The portable soaking and cleaning type eyeliner of claim 1, wherein the connecting sleeve (31), the rotary valve (32) and the rotary sleeve (33) are coaxially arranged, the flow port (311) and the baffle (321) are circumferentially arranged along the axis of the connecting sleeve (31), and the number of the flow port and the baffle is at least one; the rotating sleeve (33) and the connecting sleeve (31) are arranged in a sealing fit manner.
5. The portable soaking and cleaning type eyeliner of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said mounting portion (21) is detachably fitted on an outer circumferential surface of said temporary storage section (12) and is disposed in sealing engagement therewith.
