Referring to fig. 1, a baggage monitoring method 100 according to an embodiment of the present application will now be described. The baggage supervision method 100 comprises the steps of:
step S1, recording the arrangement sequence of the luggage, and acquiring and pre-storing characteristic information of the luggage;
s2, queuing the luggage into a conveyor belt according to the arrangement sequence;
s3, sensing the arrival position of the luggage through the photoelectric sensing device and calculating the actual time of the luggage arriving at the photoelectric sensing device;
s4, judging whether the actual time of the luggage arriving at the photoelectric sensing device is within a window period of the preset time of the luggage arriving at the photoelectric sensing device;

s5, judging whether the characteristic information of the current luggage is consistent with the pre-stored characteristic information of the luggage or not;
if yes, sorting the current luggage;
if not, the current luggage is removed, and the luggage arrangement sequence is checked again from the next luggage.
It can be understood that, the baggage supervision method 100 determines whether the baggage is in disorder of position such as continuous baggage, rolling, sliding, etc. during the transportation process by recording the baggage arrangement sequence and comparing whether the actual transportation time of each baggage meets the requirement with the preset time.
Meanwhile, the baggage supervision method 100 further improves the accuracy of baggage transportation and sorting by acquiring and pre-storing characteristic information of baggage in advance, then checking the characteristic information before sorting the current baggage, and performing baggage appearance analysis and tracking to assist in discrimination.
Meanwhile, if the position is disordered, the current luggage can be rejected, the luggage arrangement sequence is re-checked from the next luggage, the normal sequence is restored again, and workers only need to re-sequence the disordered luggage independently, so that the situation that all the luggage at the back is staggered is avoided.
The beneficial effects of the baggage supervision method 100 provided by the present application are: compared with the prior art, the luggage is tracked and positioned through time management of luggage transmission and characteristic information check of the luggage, the problem of luggage sorting dislocation caused by the problem of position disorder such as continuous package, rolling and sliding of the luggage in the transmission process is prevented, and the fault tolerance and the robustness of luggage supervision are improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the method for recording the baggage arranging order includes the following steps:
generating and sequencing a plurality of groups of different serial numbers;
respectively attaching the serial numbers to corresponding labels;
each bag is labeled with a tag and the bags are sorted according to their serial number.
It will be appreciated that the serial number may be generated as letters, numbers, bar codes, two-dimensional codes, etc., or may be electronically encoded, with the intent of ensuring that the serial number is readable and exists in a unique form. Because the sorting system can sort the luggage into different regions according to the arrangement sequence of the luggage to carry out the procedures of detection or storage and the like, the owner of the luggage can be confirmed through the serial number, and if the suspicious luggage is detected, the corresponding owner can be found through the serial number.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the method for obtaining characteristic information of an item of baggage includes the following steps:
acquiring an image through a camera;
the target detection and identification system acquires a target area where the luggage is located from the image;
feature information in the target region is extracted.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the characteristic information includes at least one of a shape, a size, and a color.
It can be understood that the shape, size and color in the image are collected and extracted through the image, and the judgment is assisted through tracking, so that the accuracy of the luggage transportation and sorting is further improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1, if n photoelectric sensing devices are disposed on the conveyor belt, and the time when the baggage just enters the conveyor belt is denoted as T 0 The time when each piece of luggage sequentially reaches the n photoelectric sensing devices is T 1 ~T n Then, the calculation formula of the actual time when the baggage reaches the photoelectric sensing device is as follows:
specifically, the distance of the baggage passing through the n photoelectric sensing devices to be transmitted is L 1 ~L n The average transport speed of the conveyor belt corresponding to the run is V 1 ~V n Then, the calculation formula of the preset time for the baggage to reach the photoelectric sensing device is as follows:
specifically, if the range of the window period is set to be k, the method for determining whether the actual time of the baggage arriving at the photoelectric sensing device is within the window period of the preset time of the baggage arriving at the photoelectric sensing device includes:
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, after the current baggage is rejected, the baggage is re-entered into the sorting order and the characteristic information is obtained, and the baggage is queued into the conveyor according to the sorting order.
It will be appreciated that after the current baggage has been rejected, the baggage may be re-checked for convenience because the baggage may be repositioned when it is re-placed on the conveyor. For example, when a piece of baggage is first placed on the conveyor belt, the piece of baggage is right side up, and when a second piece of baggage is placed on the conveyor belt, the piece of baggage is right side up, and therefore, the characteristic information thereof may be changed, and it is necessary to re-enter the arrangement order and acquire the characteristic information.
Referring to fig. 2-3, a baggage surveillance system 200 is also provided.
The baggage supervision system 200 comprises a background control center 210, a transmitting device 260 in data connection with the background control center 210, a plurality of photoelectric sensing devices 220, a first camera 230, a second camera 240 and a sorting device 250.
Specifically, the first camera 230 is disposed at a feeding end of the conveying device 260, and is configured to obtain characteristic information of the baggage.
The plurality of photoelectric sensing devices 220 are disposed on the conveying device 260, and are used for sensing the baggage on the conveying device 260.
The second camera 240 is disposed at a discharging end of the conveying device 260, and is configured to acquire characteristic information of the baggage.
The sorting device 250 is disposed at the discharging end of the conveying device 260 and is used for sorting the luggage.
The background control center 210 is configured to record an arrangement order of the baggage, and obtain data information of the conveying device 260, the plurality of photoelectric sensing devices 220, the first camera 230, the second camera 240, and the sorting apparatus 250 in real time.
The beneficial effects of the luggage supervisory systems 200 that this application provided lie in: compared with the prior art, the baggage supervision system 200 may acquire data information of the conveying device 260, the plurality of photoelectric sensing devices 220, the first camera 230, the second camera 240 and the sorting equipment 250 in real time, monitor the position, the characteristic information and the transmission time of the baggage, and effectively detect the problem of baggage position disorder.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2 to fig. 3, the conveying device 260 includes a linear conveyer 261 and a rotary conveyer 262, and a plurality of the photoelectric sensing devices 220 are disposed at the connection between the linear conveyer 261 and the rotary conveyer 262.
It can be understood that, since the problem of the position disorder of the baggage such as the bag-linking, the rolling, the sliding, etc. during the transportation process is mostly at the connection point of the linear conveyer 261 and the rotary conveyer 262, the problem of the position disorder of the baggage can be effectively detected by providing a plurality of the photoelectric sensing devices 220 at the connection point of the linear conveyer 261 and the rotary conveyer 262.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2-3, the baggage monitoring system 200 further comprises a spur belt (not shown) connected to the conveyor 260.
It will be appreciated that if a baggage mess is detected, the baggage may be transferred out by passing it through a spur belt and the sequence of baggage may be re-checked by the operator starting with the next baggage in order to properly sort all of the baggage.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
