Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, a dustproof curtain system is shown, and the dustproof curtain system comprises a plurality of dustproof units, wherein the dustproof units are arranged above a construction foundation pit side by side.
Wherein, the dustproof unit includes: two sets of traction mechanism and two curtains that support, two sets of traction mechanism parallel arrangement, two curtains set up between two sets of traction mechanism, just the curtain supports the setting of traction mechanism cross-domain construction foundation ditch, the edge of curtain links to each other with support piece and the pulling piece on the traction mechanism, the curtain is configured as and accomplishes the cover of foundation ditch top along the support piece motion based on the power of pulling of drawing the construction. Thereby completing the closed dust prevention of the construction foundation pit.
Preferably, the supporting traction mechanism comprises a first upright 102, a second upright 103, a messenger 106, a traction cable 112 and a motor 113.
Preferably, the first upright column 102 and the second upright column 103 are respectively arranged at two sides of the construction foundation pit. The messenger 106 is disposed between the first upright 102 and the second upright 103.
Preferably, the traction cable 112 forms a closed loop traction coil via a first pulley 110 disposed on the first column 102 and a second pulley 111 of the second column 103.
Preferably, the rotor of the motor 113 is connected to the rotation shaft of the first pulley 110 via a transmission belt.
Preferably, the two curtains are a first curtain 107 and a second curtain 108, respectively. The first curtain 107 and the second curtain 108 are hung on the messenger wire 106.
The ends of the two curtains are respectively arranged close to the first upright 102 and the second upright 103 and fixedly connected with the carrier cable 106. So that the ends of the two curtains do not move.
The head ends of the two curtains are far away from the two vertical columns and are movably connected with the carrier cables 106. And the head ends of the first curtain 107 and the second curtain 108 are respectively connected with the upper layer rope body and the lower layer rope body in the closed loop structure of the traction rope 112.
For example, the first curtain 107 has a head end connected to the upper rope of the closed loop structure of the traction rope 112, and the second curtain 108 has a head end connected to the lower rope of the closed loop structure of the traction rope 112. When the traction rope 112 rotates clockwise, the upper rope of the traction rope 112 drives the first curtain 107 to move towards the middle of the foundation pit, and the lower rope of the traction rope 112 drives the second curtain 108 to move towards the middle of the foundation pit, that is, the two curtains move towards each other, and the foundation pit is covered. And when the traction rope 112 rotates anticlockwise, the two curtains are driven to move backwards, so that the opening of the space above the foundation pit is completed.
Preferably, a plurality of cross bars 109 are further arranged on the first curtain 107 and the second curtain 108, and each cross bar 109 is movably hung on the catenary wire 106. The support stability of the curtain is improved by arranging the multi-heel cross rod 109.
Preferably, the messenger 106 is attached at both ends to a tension rod 104 that is secured to the support structure 101. A turn buckle 105 is arranged between the carrier cable 106 and the pull rod 104. Through the arrangement of the turn buckle 105, an operator can adjust the tension of the catenary 106 based on the stress condition of the catenary 106, so that the level of the catenary 106 is ensured, and the movement of the curtain on the catenary 106 is facilitated.
Preferably, the tie rod 104 is connected to a connecting seat on the support structure 01 by means of a welded connection. Further, the support structure 101 may be a crown beam disposed around an edge of the construction pit.
Through this dustproof curtain system, solved traditional foundation ditch dustproof and gone on around the foundation ditch edge and can't carry out closed dirt-proof problem to the construction foundation ditch. Thereby greatly improving the dustproof effect in the construction process.
The foregoing basic embodiments of the invention and their various further alternatives can be freely combined to form multiple embodiments, all of which are contemplated and claimed herein. In the scheme of the invention, each selection example can be combined with any other basic example and selection example at will.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
