.
The shape of the human-shaped toy (human-shaped toy) is not particularly limited, and various shapes such as a human, an animal, a robot, an insect, and a dinosaur having clothing are included.
