The application discloses open wireless earphone can strengthen the bass effect, improves user's experience.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, some embodiments of the present application provide an open wireless headset including a housing 100 and a sound emitting unit 300. Wherein, be equipped with sound channel 200 in the casing 100, sound generating unit 300 and sound channel 200 intercommunication, casing 100 includes procapsid 110 and back casing 120, and sound generating unit 300 sets up in procapsid 110, and the sound that sound generating unit 300 produced propagates to going out sound hole 111 through sound channel 200 to the bass effect of reinforcing sound generating unit 300, and the direction sound is to the transmission of assigned direction, and it is excessive to the outside direction of human duct to reduce sound, in order to realize directional sound conduction.
The sound generating unit 300 is a loudspeaker, because the bass part in the sound wave has the characteristics of poor directivity, strong diffusion and difficult influence from the external environment, the sound generating unit 300 is arranged in the front shell 110, the sound wave generated by the vibration of the sound generating unit 300 is transmitted to the sound outlet hole 111 through the sound channel 200, the output of the bass is effectively reserved, the experience of a user is improved, the sound is directionally output through the sound channel, and the sound is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4 together, in some embodiments of the present application, the sound channels 200 include a first sound channel 210 and a second sound channel 220. The first sound channel 210 is disposed between the sound hole 111 and the sound generating unit 300, the sound generated by the sound generating unit 300 is transmitted to the sound hole 111 through the first sound channel 210, and the second sound channel 220 is disposed at the other end of the sound generating unit 300 away from the first sound channel 210.
In this embodiment, the sound generating unit 300 is a speaker, the speaker is in a circular truncated cone shape, the circular surface of the circular truncated cone is clamped to the inner side wall of the front housing 110, and the first sound channel 210 and the second sound channel 220 are respectively disposed in the non-thickness direction of the speaker, i.e., at two ends of the non-circular surface of the circular truncated cone shape. The first sound channel 210 is disposed between the sound outlet hole 111 and the speaker, and the second sound channel 220 is disposed at an end of the speaker far away from the first sound channel 210. Through setting up like this, the loudspeaker vibrating diaphragm of loudspeaker produces the sound wave at the vibration in-process, propagates to sound outlet 111 through first sound channel 210, and first sound channel 210 can remain the output of bass more effectively, and second sound channel 220 plays the whole balanced action to the sound wave.
In some embodiments of the present application, the front housing 110 has a plurality of air holes 112, and the plurality of air holes 112 are disposed at the tail of the second sound channel 220 for balancing the audio output of the first sound channel 210.
Through setting up bleeder vent 112, can adjust the atmospheric pressure in the casing 100 to can balance the audio output of first sound channel 210, if do not set up bleeder vent 112, the sound that sound generating unit 300 produced is comparatively bored, influences user's experience, sets up like this, can improve user's experience effect.
In some embodiments of the present application, an angle is formed between the first sound channel 210 and the second sound channel 220, and the first sound channel 210 can be rotated up and down relative to the second sound channel 220 by using an ear as a reference to adjust the angle.
In one embodiment, the included angle is in a range of 20 degrees to 180 degrees.
In the present embodiment, the housing 100 is made of a flexible material, and silicone rubber, TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer), TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer), and the like can be used. In the front housing 110, two sides of the sound generating unit 300 can rotate, so that the first sound channel 210 can rotate up and down relative to the second sound channel 220 by taking an ear as a reference, an included angle is formed between the first sound channel 210 and the second sound channel 220, the included angle can be adjusted by rotating, and the sound generating hole 111 can be adjusted to be far away from or close to an ear canal mouth of the ear by adjusting the upward rotation or the downward rotation of the first sound channel 210, so that the adjustment of the listening sound can be realized.
In some embodiments of the present application, the casing 100 further includes a flexible casing 130, the flexible casing 130 is disposed between the front casing 110 and the rear casing 120, the front casing 110 and the rear casing 120 are connected by the flexible casing 130, and the front casing 110 is rotatable with respect to the rear casing 120 in a left-right direction with respect to an ear, so as to enhance wearing stability of the open wireless headset, wherein the direction approaching to the ear canal opening is a left direction, and the direction away from the ear canal opening is a right direction.

In some embodiments of the present application, a second protrusion 122 is disposed on a side of the rear housing 120 close to the ear to fix the open wireless headset to the ear. A second protrusion 122 is provided to form a wave-like shape on the side of the open wireless earphone close to the ear, so that the wireless earphone can be conveniently worn on the ear.
In some embodiments of the present application, the sound outlet hole 111 is disposed at a side of the front case 110 near the ear canal mouth. Through setting up like this, go out sound hole 111 and be close to the duct more, improved user's experience.

the sound generating unit is arranged in the front shell, sound generated by the sound generating unit is transmitted to the sound outlet hole through the sound channel so as to enhance the bass effect of the sound generating unit and guide the sound to be transmitted in a specified direction, and the sound is reduced to overflow to the outside of the auditory canal of a human body so as to realize directional sound transmission.
2. The open wireless headset of claim 1, wherein the sound channel comprises:
the first sound channel is arranged between the sound outlet hole and the sound generating unit, and sound generated by the sound generating unit is transmitted to the sound outlet hole through the first sound channel;
and the second sound channel is arranged at the other end, far away from the first sound channel, of the sound production unit.
3. The open wireless earphone of claim 2, wherein the front housing has a plurality of air holes formed thereon, and the plurality of air holes are formed on the rear portion of the second sound channel for balancing and adjusting the audio output of the first sound channel.
4. The open wireless earphone of claim 2, wherein an angle is formed between the first sound channel and the second sound channel, and the first sound channel can rotate up and down relative to the second sound channel with respect to the ear to adjust the angle.
5. The open wireless earphone according to claim 4, wherein the angle of the included angle is in the range of 20-180 degrees.
6. The open wireless headset of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises:
the flexible casing, flexible casing set up in between the procapsid with the back casing, the procapsid with the back casing passes through flexible casing links to each other, the procapsid can use the ear as the benchmark for the back casing to control rotatoryly, in order to strengthen the stability that open wireless earphone wore.
7. The open wireless earphone of claim 6, wherein the side of the rear housing away from the ear is curved, and a first protrusion is formed at the end of the side of the rear housing close to the ear and away from the sound outlet hole.
8. The open wireless earphone of claim 6 wherein the flexible housing, the front housing, and the side of the rear housing adjacent the ear are each curved to achieve a balanced distribution of the weight of the open wireless earphone.
9. The open wireless earphone of claim 1, wherein the rear housing has a second protrusion on a side thereof adjacent to the ear to secure the open wireless earphone to the ear.
10. The open wireless earphone of claim 1 wherein the sound outlet hole is disposed on a side of the front housing proximate to the ear canal opening.
