Abstract
The invention discloses a compact generator convenient for dismounting a rectification module, which comprises a motor body and a shell for protecting the motor body, wherein the motor body comprises a rotating shaft, a fan, a stator, a rotor and an exciter winding, the exciter winding is arranged at the right end of the rotating shaft in the shell, the rotating shaft and the shell are respectively in rotatable connection through a left bearing and a right bearing, a rectification module maintenance plate is arranged in the shell, the left end of the rectification module maintenance plate is positioned in the shell, the right end of the rectification module maintenance plate is positioned outside the shell, the rectification module maintenance plate positioned outside the shell is provided with the rectification module, the side wall of the rotating shaft is provided with a through hole, and the rotor wire is electrically connected with the rectification module along the through hole. Compared with the traditional closed generator, the left bearing of the generator is arranged in the fan, and the right bearing is arranged in the end part of the exciter winding, so that the purpose of reducing the volume is achieved.

Compared with the traditional closed generator, the left bearing of the generator is arranged in the fan, the right bearing is arranged in the end part of the exciter winding, the purpose of reducing the volume is achieved, the rectifier module is arranged outside the shell, the rotor lead wire penetrates out of the shell through a hole formed in the rotating shaft and is connected to the rectifier module, and when the rectifier module needs to be maintained, only the rectifier module maintenance plate needs to be detached.
