When the expansion plate 5 extends out, the abutting surface 6 of the expansion plate 5 abuts against the side wall of the coaming 24 or the welding edge 25, and the expansion plates 5 of the two clamping assemblies 3 are matched to clamp the coaming 24 and the welding edge 25 of the cover plate 23.
In order to improve the operation safety, a protection plate 10 is further installed on the upper surface of the nip assembly 3 located at the outer ring of the welding jig.
The pressing component 11 is movably arranged above the second plane 17, and the pressing component 11 is suitable for pressing the cover plate 23 on the second plane 17; the stitching assembly 11 comprises a pressure plate 13, a hinge frame 12 and a second telescopic member 14. The pressing plate 13 is arranged on the upper part of the second plane 17 in parallel with the second plane 17 and is suitable for pressing the cover plate 23 on the second plane 17; the pressing plate 13 is fixedly arranged on the hinge frame 12, and the middle part of the hinge frame 12 is hinged on the frame body 1; the second telescopic element 14 has a telescopic end, the second telescopic element 14 is hinged on the frame body 1, and the telescopic end is hinged with the tail end of the hinge frame 12. When the second telescopic element 14 is telescopic, the hinge frame 12 can be driven to rotate and swing around the hinge shaft, and the pressing plate 13 is further driven to press on the second plane 17 or be far away from the second plane 17.
The operation principle of the above embodiment is as follows:
before using the welding jig, the self-weight pin 21 is first lifted upward to open the locking structure 19, and at this time, the swing arm 18 is lifted upward to open the entrance of the frame body 1. The second telescopic element 14, hinged to the articulated frame 12, is then operated to lift the articulated frame 12, with the second plane 17 emerging from below the pressure plate 13. The coaming 24 is then placed on the first plane 15 and pushed into the magazine 1 with the aid of the rollers 16, and the cover 23 is then placed on the second plane 17. The swing arm 18 is returned to the locking structure 19 and the deadweight pin 21 is lowered. The articulated frame 12 is then lowered and the cover plate 23 is pressed against the second plane 17 by the pressure plate 13. The clamping assemblies 3 located around the shroud 24 are then operated, and the first telescopic elements 9 connected to the mounting seats 7 of the telescopic plates 5 are operated in succession, so that the telescopic plates 5 of a total of five clamping assemblies 3 are successively extended, clamping the welding edges 25 of the shroud 24 and the cover plate 23. Wherein, a pair of clamping components 3 positioned at the inner side and the outer side of the side wall of the enclosing plate 24 can be synchronously operated, so that the side wall of the enclosing plate 24 and the welding edge 25 at the corresponding position of the cover plate 23 are conveniently clamped.
Through the processes, the pre-fixing of the cover plate 23 and the coaming 24 is completed, and after the pre-estimation is completed, an operator can operate the welding gun to weld the coaming 24 and the cover plate 23. By repeating the above operations, the coaming 24 and the second cover plate 23 can be pre-evaluated, and the welding of the second cover plate 23 and the coaming 24 is completed.

A welding fixture applied to a fixture for welding a box body in an intelligent water selling station is characterized in that a water storage tank is provided with a U-shaped coaming and two cover plates, a welding edge is arranged at the edge of each cover plate, and the welding edge is suitable for being attached to the inner wall of the coaming; the two cover plates are oppositely arranged at the opening of the enclosing plate, and the two cover plates and the U-shaped enclosing plate enclose to form a barrel-shaped water storage tank; it is characterized in that the welding jig comprises:
the frame body is provided with a first plane and a second plane, the first plane is suitable for placing the enclosing plate, the second plane is suitable for placing the cover plate, the first plane and the second plane are horizontally arranged in parallel, and the upper edge of the enclosing plate extends to the upper part of the second plane when the enclosing plate is placed on the first plane;
the pressing component is movably arranged above the second plane and is suitable for pressing the cover plate on the second plane;
and the clamping system is arranged along the welding edge and is suitable for clamping the welding edge on the inner wall of the enclosing plate.
2. The welding fixture for the fixture for welding the tank body in the intelligent water selling station as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping system comprises:
the clamping assemblies are provided with pressing surfaces which are suitable for pressing against the outer wall of the enclosing plate or the inner wall of the welding edge, and the clamping assemblies are distributed around the U-shaped edge of the enclosing plate.
3. The welding fixture for the fixture for welding the tank body in the intelligent water selling station as claimed in claim 2, wherein the clamping assembly comprises:
the pressing surface is arranged at the end part of the expansion plate;
the two cover plates are respectively attached to two surfaces of the telescopic plate, and the telescopic plate is suitable for sliding between the two cover plates;
the first telescopic element is fixedly installed on the telescopic plate and the telescopic end of the first telescopic element, and the telescopic plate is suitable for extending out or retracting back from the middle of the two covering plates under the driving of the first telescopic element.
