The feeding zone 123 includes a feeding pusher 124, a relay pusher 125, a grouping pusher 126, and a feeding pusher 127.
The feeding push plate 124 and the relay push plate 125 are arranged above the feeding area 123 and share the same power device. The power device 16 is arranged in the middle of a frame of the grading material supplementing area 123, the frame is arranged in parallel with the grading area 122 and the material supplementing area 123, a first gear 17 and a second gear 18 are arranged at two ends of the frame, and a first transmission chain 171 is arranged to be meshed with the first gear 17 and connected with the power device 16; a second transmission chain 181 is provided in engagement with the second gear 18 and connected to the power unit 16. The second transmission chain 181 is provided with a first relay connecting rod 182, a second relay connecting rod 183 perpendicular to the first relay connecting rod 182, a third relay connecting rod 184 perpendicular to the second relay connecting rod 183, the third relay connecting rod 184 and the first relay connecting rod 183 are in a vertical relation in space, and the end of the third relay connecting rod 184 is provided with a relay push plate 125.
The grouping push plate 126 and the feeding push plate 127 are arranged at the tail end of the material supplementing area 123, the moving direction of the grouping push plate 126 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the relay push plate 125, and the moving direction of the feeding push plate 127 is consistent with the moving direction of the relay push plate 125.
After the articles to be packaged are turned over, the articles enter the conveyor belt of the grading area 122 firstly, when the articles are conveyed to be blocked by the grading baffle 128, the grading push plate 121 pushes the articles in the current grading area 122 to enter the material supplementing area 123, then the articles are pushed to the relay push plate 125 by the material supplementing push plate 124, then the relay push plate 125 continues to push the articles to the discharging position of the grading area 122, then the grouping push plate 126 pushes the articles according to the requirement, the articles to be packaged are automatically grouped, and finally the grouped articles and the three-dimensional film conveyed by the film conveying part 24 are pushed to the auxiliary packaging device 31 by the feeding push plate 127.
The film feeding mechanism 2 shown in fig. 6 comprises a detection part 21, a film drawing part 22, a film cutting part 23 and a film feeding part 24 which are arranged in sequence, wherein the film feeding part 24 is arranged at the discharging position of the feeding mechanism 1. A film roll device 25 (shown in fig. 1) is further included, and the film roll device 25 supplies the film feeding mechanism 2 with a three-dimensional film.
The detection unit 21 detects the mark on the three-dimensional film using the color mark sensor, and after the detection is completed, the three-dimensional film is fed downward by the transition wheel 231211.
The film drawing section 22 provides tension to the three-dimensional film while drawing the three-dimensional film to the film cutting section 23. The eccentric wheel 223 is provided with a manual lever 224 for controlling the distance between the driven wheel 222 and the driving wheel 221. The package forming mechanism 3 shown in fig. 5 includes an auxiliary packaging device 31, an upper heat-seal device 32 and a side heat-seal device 33, the auxiliary packaging device 31 receives the materials fed from the film feeding mechanism 2 and the feeding mechanism 1, the upper heat-seal device 32 is disposed above the auxiliary packaging device 31, and the auxiliary packaging device 31 feeds the semi-packaged articles heated by the upper heat-seal device 32 to the side heat-seal device 33
The auxiliary packing device 31 includes an auxiliary turntable 311 and a discharging push plate 312, the auxiliary turntable 311 is detachably connected to the machine, the discharging push plate 312 (shown in fig. 1) is disposed on the machine, and the moving direction is the same as the diameter direction of the auxiliary turntable 311.
