The background server distributes corresponding IP addresses for the talkback terminals according to the MAC addresses, IP address conflicts among different talkback terminals are prevented, the talkback terminals perform handshake pairing with the background server according to the first IP addresses and the second IP addresses, manual intervention can be reduced, IP address setting of the talkback terminals is simplified, information management and storage are performed after the handshake pairing is successful, and comprehensive management of talkback wiring of buildings is facilitated.
The background server is also used for checking the talkback terminal and sending alarm information to the mobile terminal after the check fails. The checking method comprises the following steps:
in a preset time period, the background server sends a verification request to the talkback terminal at intervals of a preset time interval; for example, in this embodiment, the verification time period is set to 4 hours, and the verification frequency is 1 time per hour, that is, in 4 hours, the background server sends a verification request to the intercom terminal that has successfully paired handshake every 1 hour. Of course, the length of the verification time period and the magnitude of the verification frequency can be set according to actual needs.
And the background server sends alarm information to the mobile terminal under the condition that a verification request response from the talkback terminal is not received. And when the communication link between the background server and the talkback terminal is normal, the talkback terminal returns a corresponding verification request response to the background server according to the verification request. The verification request comprises a first IP address, an MAC address and a first time stamp of the target talkback terminal, and the verification request response comprises the first IP address, the MAC address and a second time stamp of the target talkback terminal. And after receiving the verification request, the talkback terminal verifies the first IP address and the MAC address, and sends a verification request response after the verification is passed, otherwise, does not send the verification request response. It should be appreciated that when the communication link between the background server and the intercom terminal is disconnected, the background server may not receive the verification request response from the intercom terminal.
In this embodiment, the background server sends the alarm information to the mobile terminal when not receiving the verification request response from the intercom terminal, and then further includes the steps of:
and the background server stores the fault information and the fault time and sets the handshaking pairing state of the talkback terminal as pairing failure. The embodiment records the fault information and the fault time, so that the subsequent data analysis is facilitated, for example, when the fault information is more, the quality of wiring installation is not high, and the technical level of constructors is evaluated.
After the mobile terminal receives the alarm information, the constructor searches the corresponding talkback terminal according to the alarm information and eliminates faults. And after the fault is eliminated, re-verifying whether the communication link between the talkback terminal and the background server is normal, if the communication link is normal, changing the handshake pairing state, and storing the time for successful re-verification so as to facilitate subsequent data analysis. The method for rechecking comprises the following steps:
the background server responds to the re-verification request and performs re-verification on the talkback terminal;
and after the re-verification is successful, the background server sets the handshaking pairing state of the talkback terminal to be successfully paired, and saves the time of successful re-verification.
Referring to fig. 3, the background server includes a wiring speed analysis module and/or a wiring progress analysis module, the wiring speed analysis module is used for calculating a wiring speed of the building intercom wiring according to the wiring information and the time of successful handshaking pairing, and the wiring progress analysis module is used for calculating a wiring progress of the building intercom wiring according to the wiring information and the time of successful handshaking pairing. The method for calculating the wiring speed and the wiring progress comprises the following steps:
the background server calculates the wiring installation time of a single talkback terminal according to the wiring information and the time of successful handshake pairing to obtain the wiring speed;
carrying out statistical analysis on the wiring speed to obtain the average wiring speed of the building talkback wiring;
and obtaining the wiring progress according to the total wiring installation amount and the average uniform linear speed of the building intercom wiring.
In the embodiment, the wiring speed of a single talkback terminal, the average wiring speed of a plurality of talkback terminals, the wiring progress and other data are obtained through calculation, so that a reliable data basis can be provided for the evaluation of the current engineering progress, historical data can be provided for the subsequent engineering construction, and the evaluation accuracy can be improved.

Claims (9)

1. A building talkback wiring management method is applied to a talkback terminal, a mobile terminal and a background server, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal acquires wiring information input by a user;
under the condition that the intercom terminal completes networking wiring, the mobile terminal and the intercom terminal are paired in a Bluetooth mode, and the MAC address of the intercom terminal is obtained;
the mobile terminal sends the wiring information and the MAC address to the background server and requests to allocate an IP address;
the background server generates a first IP address corresponding to the MAC address and returns the first IP address and a second IP address to the mobile terminal, wherein the second IP address is the IP address of the background server;
the mobile terminal sends the first IP address and the second IP address to the talkback terminal;
the talkback terminal performs handshake pairing with the background server according to the first IP address and the second IP address;
under the condition that the handshake pairing is successful, the background server associates and stores the wiring information, the MAC address, the first IP address and the time when the handshake pairing is successful;
based on a request input by a user, the background server analyzes the wiring speed and/or the wiring progress of the building talkback wiring according to the wiring information and the time when the handshake pairing is successful,
the background server analyzes the wiring speed and/or the wiring progress of the building intercom wiring according to the wiring information and the time of successful handshaking pairing, and the method comprises the following steps of:
the background server calculates the wiring installation time of a single talkback terminal according to the wiring information and the time of successful handshake pairing to obtain the wiring speed;
carrying out statistical analysis on the wiring speed to obtain the average wiring speed of the building talkback wiring;
and obtaining the wiring progress according to the total wiring installation amount of the building talkback wiring and the average wiring speed.
2. The door-to-door wiring management method according to claim 1, wherein the background server associates and saves the wiring information, the MAC address, the first IP address and the time when the handshake pairing is successful, and thereafter further comprising the steps of:
in a preset time period, the background server sends a verification request to the talkback terminal at intervals of a preset time interval;
and the background server sends alarm information to the mobile terminal under the condition that a verification request response from the talkback terminal is not received.
3. The building intercom wiring management method as claimed in claim 2, wherein said background server sends alarm information to said mobile terminal when not receiving a verification request response from said intercom terminal, and thereafter further comprising the steps of:
and the background server stores the fault information and the fault time and sets the handshaking pairing state of the talkback terminal as pairing failure.
4. A building intercom wiring management method as in claim 2 or 3, wherein said background server sends alarm information to said mobile terminal when not receiving a verification request response from said intercom terminal, and thereafter further comprising the steps of:
after the fault is eliminated, the mobile terminal sends a re-verification request to the background server;
the background server responds to the re-verification request and performs re-verification on the talkback terminal;
and when the re-verification is successful, the background server sets the handshaking pairing state of the talkback terminal to be successfully paired, and saves the time of successful re-verification.
5. The building intercom wiring management method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wiring information includes installation location information of said intercom terminal, or said wiring information includes installation location information of said intercom terminal and information of constructor.
6. The building intercom wiring management method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said intercom terminal performs handshake pairing with said background server according to said first IP address and said second IP address, comprising the steps of:
the talkback terminal determines the background server as a target communication object according to the second IP address;
the talkback terminal sends the MAC address and the first IP address to the background server;
the background server checks the MAC address and the first IP address in a table look-up mode;
and after the MAC address and the first IP address are matched with each other, the talkback terminal and the background server are successfully paired in a handshake manner.
7. A building talkback wiring management system is characterized by comprising a talkback terminal, a mobile terminal and a background server, wherein the mobile terminal is connected with the talkback terminal in a Bluetooth mode and is in communication connection with the background server;
the mobile terminal is used for acquiring wiring information input by a user and the MAC address of the talkback terminal, sending the wiring information and the MAC address to the background server and requesting to allocate an IP address;
the background server is used for generating a first IP address corresponding to the MAC address and returning the first IP address and a second IP address to the mobile terminal, wherein the second IP address is the IP address of the background server;
the mobile terminal is further used for sending the first IP address and the second IP address to the talkback terminal;
the talkback terminal is used for performing handshake pairing with the background server according to the first IP address and the second IP address;
the background server is further used for associating and storing the wiring information, the MAC address, the first IP address and the time when the handshake pairing is successful under the condition that the pairing is successful;
the background server comprises a wiring speed analysis module and/or a wiring progress analysis module, the wiring speed analysis module is used for calculating the wiring speed of the building intercom wiring according to the wiring information and the time when the handshaking pairing succeeds, the wiring progress analysis module is used for calculating the wiring progress of the building intercom wiring according to the wiring information and the time when the handshaking pairing succeeds, and the calculation method of the wiring speed and the wiring progress comprises the following steps:
the background server calculates the wiring installation time of a single talkback terminal according to the wiring information and the time of successful handshake pairing to obtain the wiring speed;
carrying out statistical analysis on the wiring speed to obtain the average wiring speed of the building talkback wiring;
and obtaining the wiring progress according to the total wiring installation amount of the building talkback wiring and the average wiring speed.
8. The building intercom wiring management system as claimed in claim 7, wherein said background server is further configured to verify said intercom terminal and send alarm information to said mobile terminal after verification fails.
9. A door-talk wiring management system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to send a re-verification request to the background server after troubleshooting.
