A shrimp shelling tool, comprising: a base (1), an upper shell (2), a shelling knife (3), a cutting device (4) and a fixed structure (5); the upper shell (2) is mounted on the base (1), and a shrimp cutting cavity is formed between the upper shell (2) and the base (1); the fixing structure (5) comprises: an elastic piece (5-2) installed in the upper shell (2) and a positioning piece (5-1) connected with the elastic piece (5-2), wherein a plurality of fixing structures (5) are arranged on two sides of the shrimp cutting cavity in the width direction, and the positioning piece (5-1) is used for fixing two sides of the shrimp to the base (1); the top of the upper shell (2) is provided with a strip-shaped hole (2-1); the shelling knife (3) comprises: the shrimp meat shelling device comprises a cutter head (3-1), a driving rod (3-2) connected with the cutter head (3-1), wherein the driving rod (3-2) extends upwards out of the strip-shaped hole (2-1) and can drive a shelling knife (3) arranged on a base (1) to slide along the length direction of a shrimp cutting cavity, the cutter head (3-1) comprises a shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1) capable of being contacted with the base (1), blades (3-1-2) arranged at the rear end of the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1) away from the base (1), the blades (3-1-2) are arranged along the sliding direction of the shelling knife (3), the cutting edges of the blades (3-1-2) are arranged away from the end of the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1), and supporting pieces (3-1-1) extending towards two sides of the blades (3-1-2) are arranged between the cutting edges of the blades (3-1-2) and the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1);
the cutting device (4) comprises: a push rod (4-2), a cutting structure connected with the push rod (4-2); the cutting structure comprises a plurality of cutting needles (4-1) which are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the shrimp cutting cavity, the cutting needles (4-1) are arranged outwards and downwards towards the shrimp cutting cavity, and the push rod (4-2) upwards extends out of the strip-shaped hole (2-1) positioned at the front end of the driving rod (3-2).

Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 1, characterized in that a supporting rod (5-3) is arranged on the positioning piece (5-1), a pushing table (3-3) for pushing the supporting rod (5-3) is arranged on the shelling knife (3), and when the shelling knife (3) slides along the shrimp cutting cavity to the cutting device (4), the supporting rod (5-3) can slide along a first inclined plane (3-3-1) of the pushing table (3-3) to the upper end surface of the pushing table (3-3).

A shrimp shelling tool as in claim 1, wherein the cutting structure further comprises: a connecting block (4-3) connected between the end part of the cutting needle (4-1) and the push rod (4-2), and a limiting block (4-4) sleeved on the cutting needle (4-1); the connecting block (4-3) is connected with the limiting block (4-4) through a first spring (4-5).
4. Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 1, characterized in that a limit structure is arranged in the bar-shaped hole (2-1) for limiting the sliding direction of the push rod (4-2) towards the driving rod (3-2).
5. Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the shelling knife (3) is provided with a push rod (3-4) along the length direction of the shrimp cutting cavity, and the push rod (3-4) can push the push rod (4-2).
6. Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 1, further comprising a clamping structure (6) provided at the rear end of the upper shell, the clamping structure (6) being used for clamping the head or tail of a shrimp onto the base (1).
7. Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 6, characterized in that the projection of the strip-shaped hole (2-1) on the base (1) is located at the front end of the holding structure (6).
8. Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 1, characterized in that a chute (2-1-1) is arranged in the bar-shaped hole (2-1), a first slide block (7) and a second slide block arranged at the front end of the first slide block (7) are arranged in the chute (2-1-1), the driving rod (3-2) is inserted into a mounting hole arranged on the first slide block (7), and the push rod (4-2) is inserted into a mounting hole arranged on the second slide block.
9. Shrimp shelling tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the shrimp meat pushing block (3-1-1) near one side of the blade (3-1-2) is of a structure with a middle part recessed towards the rear end of the base (1).
