In one embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary support portion 30 is provided between the lumbar support portion 20 and the upper body support portion 10, and the lumbar support portion 20, the auxiliary support portion 30 and the upper body support portion 10 are connected by an elastic member 40. The number of the auxiliary supporting parts 30 may be one or a plurality. Each of the auxiliary supporting parts 30 is provided with a third fixing band 31 for fixing the auxiliary supporting part 30 to the human body. As shown in fig. 1, when the auxiliary supporting portions 30 are more than two, the elastic member 40 further includes a third elastic member located between the two auxiliary supporting portions 30.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting rope 41 is partially or entirely disposed in the elastic member 40, at least one guide block 42 is disposed in the elastic member 40, and a guide hole through which the adjusting rope 41 passes is disposed on the guide block 42. The external dimension of the guide block 42 is smaller than the diameter of the inner ring of the elastic member 40, so as to avoid interference with the guide block 42 when the elastic member 40 is deformed. Of course, the guide block 42 may be connected with the corresponding support portion by a connection portion. Of course, the adjusting cord 41 may be provided inside the elastic member 40, outside the elastic member 40, or both inside and outside the elastic member 40.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the driving member 46 is disposed outside the elastic member 40, so that the driving member 46 can be easily installed. 6. The lumbar support facilitating adjustment of claim 4, wherein the number of pulleys is at least two, the adjustment means is configured with auxiliary wheels, and the adjustment cord is wound around the pulleys and the auxiliary wheels.

The lumbar support according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises a pressure wheel capable of contacting the adjusting rope, a pressure sensor is arranged on the pressure wheel, the pressure sensor is electrically connected with a rotating device arranged on the lumbar support part, and the rotating device can rotate to tighten or loosen the adjusting rope according to the signal of the pressure sensor.
