Background
At present, most of the voltage difference judgment of all series-connected battery cells in a battery pack by a pure electric vehicle only adopts a larger fault value to judge, but if the voltage difference judgment is carried out according to the set threshold value, the battery cells are always in a state that the battery cells cannot be maintained and need to be replaced when the fault is judged, and in the early use process, serious problems of less charging, short endurance and the like are often caused by the battery cells.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a power battery pressure difference early warning method comprises the steps of acquiring charging voltage parameters in real time under the charging state of a power battery of an electric automobile, and judging that the power battery has faults when the fluctuation voltage difference of the charging voltage exceeds a set pressure difference threshold A and the fluctuation duration exceeds a set time threshold B.
And after judging that the power battery has faults in the charging state, sending out a fault alarm signal, and reducing the charging current to C of a normal current value, wherein the C is smaller than 100.
After the power battery is judged to have faults in the charging state, if the charging voltage fluctuation voltage difference is lower than the set voltage difference threshold D and the maintaining time exceeds the set time threshold E, the alarm signal is cleared, and the charging current is restored to the normal current value.
Under the discharge state of the power battery of the electric automobile, the discharge voltage parameter and the battery working temperature value are obtained in real time, and when the following conditions are met simultaneously, the power battery is judged to have faults:
the discharge voltage fluctuation voltage difference exceeds a set voltage difference threshold F;
the duration of the fluctuation exceeds a set time threshold G;
the discharge current is larger than a set current threshold H;
the lowest temperature of the power battery is greater than the set temperature threshold I.
And after judging that the power battery has faults in the discharging state, sending out a fault alarm signal, limiting the discharging of the power battery, if the current discharging power is larger than the set discharging upper limit power, limiting the discharging power to be reduced to the set discharging threshold value, and if the current discharging power is lower than the set discharging lower limit power, limiting the discharging power to the creeping power.
After the power battery is judged to have faults in the discharging state, if the discharging voltage fluctuation voltage difference is lower than the set voltage difference threshold J, the alarm signal is cleared, and the limitation of discharging the power battery is canceled.
The early warning system for executing the power battery pressure difference early warning method is provided with a processor, a power end of the power battery is connected with a signal input interface of the processor through a voltage acquisition circuit, an alarm signal output end of the processor is connected with a whole vehicle instrument through a signal wire, and a control signal output end of the processor is connected with a power battery management unit.
The power battery is provided with a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is connected with a signal input interface of the processor through a signal line.
According to the invention, through reasonably setting early warning faults after the combination analysis of the battery core characteristics, the use characteristics, the SOC, the temperature, the power and the like of the battery pack, the problems can be accurately found, the effects of protecting the battery and prompting the customer to maintain can be achieved, and the user perception problems such as charging, endurance and the like caused by overlarge voltage difference of the battery core are reduced.
