Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fabric with stepless gradual change textures and the fabric, which comprises the steps of design and generation of gradual change patterns and texture files, weaving and weaving on-machine and is mainly suitable for developing new silk varieties with stepless gradual change textures on a digital jacquard rapier loom in the textile industry.
Background
The conventional gradient weave texture is formed by increasing or decreasing the number of weave points, a certain number of regular weave textures are selected according to the requirements of the fabric specification, and the weft-side satin texture is gradually changed to the warp-side satin texture by half-point transition or one-point transition, so that a plurality of variable weaves (also called as shadow weave) are obtained. The designer firstly applies professional jacquard CAD software to the graphic file for color separation to generate a plurality of gray color blocks, then selects the photo-optical tissues to lay respectively to reflect the changes of the black, white and gray levels, finally generates the card file, and finishes the weaving process on the loom by the electronic jacquard rapier loom. The defects mainly comprise: (1) the level gradual transition process is relatively harsh; (2) a particular gradient weave (e.g., regular weft gradient) may not weave smoothly due to the accumulation of warp tension.
