Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
At present, the steps of holding a network conference and participating in the network conference on a vehicle-mounted screen are too complicated, and the method is not suitable for operating on the vehicle-mounted screen without input equipment such as a keyboard, a mouse and the like. Referring to a schematic diagram of a conference login stage shown in fig. 1a, when a user clicks a "join conference" control, the user jumps to a login interface, the user needs to input an account number and a password on the login interface, and clicks the "login" control after determining that the account number and the password are correct, so as to complete a login process, or adopts a verification code to log in or a third party to log in, and the login process is completed in a complicated operation mode. In addition, referring to a schematic diagram of a conference setting stage shown in fig. 1b, a user needs to set a conference start date and time, a conference end date and time in sequence, and set the number of people in the conference, so that the setting items are more, the setting operation is more complicated, the user is inconvenient to hold or participate in the conference, and driving safety is not facilitated.
Based on the method, the device and the vehicle for managing the vehicle-mounted conference, the operation complexity of the user for holding/participating in the network conference through the vehicle-mounted control terminal is effectively reduced, the user is more convenient to hold/participate in the network conference in the vehicle advancing process, and therefore user experience is remarkably improved.
For the convenience of understanding the present embodiment, first, a detailed description will be given of a method for managing a vehicle-mounted conference disclosed in the present embodiment, where the method is applied to a vehicle-mounted control terminal, the vehicle-mounted control terminal is disposed on a target vehicle, a graphical user interface is provided by the vehicle-mounted control terminal, and contents displayed by the graphical user interface at least include conference controls, and referring to a flow diagram of a method for managing a vehicle-mounted conference shown in fig. 2, the method mainly includes steps S202 to S210:
step S202, responding to the triggering operation aiming at the conference control, and logging in the conference account number associated with the appointed terminal equipment. The meeting control is used for initiating a 'one-meeting' flow, the triggering operation can include one or more of clicking operation, sliding operation and gesture operation, the appointed terminal equipment can be intelligent equipment (such as a mobile phone) configured with an electronic car key corresponding to the target vehicle, and the appointed terminal equipment is associated with a meeting account number and a meeting password of the meeting system. In an optional implementation manner, when the clicking operation for the conference control is monitored, whether the vehicle owner is located in the target vehicle or not can be judged based on the positioning information of the appointed terminal equipment, and when the judgment result is yes, the conference account number associated with the appointed terminal equipment can be automatically logged in.
Step S204, candidate conferences corresponding to the conference accounts are provided through the graphical user interface. The candidate conference may be a network conference preconfigured by a vehicle owner, further, a time interval between a conference start time of the candidate conference and a login time of the conference account may be less than a preset time threshold, such as a time interval between the conference start time and the login time is less than 1 hour. The vehicle-mounted control terminal can pull all the network conferences corresponding to the conference account numbers from the background server, take the network conferences about to start within 1 hour as candidate conferences, and provide each candidate conference through the graphical user interface.
In step S206, in response to the meeting operation for the candidate meeting, the destination meeting and the riding position of at least one meeting person corresponding to the destination meeting are determined. Wherein the meeting operation may include one or more of a click operation, a slide operation, and a gesture operation, and the riding position may include a driver's seat, a co-driver's seat, a first row of backseat, a second row of backseat, and so on. In one embodiment, one or more meeting personnel may be taken in the target vehicle, the graphical user interface is provided with each candidate meeting, when the clicking operation of a user for a certain candidate meeting is monitored, the candidate meeting is determined to be the target meeting, the graphical user interface jumps to alternative position controls, each alternative position control corresponds to a riding position, riding positions corresponding to different alternative position controls are different, and when the clicking operation of the user for one or more alternative position controls is monitored, the riding position can be determined.
And step S208, determining target multimedia equipment from the multimedia equipment configured by the target vehicle according to the riding position, so that the meeting participants can participate in the target meeting through the target multimedia equipment. The multimedia device may include an image capturing device (such as a camera and the like) and a display device (such as a central control screen, a secondary driving screen, a roof-mounted screen, a rear seat screen and the like), optionally, the multimedia device may be divided into a first multimedia device disposed at the front part of the vehicle cabin and a second multimedia device disposed at the middle rear part of the vehicle cabin according to a sitting position, the first multimedia device may be further divided into a primary driving multimedia device and a secondary driving multimedia device, and the primary driving multimedia device may be a front roof camera and a central control screen, the secondary driving multimedia device may be a front roof camera and a secondary driving screen, and the second multimedia device may be a roof-mounted screen camera, a roof-mounted screen or a rear seat screen. In one embodiment, the target multimedia device may be selected according to the riding position of each participant, for example, if the participant a is located at the driving location and the participant B is located at the first rear seat, then both the primary multimedia device and the secondary multimedia device are determined to be the target multimedia devices. Further, considering that when a plurality of display devices output sound at the same time, the sound inside the target vehicle is disordered, which is unfavorable for the smooth development of the target conference, at this time, only one display device (such as a central control screen) can be selected to be turned on to output sound, and the other display devices are turned off or muted.
Step S210, if the target conference is monitored to be ended, the conference account is exited. The meeting end condition may include: triggering an end control, sending a pressure signal which is smaller than a preset pressure threshold value by a seat sensor, not monitoring a target signal sent by a designated terminal device, and reaching one or more of meeting end time of a target meeting. In one embodiment, when the target conference is determined to be ended, the conference account can be automatically exited, so that the situation that conference content is leaked when other users take the target vehicle is avoided, and the conference safety is guaranteed to be improved.
According to the management method for the vehicle-mounted conference, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the conference account associated with the appointed terminal equipment can be automatically logged in and related candidate conferences can be pulled in response to the triggering operation aiming at the conference control, the user can participate in the target conference through the corresponding target multimedia equipment only by selecting the target conference and determining the riding position of the conferees, the operation complexity of the user in the network conference through the vehicle-mounted control terminal is effectively reduced, the user can participate in the network conference in the vehicle traveling process more conveniently, and the conference account can be automatically exited when the user hears the end of the target conference, so that the conference safety is effectively improved, and the user experience is comprehensively improved.
For easy understanding, the embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S202, which may determine whether a target signal sent by a specified terminal device is monitored in response to a triggering operation for a conference control, and log in a conference account associated with the specified terminal device when the determination result is yes. The target signal may be a bluetooth signal. For example, see a schematic diagram of a graphical user interface shown in fig. 3, where a "one-touch meeting" is the meeting control described above. In practical application, the appointed terminal device can be configured with an electronic car key of the target car, the appointed terminal device and the vehicle-mounted control terminal are communicated through Bluetooth, the appointed terminal device can transmit Bluetooth signals outwards according to a preset period, if the vehicle-mounted control terminal monitors clicking operation aiming at the conference control, meanwhile, the Bluetooth signals transmitted by the appointed terminal device can be received, the car owner can be determined to be located in the target car, and at the moment, the conference safety can be improved by logging in the conference account.
In practical application, the vehicle-mounted control end is in communication connection with a background server (for example, a ROX background server), and the background server can store conference information corresponding to a plurality of conference accounts. In one embodiment, before providing the candidate conference corresponding to the conference account through the graphical user interface, the candidate conference may be determined by the following steps 1 to 6:
Step 1, pulling a preset conference corresponding to a conference account number and first conference information of the preset conference from a background server; the preset conference is a pre-established network conference, and the first conference information at least comprises conference starting time, conference ending time, conference personnel information, conference theme, conference identification and the like. In one embodiment, the preset conference corresponding to the conference account and the first conference information thereof may be screened from the background server by taking the conference account as a search condition.
And 2, judging whether the time interval between the login time of the conference account and the conference starting time of the preset conference is smaller than a preset time threshold value or not for each preset conference. If yes, executing the step 3; if not, go to step 4. The preset time threshold may be set to a small value in consideration of the fact that the vehicle owner takes the target vehicle for traveling, which is generally short, and holding or attending a meeting during the traveling of the vehicle is used for emergency. For example, assuming that the preset time threshold is 1 hour, a preset meeting within approximately 1 hour needs to be screened out of the preset meetings as a candidate meeting.
And 3, determining the preset meeting as a candidate meeting.
And 4, providing a new conference control through a graphical user interface. If the time interval corresponding to each preset conference is larger than the preset time threshold, a new control can be provided, and the new control is used for creating a new conference. The application scenario for creating the newly-built conference provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprise: (1) Small scale conferences, such as in teams where work relationships are very close, team members are common, facilitating the user to define smaller contact lists; (2) important conferences; (3) And a meeting with shorter duration, namely, a meeting which can be completed in the driving graph.
And step 5, responding to the triggering operation of the new conference control, and determining second conference information. Wherein the second meeting information includes a target meeting contact and/or a target meeting time period. For easy understanding, the embodiments of the present invention provide an implementation manner of determining a target meeting contact person and an implementation manner of determining a target meeting time period, respectively, see the following first to second modes:
(one) determining target conference contact persons, see the following steps a1 to a2:
and a step a1, providing at least one candidate meeting contact person through a graphical user interface. In one embodiment, candidate meeting contacts may be preconfigured by the owner of the vehicle; in another embodiment, conference participants of the conference in which the vehicle owner participates each time can be obtained, the conference participation frequency of each conference participant is counted, and at least one candidate conference contact is determined from the conference participants according to the order of the frequency from high to low. After determining candidate conferences, the respective candidate conferences may be provided via a graphical user interface. By way of example, referring to another graphical user interface schematic shown in fig. 4, the graphical user interface provides a "conference participant shortcut list", a plurality of candidate conference contacts, a "delete" control corresponding to each candidate conference contact, a "one-touch invite" control, for example, candidate conference contacts including She Gu city, zhang Fei, lifei, software team, and the like.
And a step a2, responding to the deleting operation aiming at the candidate conference contact person, and determining the candidate conference contact person except the candidate conference contact person corresponding to the deleting operation as a target conference contact person. The delete operation is a click operation, a sliding operation, or a gesture operation for the "delete" control. With continued reference to fig. 4, assuming that the owner needs to conference with She Gu city and software team, the "delete" control corresponding to Zhang fei and the "delete" control corresponding to Libai may be clicked respectively, and the "one-key meeting invited" control may be clicked, so that the leaf city and software team may be used as the target meeting contact. According to the embodiment of the invention, the target meeting contact person is determined through the deleting operation, so that the user operation is facilitated.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a more control for providing contacts except the candidate conference contact, and the conference contact can be directly and manually added when the candidate conference contact does not meet the requirement of a vehicle owner.
(II) determining a target meeting time period, see the following steps b1 to b2:
step b1, providing at least one recommended conference period through a graphical user interface. In one embodiment, the recommended meeting time period may be generated according to a schedule of each target meeting contact, such as selecting a time period during which each target meeting contact is idle as the recommended meeting time period; in another embodiment, a plurality of recommended conference time periods may also be generated according to the login time and the designated time interval of the conference account, referring to a schematic diagram of another graphical user interface shown in fig. 5, assuming that the account login time is 14:00, recommended conference time periods "14:00 to 14:30" and "14:30 to 15:00" may be obtained; in another embodiment, a time to force the meeting to open may be provided, such as "force now start" and "force 10 minutes later start" as shown in FIG. 5. In particular implementations, considering that a meeting is held or attended for emergency during vehicle travel, only a short meeting period may be recommended to the user, for example, a plurality of recommended meeting periods may be created at intervals of every 10 minutes, every 20 minutes, or every 30 minutes, thereby making the recommended meeting period more suitable for application scenarios of vehicle-mounted meetings.
And b2, determining a target meeting time period in response to the selection operation for the recommended meeting time period. The selection operation may be a click operation for recommending the meeting time, or a click operation for "delete" control. In one embodiment, assuming that the owner clicks "force 10 minutes to start," then "force 10 minutes to start" is determined as the target meeting time period; in another embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 further illustrates that a "delete control" corresponds to each recommended meeting time period, and if the vehicle owner clicks the "delete" controls corresponding to "14:00 to 14:30", "14:30 to 15:00", "force now starts" respectively, and only "force after 10 minutes start" is reserved, the "force after 10 minutes start" can be determined as the target meeting time period when the user clicks the "one-key meeting" control again.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a more control which is used for the vehicle owner to manually edit the time period so as to obtain the meeting time period meeting the requirements of the vehicle owner.
And 6, creating a newly-built conference according to the second conference information.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S206, see the following (1) to (3):
(1) And responding to the meeting operation aiming at the candidate meeting, and determining the candidate meeting corresponding to the meeting operation as a target meeting. The meeting operation may be a click operation for the candidate meeting, or a click operation for a "one-click entry" control corresponding to the candidate meeting. In practical applications, after determining candidate conferences, each candidate conference may be provided through a graphical user interface, referring to a schematic diagram of another graphical user interface shown in fig. 6, where the graphical user interface shown in fig. 6 displays "the conference is the following within an hour", and also displays a time period and a conference theme of the candidate conference, and each candidate conference corresponds to a "one-touch" control, for example, the candidate conference includes "14:00 to 14:30 with XX conference "and" 14:30 to 15:00 with YY conference ", when listening to the data set for" 14: 00-14:30 click operation of a "one-click entry" control corresponding to XX conference, "14:00 to 14:30 with XX conference "is determined as the target conference.
(2) Alternative position controls are provided through a graphical user interface. Wherein, each alternative position control corresponds to a riding position. Illustratively, referring to the schematic view of another graphical user interface shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 7 illustrates that the alternative position controls include "primary," "secondary," "second," and "third" rows.
(3) And responding to the selection operation of at least one target position control in the alternative position controls, and determining the riding position corresponding to the target position control as the riding position of the meeting personnel. Wherein the selection operation may include a click operation or the like. For example, assuming that click operations for "main drive" and "second row" are monitored, the main drive position and the second row rear seats are determined as the seating positions.
In one embodiment, the multimedia device includes a first multimedia device disposed at a front portion of a cabin of the target vehicle, and a second multimedia device disposed at a rear portion of the cabin of the target vehicle. Specifically, the first multimedia device may be a front roof camera, a central control screen and a secondary driving screen, and the second multimedia device may be a roof screen camera, a roof screen or a rear seat screen, on this basis, the embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S208, specifically, whether the riding position is the primary driving position or the secondary driving position may be determined, and when the determination result is yes, the first multimedia device is determined to be the target multimedia device, and when the determination result is no, the second multimedia device is determined to be the target multimedia device. For example, when a meeting participant sits in a primary or secondary driver's seat, the front roof camera may be turned on and the center control screen or secondary screen automatically synchronized to the meeting system; when meeting personnel sit in the second row or the third row, the ceiling screen or the backseat screen is automatically opened, and meanwhile, the ceiling screen camera is opened, so that the ceiling screen or the backseat screen cannot automatically hear the meeting system.
For easy understanding, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S210, see the following first to second modes:
