The conveying mechanism 19 comprises a double-layer conveying line, in particular a double-layer multiple chain conveying line. The double-deck transfer chain includes upper transfer chain and lower floor's transfer chain, and the both ends of transfer chain are provided with elevating system 11 respectively, and upper transfer chain carries terminal elevating system 11 to be used for carrying frock board 1 to lower floor's transfer chain, and lower floor's transfer chain is used for carrying frock board 1 to the feed end of upper transfer chain.
The assembly process of the automatic pre-assembly line of the flow cell panel frame assembly of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
the automatic pre-assembly line for the plate frame assembly designed by the invention is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a tooling plate 10, a lifting mechanism 11 (shown in fig. 2), a material taking and placing mechanism 12 (shown in fig. 3), a glue dispensing mechanism 13 (shown in fig. 4), a cover plate assembly mechanism 14 (shown in fig. 5), an O-shaped ring assembly mechanism 15 (shown in fig. 6), a turnover mechanism 16 (shown in fig. 7), a plate frame assembly displacement mechanism 17, a belt conveying mechanism 18, a conveying mechanism 19, a second blocking jacking mechanism 20 (shown in fig. 8), a first blocking jacking mechanism 21 (shown in fig. 9) and the like. The plate frame assembly pre-assembly line is divided into 8 sections, a plate frame is taken and placed in the first section, plate frame front glue dispensing is carried out in the second section, cover plates are assembled in the third section, plate frame front O-shaped ring assembling is carried out in the fourth section, the plate frame is turned over in the fifth section, plate frame back glue dispensing is carried out in the sixth section, plate frame back O-shaped ring assembling is carried out in the seventh section, and plate frame assembly shifting is carried out in the eighth section.
When the tooling plate 10 enters a first working section position, the first stopper 211 and the first backstop 212 under the first blocking jacking mechanism 21 at the first working section position work to enable the tooling plate 10 to stop at the first working section position, then the first jacking cylinder 213 starts to work to push the first jacking plate 214 to move upwards so as to jack up the tooling plate 10 to enable the tooling plate to be separated from the conveying line and be kept, at the moment, the material taking and placing mechanism 12 starts to work, a plate frame is moved to the upper surface of the tooling plate 10 at the first working section position from the upper surface of the plate frame material frame under the action of the YZ linear module and the sucker assembly on the material taking and placing mechanism 12, then the first jacking cylinder 213 resets, the tooling plate 10 returns to the upper surface of the conveying line, the first stopper 211 resets, and the tooling plate 10 moves forwards along with the conveying line.
When the tooling plate 10 enters the second working section position, the second stopper 201 and the second backstop 202 under the second stopping jacking mechanism 20 at the second working section position work to stop the tooling plate 10 at the second working section position, the second jacking cylinder 203 starts to work to push the second jacking plate 204 to move upwards, so that the tooling plate 10 is jacked up to be separated from the conveying line and kept, then the rotary clamping cylinder 205 under the jacking mechanism is stopped to work to compress the plate frame, the glue dispensing mechanism 13 starts to work at the moment, glue is dispensed on the front surface of the plate frame according to the preset position, after glue dispensing is completed, the rotary clamping cylinder 205 resets, the second jacking cylinder 203 resets, the tooling plate 10 returns to the upper surface of the conveying line, the second stopper 201 resets, and the tooling plate 10 moves forwards along with the conveying line.
When the tooling plate 10 enters the third position of the working section, the second stopper 201 and the second backstop 202 under the second stopping and jacking mechanism 20 at the third position of the working section work to enable the tooling plate 10 to stay at the third position of the working section, the second jacking cylinder 203 starts to work to push the second jacking plate 204 to move upwards, so that the tooling plate 10 is jacked up to be separated from the conveying line and kept, then the rotary clamping cylinder 205 under the jacking mechanism is blocked from working to tightly press the plate frame, at the moment, the cover plate assembling mechanism 14 starts to work, the cover plate is moved from the upper part of the cover plate material rack to the upper part of the specified position of the plate frame at the three working sections under the action of a YZ linear module and a sucker component on the material taking and placing mechanism to complete the assembly of the cover plate, and then the rotary clamping cylinder 205 is reset, the second jacking cylinder 203 is reset, the tool plate 10 returns to the upper surface of the conveying line, the second stopper 201 is reset, and the tool plate 10 moves forwards along with the conveying line.
When the tooling plate 10 enters the four positions of the working section, the second stopper 201 and the second backstop 202 below the second blocking jacking mechanism 20 at the four positions of the working section work to enable the tooling plate 10 to stop at the four positions of the working section, the second jacking cylinder 203 starts to work to push the second jacking plate 204 to move upwards, so that the tooling plate 10 is jacked up to be separated from the conveying line and kept, then the rotary clamping cylinder 205 below the jacking mechanism is blocked to work to compress the plate frame, at the moment, the O-shaped ring assembling mechanism 15 starts to work to assemble the O-shaped ring to the appointed position above the plate frame, after the O-shaped ring is assembled, the rotary clamping cylinder 205 resets, the second jacking cylinder 203 resets, the tooling plate 10 returns to the upper side of the conveying line, the second stopper 201 resets, and the tooling plate 10 moves forwards along with the conveying line.
When the tooling plate 10 enters the fifth position of the workshop section, the first stopper 211 and the first backstop 212 under the first blocking jacking mechanism 21 at the fifth position of the workshop section work to stop the tooling plate 10 at the fifth position of the workshop section, then the first jacking cylinder 213 under the first blocking jacking mechanism starts to work to push the first jacking plate 214 to move upwards so as to jack the tooling plate 10 to separate from the conveying line and keep the tooling plate, at the moment, the turnover mechanism 16 starts to work, the piston rods of the two pushing cylinders 161 move close to each other to push the corresponding finger cylinder 163 to a preset position, the clamping jaws of the finger cylinders are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the plate frame, then the finger cylinders work to clamp the plate frame, the first jacking cylinder 213 resets, the tooling plate 10 returns to the upper side of the conveying line, the plate frame is separated from the tooling plate, at the moment, the rotary cylinder 162 works and rotates 180 degrees to realize the turnover of the plate frame, then first jacking cylinder 213 work, promote first jacking board 214 upward movement, jack-up frock board 10 to assigned position, this position sheet frame just in time is located frock board 10 above, and finger cylinder 163 resets this moment, and promotion cylinder 161 resets, and the sheet frame gets back to on the frock board 10 again, and first jacking cylinder 213 resets after that, and frock board 10 returns to on the transfer chain, and first stopper 211 resets, and frock board 10 is along with the transfer chain forward movement.
When the tooling plate 10 enters the sixth position of the workshop section, the glue dispensing on the back of the plate frame is carried out, the working principle is the same as that of the workshop section II, and the description is omitted; after the glue dispensing on the back surface of the plate frame is finished, the tooling plate 10 enters a seventh working section, and the seventh working section is used for assembling an O-shaped ring on the back surface of the plate frame, the working principle of the assembly is the same as that of the fourth working section, and the assembly is not described again; after the O-shaped ring on the back of the plate frame is assembled, the plate frame assembly is preassembled, the plate frame assembly enters the working section eight at the moment, the plate frame assembly is displaced, the plate frame assembly is moved to the upper side of the belt conveying mechanism 18 through the plate frame assembly displacement mechanism 17, the principle of the plate frame assembly displacement mechanism 17 is similar to that of the working section one and the working section three, the description is omitted, the belt conveying mechanism 18 conveys the plate frame assembly to a general assembly line of a galvanic pile, the general assembly of the galvanic pile is carried out, after the tooling plate 10 is separated from the plate frame assembly, the tooling plate moves forwards along with the conveying line, when the tooling plate enters the upper side of the lifting mechanism 11, the tooling plate 10 descends to the next layer of the conveying line along with the action of the lifting mechanism 11, the tooling plate 10 is driven to reach the upper side of the lifting mechanism 11 at the other end of the conveying line through the movement of the lower conveying line, the tooling plate can ascend to the upper conveying line along with the action of the lifting mechanism 11, and then enters the working section one again, thereby realizing the automatic feeding of the tooling plate 10.
Automatic pre-installation of the plate frame assembly can be realized through the pre-installation production line.
