The operating positions of the clutches in each gear of the drive system of embodiment 2 are the same as those in embodiment 1, except that the third electric motor EM3 always outputs power to the output shaft 5 of the transmission system through the third electric motor input gear pair EGR3 in each gear.
And at least one motor is always kept to output power in the gear shifting process, so that the continuous power output in the gear shifting process is uninterrupted.

Fig. 3 shows a 3 rd embodiment of a multi-motor transmission system according to the present invention, which includes:
a first electric machine EM1, the output shaft 1 of which EM1 is connected to the first intermediate shaft 3 through a first electric machine input gear pair EGR 1; specifically, as a further preferable solution of the present embodiment, the first motor input gear pair EGR1 includes a first motor input driving gear 6 and a first motor input driven gear 7 which are correspondingly engaged, the first motor input driving gear 6 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 1 of the first motor EM1, and the first motor input driven gear 7 is fixedly connected with the first intermediate shaft 3; the first electric machine input gear pair EGR1 is used to transmit the output power of the first electric machine EM1 to the first countershaft 3.
The scheme disclosed by the embodiment further comprises a second electric motor EM2, wherein the output shaft 2 of the second electric motor EM2 is connected with a second intermediate shaft 4 through a second electric motor input gear pair EGR 2; specifically, as a further preferable solution of the present embodiment, the second motor input gear pair EGR2 includes a second motor input driving gear 8 and a second motor input driven gear 9 which are correspondingly engaged, the second motor input driving gear 8 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 2 of the second motor EM2, and the second motor input driven gear 9 is fixedly connected with the second intermediate shaft 4; the second electric machine input gear pair EGR2 is used to transmit the output power of the second electric machine EM2 to the second intermediate shaft 4.
The scheme disclosed by the embodiment further comprises a first intermediate shaft 3, wherein the first intermediate shaft 3 is connected with a speed change system output shaft 5 through a first intermediate shaft gear pair; specifically, as a further preferable solution of the present embodiment, the first countershaft gear pair includes a second gear pair GR2, the second gear pair GR2 includes a second driving gear 12 that is freely sleeved on the first countershaft 3 and a second driven gear 13 that is fixed on the transmission output shaft 5, and the second driving gear 12 is correspondingly engaged with the second driven gear 13; the first intermediate shaft 3 can be selectively engaged or disengaged with the second driving gear 12 on one side through the third clutch B18;
the scheme disclosed by the embodiment further comprises a second intermediate shaft 4, wherein the second intermediate shaft 4 is connected with a speed change system output shaft 5 through a second intermediate shaft gear pair; specifically, as a further preferred version of this embodiment, the second countershaft gear set includes a first gear set GR1 to the left of the first clutch a16 and a third gear set GR3 to the right of the first clutch a 16.
The first gear pair GR1 includes a first driving gear 10 that is freely sleeved on the second intermediate shaft 4 and a first driven gear 11 that is fixed on the output shaft 5 of the transmission system, and the first driving gear 10 is correspondingly engaged with the first driven gear 11.
The third gear pair GR3 comprises a third driving gear 14 loosely sleeved on the second intermediate shaft 4 and a third driven gear 15 fixed on the output shaft 5 of the speed change system, and the third driving gear 14 is correspondingly engaged with the third driven gear 15; the second intermediate shaft 4 can be selectively engaged or disengaged with the first driving gear 10 on one side or the third driving gear 14 on the other side by the first clutch a 16.
A first clutch a16, a first clutch a16 is provided on the second countershaft 4 and is selectively engageable with a gear of the second countershaft gear pair.
A second clutch CU17, the second clutch CU17 being disposed on the first intermediate shaft 3 near the end of the second intermediate shaft 4 and being selectively engageable with the one-side second intermediate shaft 4.
A third clutch B18, the third clutch 18 is arranged on the first intermediate shaft 3 and can be selectively jointed with the gear of the gear pair of the first intermediate shaft on one side.
The output shaft 1 of the first electric motor EM1 and the output shaft 2 of the second electric motor EM2 are nested shafts and are positioned on the same side of the driving system; adopt bi-motor output shaft to adopt the nested axle, further improve the inside compactness of arranging of actuating system, reduce the occupied space and the volume of actuating system, reduce weight, reduce the heavy burden of whole car, further reduce vibration and noise, guarantee safe in utilizationly, increase of service life.
Specifically, as a further preferable aspect of the present embodiment, the second clutch CU17 is located between the first clutch a16 and the third clutch 18; the third gear pair GR3 is located between the first gear pair GR1 and the second gear pair GR 2; thereby further simplifying the internal arrangement space and size of the driving system and reducing the weight.

Fig. 4 shows a 4 th embodiment of the multi-motor transmission system, which is different from the 3 rd embodiment only in that the multi-motor transmission system further comprises a third electric motor EM3, and an output shaft 19 of the third electric motor EM3 is connected with the transmission system output shaft 5 through a third electric motor input gear pair EGR 3; specifically, as a further preferable solution of the present embodiment, the third motor input gear pair EGR3 includes a third motor input driving gear 20 and a third motor input driven gear 21 which are correspondingly engaged, the third motor input driving gear 20 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 19 of the third motor EM3, and the third motor input driven gear 21 is fixedly connected with the transmission system output shaft 5; the third electric machine input gear pair EGR3 is used to transfer the output power of the third electric machine EM3 to the transmission system output shaft 5.
As shown in table 2, the operating positions of the clutches in each gear of the driving system according to embodiment 3 are:
1) during neutral, the first clutch A is in the middle, the second clutch CU is not engaged, and the third clutch B is not engaged;
2) when the gear 1 is shifted, the first clutch A is engaged with a gear of a gear pair of a second intermediate shaft on one side, the second clutch CU is engaged with the second intermediate shaft on one side, and the third clutch B is not engaged; when the first intermediate shaft 3 and the second intermediate shaft 4 are engaged, the first electric machine EM1 and the second electric machine EM2 jointly output power, and the power is output from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the first gear pair GR 1;
3) in the gear 2, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on one side, the second clutch CU is not engaged, and the third clutch B is engaged with the gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair on one side; at the moment, the first intermediate shaft 3 and the second intermediate shaft 4 are disengaged, the output power of the first electric motor EM1 is output from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the first gear pair GR1, and the output power of the second electric motor EM2 is output from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the second gear pair GR 2;
4) in the 3-gear stage, the first clutch A is in the middle, the second clutch CU is connected with the second intermediate shaft on one side, and the third clutch B is connected with the gear of the gear pair of the first intermediate shaft on one side; at the moment, the first intermediate shaft 3 and the second intermediate shaft 4 are engaged, and the first electric machine EM1 and the second electric machine EM2 jointly output power which is output from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the second gear pair GR 2;
5) in the 4-gear stage, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side, the second clutch CU is not engaged, and the third clutch B is engaged with the gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair on one side; at the moment, the first intermediate shaft 3 and the second intermediate shaft 4 are disengaged, the output power of the first electric motor EM1 is output from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the third gear pair GR3, and the output power of the second electric motor EM2 is output from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the second gear pair GR 2;
6) in the gear 5, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side, the second clutch CU is engaged with the second intermediate shaft on one side, and the third clutch B is not engaged; at the moment, the first intermediate shaft 3 and the second intermediate shaft 4 are engaged, and the first electric motor EM1 and the second electric motor EM2 jointly output power from the output shaft 5 of the speed change system through the third gear pair GR 3.

The operating positions of the clutches in each gear of the drive system of embodiment 4 are the same as those in embodiment 3, except that the third electric motor EM3 always outputs power to the output shaft 5 of the transmission system through the third electric motor input gear pair EGR3 in each gear.
And at least one motor is always kept to output power in the gear shifting process, so that the continuous power output in the gear shifting process is uninterrupted.

Claims (18)

1. A multi-motor transmission system comprising:
a first electric machine (EM 1), the output shaft (1) of the first electric machine (EM 1) is connected with a first intermediate shaft (3) through a first electric machine input gear pair (EGR 1);
a second electric machine (EM 2), the output shaft (2) of the second electric machine (EM 2) is connected with a second intermediate shaft (4) through a second electric machine input gear pair (EGR 2);
a first intermediate shaft (3), wherein the first intermediate shaft (3) is connected with a speed change system output shaft (5) through a first intermediate shaft gear pair;
the second intermediate shaft (4), the said second intermediate shaft (4) passes the second intermediate shaft gear pair to connect the output shaft (5) of the speed change system;
it is characterized by also comprising:
a first clutch A (16), said first clutch A (16) being disposed on the second countershaft (4) and being selectively engageable with a gear of the second countershaft gear pair;
a second clutch CU (17), said second clutch CU (17) being arranged on the end of the first intermediate shaft (3) close to the second intermediate shaft (4) and being selectively engageable with the second intermediate shaft (4) or selectively engageable with a gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair;
the output shaft (1) of the first motor (EM 1) and the output shaft (2) of the second motor (EM 2) are nested shafts and are positioned on the same side of the driving system.
2. A multi-motor variable speed system according to claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a third electric machine (EM 3), and an output shaft (19) of the third electric machine (EM 3) is connected with the output shaft (5) of the speed change system through a third electric machine input gear pair (EGR 3).
3. A multi-motor variable speed system according to claim 2, wherein: the third motor input gear pair (EGR 3) comprises a third motor input driving gear (20) and a third motor input driven gear (21) which are correspondingly meshed, the third motor input driving gear (20) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (19) of a third motor (EM 3), and the third motor input driven gear (21) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (5) of the speed change system.
4. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the first intermediate shaft gear pair comprises a second gear pair (GR 2), the second gear pair (GR 2) comprises a second driving gear (12) which is sleeved on the first intermediate shaft (3) in a hollow mode and a second driven gear (13) which is fixed on the output shaft (5) of the speed changing system, and the second driving gear (12) is correspondingly meshed with the second driven gear (13).
5. A multi-motor variable speed system according to claim 4, wherein: the second countershaft gear set comprising a first gear set (GR 1) to the left of first clutch A (16) and a third gear set (GR 3) to the right of first clutch A (16);
the first gear pair (GR 1) comprises a first driving gear (10) which is sleeved on the second intermediate shaft (4) in a hollow mode and a first driven gear (11) which is fixed on the output shaft (5) of the speed changing system, and the first driving gear (10) is correspondingly meshed with the first driven gear (11);
the third gear pair (GR 3) comprises a third driving gear (14) which is sleeved on the second intermediate shaft (4) in an empty mode and a third driven gear (15) which is fixed on the output shaft (5) of the speed changing system, and the third driving gear (14) is correspondingly meshed with the third driven gear (15).
6. A multi-motor variable speed system according to claim 5, wherein: the third gear pair (GR 3) is located between the first gear pair (GR 1) and the second gear pair (GR 2).
7. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the first motor input gear pair (EGR 1) comprises a first motor input driving gear (6) and a first motor input driven gear (7) which are correspondingly meshed, the first motor input driving gear (6) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (1) of a first motor (EM 1), and the first motor input driven gear (7) is fixedly connected with a first intermediate shaft (3).
8. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the second motor input gear pair (EGR 2) comprises a second motor input driving gear (8) and a second motor input driven gear (9) which are correspondingly meshed, the second motor input driving gear (8) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (2) of a second motor (EM 2), and the second motor input driven gear (9) is fixedly connected with a second intermediate shaft (4).
9. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the working positions of the clutches under each gear of the driving system are as follows:
1) in neutral, the first clutch a is centered and the second clutch CU is centered;
2) in the 1-gear stage, the first clutch A is connected with a gear of a gear pair of the second intermediate shaft on one side, and the second clutch CU is connected with the second intermediate shaft on one side;
3) in the gear 2, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on one side, and the second clutch CU is engaged with the gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side;
4) in the gear 3, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side, and the second clutch CU is engaged with the gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side;
5) in the 4-gear stage, the first clutch a is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side, and the second clutch CU is engaged with the second intermediate shaft on one side.
10. A multi-motor transmission system comprising:
a first electric machine (EM 1), the output shaft (1) of the first electric machine (EM 1) is connected with a first intermediate shaft (3) through a first electric machine input gear pair (EGR 1);
a second electric machine (EM 2), the output shaft (2) of the second electric machine (EM 2) is connected with a second intermediate shaft (4) through a second electric machine input gear pair (EGR 2);
a first intermediate shaft (3), wherein the first intermediate shaft (3) is connected with a speed change system output shaft (5) through a first intermediate shaft gear pair;
the second intermediate shaft (4), the said second intermediate shaft (4) passes the second intermediate shaft gear pair to connect the output shaft (5) of the speed change system;
it is characterized by also comprising:
a first clutch A (16), said first clutch A (16) being disposed on the second countershaft (4) and being selectively engageable with a gear of the second countershaft gear pair;
a second clutch CU (17), said second clutch CU (17) being arranged on the first intermediate shaft (3) near the end of the second intermediate shaft (4) and being selectively engageable with the second intermediate shaft (4),
a third clutch B (18), said third clutch (18) being arranged on the first countershaft (3) and being selectively engageable with a gear of the first countershaft gear pair;
the output shaft (1) of the first motor (EM 1) and the output shaft (2) of the second motor (EM 2) are nested shafts and are positioned on the same side of the driving system.
11. A multi-motor variable speed system according to claim 10, wherein: the system also comprises a third electric machine (EM 3), and an output shaft (19) of the third electric machine (EM 3) is connected with the output shaft (5) of the speed change system through a third electric machine input gear pair (EGR 3).
12. A multi-motor transmission system according to claim 11, wherein: the third motor input gear pair (EGR 3) comprises a third motor input driving gear (20) and a third motor input driven gear (21) which are correspondingly meshed, the third motor input driving gear (20) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (19) of a third motor (EM 3), and the third motor input driven gear (21) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (5) of the speed change system.
13. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: the first motor input gear pair (EGR 1) comprises a first motor input driving gear (6) and a first motor input driven gear (7) which are correspondingly meshed, the first motor input driving gear (6) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (1) of a first motor (EM 1), and the first motor input driven gear (7) is fixedly connected with a first intermediate shaft (3).
14. A multi-motor transmission system according to claim 13, wherein: the second countershaft gear set comprising a first gear set (GR 1) to the left of first clutch A (16) and a third gear set (GR 3) to the right of first clutch A (16);
the first gear pair (GR 1) comprises a first driving gear (10) which is sleeved on the second intermediate shaft (4) in a hollow mode and a first driven gear (11) which is fixed on the output shaft (5) of the speed changing system, and the first driving gear (10) is correspondingly meshed with the first driven gear (11);
the third gear pair (GR 3) comprises a third driving gear (14) which is sleeved on the second intermediate shaft (4) in an empty mode and a third driven gear (15) which is fixed on the output shaft (5) of the speed changing system, and the third driving gear (14) is correspondingly meshed with the third driven gear (15).
15. A multi-motor variable speed system according to claim 14, wherein: the second clutch CU (17) is located between the first clutch A (16) and the third clutch (18); the third gear pair (GR 3) is located between the first gear pair (GR 1) and the second gear pair (GR 2).
16. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: the second motor input gear pair (EGR 2) comprises a second motor input driving gear (8) and a second motor input driven gear (9) which are correspondingly meshed, the second motor input driving gear (8) is fixedly connected with an output shaft (2) of a second motor (EM 2), and the second motor input driven gear (9) is fixedly connected with a second intermediate shaft (4).
17. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: the first intermediate shaft gear pair comprises a second gear pair (GR 2), the second gear pair (GR 2) comprises a second driving gear (12) which is sleeved on the first intermediate shaft (3) in a hollow mode and a second driven gear (13) which is fixed on the output shaft (5) of the speed changing system, and the second driving gear (12) is correspondingly meshed with the second driven gear (13).
18. A multiple motor variable speed system according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: the working positions of the clutches under each gear of the speed change system are as follows:
1) during neutral, the first clutch A is in the middle, the second clutch CU is not engaged, and the third clutch B is not engaged;
2) when the gear 1 is shifted, the first clutch A is engaged with a gear of a gear pair of a second intermediate shaft on one side, the second clutch CU is engaged with the second intermediate shaft on one side, and the third clutch B is not engaged;
3) in the gear 2, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on one side, the second clutch CU is not engaged, and the third clutch B is engaged with the gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair on one side;
4) in the 3-gear stage, the first clutch A is in the middle, the second clutch CU is connected with the second intermediate shaft on one side, and the third clutch B is connected with the gear of the gear pair of the first intermediate shaft on one side;
5) in the 4-gear stage, the first clutch A is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side, the second clutch CU is not engaged, and the third clutch B is engaged with the gear of the first intermediate shaft gear pair on one side;
6) in the 5-gear stage, the first clutch a is engaged with the gear of the second intermediate shaft gear pair on the other side, the second clutch CU is engaged with the second intermediate shaft on the one side, and the third clutch B is not engaged.
