The assembled stadium stand structure of claim 1, wherein the first and second support legs are connected to a rotating rod, and the first and second support legs are limitedly connected to the fixed frame through a fixed rod; the connecting vertical plate is provided with a clamping rotary rod, and the clamping rotary rod is used for clamping and fixing the overturning auxiliary plate.
