Further, the fourth wall 104 is provided with a pulling part 170, and when the bracket fixing member 100 needs to be removed and separated from the orthodontic bracket 020 (the orthodontic bracket 020 remains on the tooth), the pulling part 170 can be used as a stress point to pull the bracket fixing member 100.
In this embodiment, the bracket fixing member 100 is made of transparent material, and ultraviolet rays can easily penetrate through the bracket fixing member 100, thereby curing the photosensitive resin glue to adhere the orthodontic bracket 020 to the tooth surface. The transparent material can be glass, transparent resin, etc.
In this embodiment, optionally, the bracket 200 may be provided with pre-break points, and after the orthodontic bracket 020 is adhesively secured to the tooth, if a portion of the bracket fixture 100 is to be removed, the bracket 200 may be snapped at the pre-break points and a portion of the bracket fixture 100 may be removed. In this embodiment, the first fixing wire 210 and the second fixing wire 220 may be provided with pre-break points, and the strength at the pre-break points should be lower than that at other positions, so that the stent 200 will break from the pre-break points accurately and preferentially when being damaged by external force.
It should be appreciated that orthodontic locator 010 may include both a maxillary locator and a mandibular locator, or may include only one of them.
When the orthodontic positioner 010 provided by the embodiment of the application is used, the orthodontic brackets 020 are in one-to-one correspondence with the bracket fixing pieces 100, the orthodontic brackets 020 are placed in the grooves 110 on the bracket fixing pieces 100, glue is smeared on the surfaces of the mesh bottom and teeth, the orthodontic positioner 010 is worn on the upper jaw or the lower jaw of a patient, the glue is solidified by using ultraviolet irradiation, the orthodontic positioner 010 can be taken down after solidification is completed, and the orthodontic brackets 020 are reserved on the teeth.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the bracket fixing member 100 has opposite inner sides and outer sides, the inner sides of the bracket fixing member 100 are provided with the grooves 110, the grooves 110 are used for fixing the orthodontic bracket 020, and the inner sides of the bracket fixing member 100 are provided with the glue overflow grooves for the excessive glue to flow to the sidewall surface 105 of the bracket fixing member 100. By providing the glue overflow groove in the bracket fixing member 100, the excessive glue overflowed between the orthodontic bracket 020 and the teeth can be smoothly discharged to the side wall surface 105 of the bracket fixing member 100 through the glue overflow groove, so that a doctor can conveniently remove the excessive glue.
