As shown in tables (four) and (five), the present invention is superior to the conventional sealing tape in corrosion resistance, sealability and pressure-bearing properties.
Claims (6)
1. A moisture-retaining antirust oily sealing tape is characterized in that: the oil-based composite coating comprises a base layer and a coating layer, wherein the coating layer is coated on the surface of the base layer at normal temperature, the base layer is a non-woven fabric layer, and the coating layer is a mixture of an oily coupling agent and an adhesive.
2. The moisture-retaining rust-preventive oily sealing tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mixture comprises 900 parts by weight of oily coupling agent and 100 parts by weight of adhesive.
3. The moisture-retaining rust-preventive oily sealing tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the gram weight of the non-woven fabric is 15-30 g/m, and the thickness of the non-woven fabric is 0.08-0.12 mm.
4. The moisture-retaining rust-preventive oily sealing tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickness of the adhesive coating is 0.05-0.25 mm.
5. The moisture-retaining rust-preventive oily sealing tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mixture is added with inorganic materials.
6. The moisture-retaining rust-preventive oily sealing tape according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the production method comprises the following steps:
step 1: stirring the mixture in a stirrer;
step 2: pouring the stirred material into a coating machine at room temperature for surface coating;
and step 3: the coated, cut strip was rolled into a disc-closed package.
