Background
With the continuous increase of the depth of water developed by deepwater oil and gas drilling, the current mode of ordinary deepwater marine drilling generates problems in the aspects of drilling cost, drilling efficiency, technical difficulty, safety and the like. To this end, the scholars have proposed a concept of placing a highly automated, modular deepwater drilling system at the subsea mudline, i.e. a subsea drilling rig. The deep water shallow layer oil and gas reservoir is mined by a submarine drilling machine, a horizontal well is often required to be constructed to expose a producing zone to the maximum extent, the mining efficiency is improved, and the technical challenge of shallow layer deflection is brought. In addition, in order to improve the drilling speed, the coiled tubing drilling technology becomes a better choice due to the high-efficiency well building speed, but the coiled tubing cannot provide torque for a downhole drilling tool due to the characteristics of the coiled tubing, so that the drilling fluid has poor lithologic property and wellbore cleanability in the drilling process, and is easy to stick and block and pollute a production zone.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the flexible tube 7 comprises several hinge structures in series in the length direction thereof for changing the angle of the flexible tube 7 and transmitting axial forces.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hinge structure comprises: ball seat 701 that connects gradually along flexible pipe 7 length direction in series, be provided with the recess that holds bulb 702 on the ball seat 701, ball seat 701 and bulb 702 constitute articulated structure jointly for change flexible pipe 7's angle and transmission axial force. Adjacent ball seats 701 are sealed with rubber.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, flexible pipe 7 further comprises a seal 703 disposed between ball seat 701 and ball head 702 for sealing off communication of drilling fluid inside flexible pipe 7 with drilling fluid in the annular cavity.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flexible tube 7 further includes a transmission pin 704 and a transmission groove 705, the transmission groove 705 is disposed on the ball seat 701, and the ball head 702 is restrained in the transmission groove 705 by the transmission pin 704 for transmitting torque.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the downhole drilling tool further comprises a signal generator 3 and a dip pup joint 4, the signal generator 3 and the dip pup joint 4 are positioned between the drill collar 6 and the guide pup joint 2, and the drill collar 6, the dip pup joint 4, the signal generator 3 and the guide pup joint 2 are sequentially connected in series;
the signal generator 3 is provided with a downhole computer which is configured to send a control signal to the guide nipple 2 so as to realize real-time two-way communication between the ground and the underground; and a sensor is arranged on the inclination measuring nipple 4, is configured to monitor the current well track, transmits related data to the signal generator 3, analyzes the deviation of the current well track and the designed well track through an underground computer, and sends a control signal to the guide nipple 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a battery pack sub 5 is further included, the battery pack sub 5 being located between the drill collar 6 and the dip sub 4 and being in series with each other, the battery pack sub 5 being configured to provide power to the guide sub 2, the signal generator 3 and the dip sub 4.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the radius of curvature of the flexible tube 7 is 1.0-2.0 m.

The flexible pipe drilling downhole drilling tool for a subsea drilling rig according to claim 1, further comprising a signal generator (3) and a dip sub (4), the signal generator (3) and the dip sub (4) being located between the drill collar (6) and the guide sub (2), the drill collar (6), the dip sub (4), the signal generator (3) and the guide sub (2) being connected in series in that order;
the signal generator (3) is provided with a downhole computer which is configured to send a control signal to the guide short joint (2) so as to realize real-time two-way communication between the ground and the underground; and a sensor is arranged on the inclination measuring nipple (4), is configured to monitor the current well track and transmit related data to the signal generator (3), and sends a control signal to the guide nipple (2) by analyzing the deviation of the current well track and the designed well track through the underground computer.
