The information interaction method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to the server in the application scene shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, when the information interaction method is applied to a server, the information interaction method may include: S201-S203.
S201, the server receives a service session request.
Wherein the service session request includes advisory information; the service session request is triggered by a consultation operation performed by the terminal for the target object in response to an account of the login terminal.
Specifically, in the process of displaying the multimedia resources, if the audience account is interested in the target object in the displayed multimedia resources, the terminal can send the consultation information to the server. In this case, the terminal transmits a service session request to the server in response to a consultation operation performed by the account of the login terminal with respect to the target object. Accordingly, the server receives a service session request.
Alternatively, the consultation information may or may not include the target object.
Optionally, the multimedia resource may be a live broadcast resource, the target object may be a commodity in a live broadcast process, and the consultation information may be a related problem of the commodity.
Illustratively, the anchor is teaching an article of clothing during a live broadcast. When the viewer wants to purchase the clothing, the size of the clothing is not known. Therefore, the audience can execute triggering operation on the customer service control corresponding to the clothing commodity on the terminal and input consultation information for consulting the clothing size. In this case, the terminal transmits a service session request including the consultation information to the server.
S202, the server determines a session object according to the consultation information.
The session object is intelligent customer service or manual customer service corresponding to the consultation information.
Specifically, after receiving the service session request, the server may determine the session object according to the advisory information.
In connection with the above example, since the number of items taught by the anchor may be large and the number of viewers is large, the anchor may not be able to timely answer the consultation information of the viewers. In this case, the server, after receiving the service session request, may determine the session object according to the counseling information so that the session object (intelligent customer service or manual customer service) timely replies to the counseling information of the audience.
And S203, the server sends the session interface of the session object to the session requester based on the session object so that the session requester can interact information with the session object at the session interface.
Specifically, after determining the session object according to the consultation information, the server sends the session interface of the session object to the session requester based on the session object, so that the session requester can interact with the session object at the session interface. In this way, the session object is the session object corresponding to the consultation information, so that after receiving the consultation information, the session object can timely answer the consultation information of the session requester, thereby enriching the user experience.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least brings the following beneficial effects: as can be seen from S201-S203, after receiving the service session request sent by the session requester, the server determines a session object according to the consultation information, and sends a session interface of the session object to the session requester based on the session object, so that the session requester and the session object interact with each other at the session interface. In this way, the session object is the session object corresponding to the consultation information, so that after receiving the consultation information, the session object can timely answer the consultation information of the session requester, thereby enriching the user experience.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, when the advisory information includes the target object, in S202, the method for determining the session object by the server according to the advisory information specifically includes: s301.
S301, when the corresponding intelligent customer service exists in the target object, the server determines the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object as a session object.
Specifically, when the server determines the session object according to the consultation information, the server can first determine whether the target object has the corresponding intelligent customer service because the consultation information includes the target object. And when the corresponding intelligent customer service exists in the target object, the server determines the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object as a session object.
Optionally, the server stores a correspondence between the target object and the session object. After receiving the consultation information, the server can read the pre-stored corresponding relation and judge whether the corresponding intelligent customer service exists in the target object or not because the consultation information comprises the target object.
Optionally, when the server determines that the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object is the session object, the intelligent customer service corresponding to the merchant may be determined as the session object according to the merchant corresponding to the target object.
Illustratively, the consultation information is related information that the consultation target object is commodity a. In this case, the server determines the intelligent customer service corresponding to the commodity a as the session object.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least brings the following beneficial effects: as can be seen from S301, when the server determines the session object according to the advisory information, the server can determine whether the target object has a corresponding intelligent customer service. When the target object has the corresponding intelligent customer service, the server determines the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object as a session object, so that the intelligent customer service can timely answer the consultation information of the session requester, and the efficiency of information interaction is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4, when the advisory information includes the target object, in S202, the method for determining the session object by the server according to the advisory information specifically includes: s401.
S401, when the target object does not have the corresponding intelligent customer service, the server determines the artificial customer service corresponding to the target object as a session object.
Specifically, when the server determines the session object according to the consultation information, the server can first determine whether the target object has the corresponding intelligent customer service because the consultation information includes the target object. And when the corresponding intelligent customer service does not exist in the consultation information, the server determines the artificial customer service corresponding to the target object as the session object.
Optionally, when the server determines the manual customer service as the session object, the server may determine, according to a merchant corresponding to the target object, the manual customer service corresponding to the merchant as the session object.
Illustratively, the consultation information is related information that the consultation target object is commodity a. In this case, the server determines the manual customer service corresponding to the commodity a as the session object.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least brings the following beneficial effects: as can be seen from S401, when the server determines the session object according to the advisory information, the server can determine whether the target object has a corresponding intelligent customer service. When the target object does not have the corresponding intelligent customer service, the server determines the artificial customer service corresponding to the target object as the session object, so that the artificial customer service can timely answer the consultation information of the session requester, and the user experience of logging in the account of the terminal is enriched.
In one embodiment, in conjunction with fig. 4, as shown in fig. 5, the information interaction method further includes:
s501, the server sends a prompt message to a management account corresponding to the target object.
The prompt message is used for prompting the creation of intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object.
Specifically, when the target object does not have the corresponding intelligent customer service, the server may send a prompt message to the management account corresponding to the target object, so as to prompt the merchant or the operation and maintenance personnel corresponding to the target object to create the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least brings the following beneficial effects: as shown in S501, if the target object does not have a corresponding intelligent customer service, the server sends a prompt message for prompting to create the intelligent customer service to the management account corresponding to the target object, so that the server can answer the consultation information of the session requester through the intelligent customer service, thereby improving the efficiency of information interaction.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, when the advisory information does not include the target object, as shown in fig. 6, the information interaction method further includes:
s601, the server sends an object consultation interface corresponding to the consultation information to the session requester so that the session requester can select an object displayed by the object consultation interface.
Specifically, when the advisory information does not include the target object, the server may transmit an object advisory interface corresponding to the advisory information to the session requester, so that the session requester selects an object displayed by the object advisory interface. So that the session requester selects the target object to be consulted, enriching the user experience.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least brings the following beneficial effects: as can be seen from S601, when the counseling information does not include the target object, the server may transmit an object counseling interface corresponding to the counseling information to the session requester, so that the session requester selects an object displayed by the object counseling interface. Therefore, the session requester selects the target object to be consulted, the efficiency of information interaction is improved, and the user experience is enriched.
The information interaction method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also be applied to a terminal.
