Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a measurement reporting and configuration method, a terminal, and a network side device.
Background
The fifth generation (5 g) mobile communication system in the future needs to accommodate more diversified scenarios and service requirements than the previous mobile communication system. The main 5G scenes include mobile broadband enhancement (enhanced mobile broadband, emmbb), ultra-high reliability Ultra-low latency communication (Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communications, URLLC), and large-scale internet of things (massive machine type of communication, mctc), which place high reliability, low latency, large bandwidth, wide coverage, etc. requirements on the system. For channel state information (Channel State Information, CSI) measurements, the higher layer configures the terminal with N reporting settings (reporting) of CSI-ReportConfig and M CSI-ResourceConfig Resource settings (Resource settings), and one or 2 trigger state lists. The CSI resource is used for CSI measurement, in a CSI resource setting (setting), there are Reference Signals (RS) for channel measurement and RSs for interference measurement, and a User Equipment (UE, also referred to as a terminal) performs CSI calculation according to these RSs. And then the terminal reports according to the report setting, such as periodic CSI report, semi-continuous CSI report and aperiodic CSI report.
The URLLC service has two service models, namely periodic determination and bursty service, and the terminal speed is not high in a typical scenario in consideration of the high reliability requirement. Typically, the channel measurements are not changed frequently, and the main factor affecting CSI computation is interference. As the interference may vary drastically, e.g. as a result of intra-or inter-cell interference variations may cause a rapid change in the interference situation of the terminal, e.g. a time-slot by time-slot change. Thus, the measurement of interference is a major factor affecting CSI measurement accuracy. However, the conventional CSI reporting requires channel measurement and interference measurement each time, which causes a problem of large signaling overhead and long CSI feedback delay.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments thereof in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
The invention provides a measurement reporting method and a terminal aiming at the problems of high signaling overhead and long CSI feedback time delay caused by the existing CSI measurement reporting mode.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement reporting method, which is applied to a terminal, and includes:
step 101, under the condition that only the first measurement is triggered, measuring is carried out through a corresponding first reference signal, and a first measurement result is obtained;
wherein the first measurement is one of a channel measurement and an interference measurement;
step 102, determining channel state information CSI reporting information according to the first measurement result and the second measurement result, and transmitting the CSI reporting information to a network side device;
the second measurement result is a measurement result of a second reference signal corresponding to a second measurement, where the second measurement is the other one of the channel measurement and the interference measurement.
It should be noted that, since the interference measurement result and the channel measurement result need to be obtained in order to obtain the CSI reporting information, only one measurement result needed for the CSI reporting is obtained in step 101, and another measurement result needs to be obtained here, that is, when the first measurement result obtained in step 101 is the interference measurement result, the second measurement result is the channel measurement result, and when the first measurement result obtained in step 101 is the channel measurement result, the second measurement result is the interference measurement result. Specifically, after the terminal obtains the interference measurement result and the channel measurement result, the terminal can determine CSI reporting information according to the two measurement results, and then feed back the obtained CSI reporting information to the network side device.
For example, the signal quality of the channel part of the terminal is slowly varying, and the channel measurement quality for CSI calculation can be obtained by using the latest channel measurement, and the terminal can measure only the interference, i.e. the terminal only needs to update the measurement of the interference part, which is beneficial to reducing the processing time of CSI calculation.
The second reference signal is periodically triggered or non-periodically triggered.
When the second reference signal is a periodically triggered RS, after the terminal acquires the first measurement result, acquiring a second measurement result obtained by channel measurement or interference measurement of the periodic RS closest to the first measurement result acquisition moment; when the second reference signal is an aperiodic triggered RS, after the terminal acquires the first measurement result, the terminal acquires a second measurement result obtained by performing channel measurement or interference measurement on the aperiodic RS closest to the first measurement result acquisition time. For example, when only channel measurement is triggered, CSI reporting information may be determined according to a first measurement result of channel measurement and a second measurement result of interference measurement by a latest periodic/aperiodic interference measurement RS. Alternatively, when only the interference measurement is triggered, the CSI reporting information may be determined according to a first measurement result of the interference measurement and a second measurement result of the channel measurement by the latest periodic/aperiodic channel measurement RS.
In another embodiment, the second measurement is a measurement of a second reference signal indicated by the first CSI reporting configuration; specifically, the first CSI report is configured to configure configuration information of the first reference signal, or the first CSI report is configured to configure configuration information associated with the first reference signal.
Here, when the first CSI report is configured to configure the configuration information of the first reference signal, that is, the configuration information of the reference signal corresponding to the channel measurement and the interference measurement is configured in the CSI report configuration corresponding to each CSI report, that is, the configuration information of the first reference signal and the second reference signal is configured in the CSI report configuration, but only the measurement triggered by the terminal is different each time, when the triggered is the channel measurement, the second measurement result corresponds to the measurement result obtained by measuring the second reference signal nearest to the CSI report configuration. Or when the first CSI report is configured as configuration information associated with the first reference signal, that is, in this case, the configurations of the reference signals configured in CSI report configurations corresponding to different CSI reports are not the same, that is, the current CSI report needs to be associated with the CSI report configuration that has been acquired before, so that the terminal determines that the measurement result of the information measurement is not performed in the current CSI report, and in general, in this case, the first CSI report configuration associated with the current CSI report is not the same as the CSI report configuration corresponding to the current CSI report, that is, if only the configuration information of the reference signal for interference measurement is configured in the CSI report configuration corresponding to the current CSI report, at least the configuration information of the reference signal for channel measurement should be configured in the first CSI report configuration associated with the first CSI report configuration.
Specifically, the second reference signal is the reference signal closest before the first reference signal, that is, the second measurement result is the available measurement result corresponding to the first CSI report configuration with the shortest time from the first measurement result obtaining time, that is, the second measurement result is the available measurement result corresponding to the first CSI report configuration that is available recently.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned available measurement result that is closest or has the shortest time from the first measurement result obtaining time refers to: the available measurement result of the nearest or same time slot (mini-slot) as the first measurement result acquisition time instant.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first measurement may be configured by the network side device, or may be agreed by a protocol, and specifically, when the first measurement is configured by the network side device, one of the following schemes may be adopted to implement:
scheme one,
Before step 101, the measurement reporting method in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
receiving a CSI report configuration, wherein the CSI report configuration carries the configuration of a first reference signal and a second reference signal;
a trigger indication is received, the trigger indication for triggering the first measurement.
The implementation conditions of this implementation are as follows: configuration information of reference signals corresponding to channel measurement and interference measurement is configured in CSI report configuration of each time (i.e. configuration information of a first reference signal and a second reference signal is configured in CSI report configuration), and network side equipment needs to use an additional trigger instruction to tell a terminal which reference signal is being measured this time, and specifically, the trigger instruction may be Downlink Control Information (DCI).
It should be noted that, for one CSI reporting configuration, the configuration may include m reference signals for channel measurement and n reference signals for interference measurement, and the network side device may trigger (e.g. through DCI) the reference signals for different channel measurement and the reference signals for interference measurement to perform CSI measurement and report.
For example, a CSI reporting configuration 1, the network side device may configure the reference signals for 1 channel measurement and 2 interference measurements for the terminal. At time 1, the network side equipment triggers the terminal to use the reference signal 1 corresponding to the interference measurement to carry out the interference measurement, uses the reference signal corresponding to the channel measurement to carry out the channel measurement, and then carries out the CSI calculation and reporting. At the time 2, the network side device may trigger the terminal to perform interference measurement by using the reference signal 2 corresponding to the interference measurement only, and at this time, the terminal may perform channel measurement by using the channel measurement result calculated previously without re-passing the reference signal corresponding to the channel measurement, and only use the reference signal 2 corresponding to the interference measurement to perform interference measurement. That is, at time 1, for the terminal configured with CSI report configuration 1, the network side device triggers the terminal to perform channel measurement and interference measurement simultaneously through DCI, and performs CSI reporting. At time 2, for the terminal configured with CSI report configuration 1, the network triggers the terminal to perform interference measurement only through DCI, and performs CSI reporting.
The trigger indication is also used for triggering reporting of the CSI reporting information, that is, after the terminal receives the trigger indication and performs corresponding information measurement to obtain the CSI reporting information, reporting of the CSI reporting information is performed at a specific time.
Scheme II,
Before step 101, the measurement reporting method in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
a CSI reporting configuration is received, the CSI reporting configuration being used to trigger a first measurement.
The implementation conditions of this implementation are as follows: the configuration information of the reference signals configured in the corresponding CSI report configuration is not completely the same in each CSI report, namely, the network side equipment does not need to use an additional trigger instruction to tell the terminal which reference signal is measured this time, and after the terminal acquires the CSI report configuration, the terminal indicates which reference signal configuration information in the CSI report configuration, and then the terminal can perform corresponding measurement according to the indication of the CSI report configuration.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail from different implementation angles.
For example, when configuration information of reference signals corresponding to channel measurement and interference measurement is configured in CSI reporting configuration corresponding to each CSI reporting, the terminal decides which measurement is performed according to the indication of DCI, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the configuration information of RSs of channel measurement and the configuration information of RSs of interference measurement are configured in CSI reporting configuration, when DCI received by the terminal indicates that the terminal performs channel measurement and interference measurement, the terminal receives the reference signals at corresponding time to perform channel measurement and interference measurement respectively, and then performs feedback of CSI reporting information at time t1 of CSI reporting, wherein a diagonal filling frame represents RSs of interference measurement, a grid filling frame represents RSs of channel measurement, and a horizontal line filling frame represents DCI.
For example, when configuration information of reference signals corresponding to channel measurement and interference measurement is configured in CSI reporting configuration corresponding to each CSI reporting, the terminal decides which measurement is performed according to the indication of DCI, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the configuration information of RSs for channel measurement and the configuration information of RSs for interference measurement are configured in CSI reporting configuration 1, when DCI received by the terminal indicates that the terminal performs interference measurement, the terminal receives the reference signal at a corresponding time to perform interference measurement, and then performs feedback of CSI reporting information at time t1 of CSI reporting, where a diagonal filled frame indicates a recently available RS for channel measurement, a grid filled frame indicates a recently available RS for interference measurement, a horizontal filled frame indicates DCI, and a vertical filled frame indicates an RS for interference measurement triggered by the DCI.
For example, when configuration information of reference signals corresponding to channel measurement and interference measurement is configured in CSI reporting configuration corresponding to each CSI reporting, the terminal decides which measurement is performed according to the indication of DCI, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the configuration information of RSs in which channel measurement is configured in CSI reporting configuration 1 and the configuration information of RSs in which interference measurement is configured, when DCI received by the terminal indicates that the terminal performs channel measurement, the terminal receives the reference signals at a corresponding time and then performs feedback of CSI reporting information at a time t1 of CSI reporting, where a grid filled box indicates a recently available RS for interference measurement, a diagonal filled box indicates a recently available RS for channel measurement, a horizontal filled box indicates DCI, and a vertical filled box indicates an RS triggered by the DCI for performing channel measurement.
For example, when configuration information of reference signals corresponding to channel measurement and interference measurement is configured in CSI report configuration corresponding to CSI reporting each time, the terminal decides which measurement is performed according to the indication of DCI, as shown in fig. 5, when the RS for CSI feedback at the moment before receiving the DCI is a periodic RS, when the DCI triggers interference measurement, the terminal performs interference measurement by using the periodic RS for interference measurement at the moment after receiving the DCI, and then performs feedback of CSI reporting information at the time t1 of CSI reporting, where a diagonal line filled frame indicates the last available RS for channel measurement, a grid filled frame indicates the last RS for interference measurement, a horizontal line filled frame indicates the DCI, and a vertical line filled frame indicates the RS for interference measurement triggered by the DCI.
For example, when the configurations of the reference signals configured in the CSI report configurations corresponding to different CSI reports are different, that is, the CSI report needs to be associated with the CSI report configuration that has been acquired before, for example, when only the interference measurement is triggered, the network side device may configure the RS for channel measurement associated with the CSI measurement configuration 1 to perform CSI calculation, for example, calculate using the RS for channel measurement that is available recently, as shown in fig. 6, when the trigger indication triggers the interference measurement, and the RS for channel measurement corresponding to the CSI measurement configuration 1 before the trigger indication performs CSI calculation, where the diagonal filling box indicates the RS for channel measurement that is available recently, the grid filling box indicates the RS for interference measurement that is available recently, the horizontal filling box indicates DCI, and the vertical filling box indicates the RS for interference measurement that is triggered by the DCI.
It should also be noted that the type of the first CSI reporting configuration includes one of the following:
periodic CSI reporting, semi-persistent CSI reporting, and aperiodic CSI reporting.
It should also be noted that the terminal processing time may be different for different information measurements triggered by the network side device. Specifically, the processing time used by the terminal for performing channel measurement or interference measurement is a first time, and the processing time used by the terminal for performing channel measurement and interference measurement simultaneously is a second time; the processing time of the terminal may be the processing capability of the terminal, i.e. the time required for the terminal with this capability to process. The processing time mentioned below may refer to the processing capacity.
Wherein the first time is less than or equal to the second time.
The setting mode can ensure that the terminal occupies less time for information measurement as much as possible, can save time expenditure, and is very important for services with low time delay and high reliability requirements.
It should also be noted that, the CSI report information includes some of the following parameters:
rank Indication (RI), precoding Matrix Indication (PMI), and Channel Quality Indication (CQI).
Further, the different processing times may be associated with the content of CSI reporting information that needs to be fed back by the terminal configured by the network side device.
For example, if the network side device instructs the terminal to report { RI, PMI, CQI }, the terminal may use the processing time C;
if the network side equipment indicates the terminal to report any two of { RI, PMI, CQI }, the terminal can use the processing time D;
if the network side device instructs the terminal to report any one of RI, PMI, CQI, the terminal may use the processing time E.
Specifically, the processing time E is smaller than or equal to the processing time D, and the processing time D is smaller than or equal to the processing time C.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the reference signals (i.e., the first reference signal and the second reference signal) include: demodulation reference signals (DMRS, specifically, the DMRS may be a DMRS of a PDSCH or a DMRS of a PDCCH), channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS), and at least one of Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) resources configured by a network side device, for example, a set of Resource Elements (REs) of some PDSCH.
In the embodiment of the invention, when only the first measurement is triggered, only the channel measurement or the interference measurement is carried out, so that the signaling overhead can be reduced, the time occupied by the measurement can be reduced, and further the feedback time delay of the CSI is reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal 700, including:

Further, the type of the first CSI reporting configuration includes one of:
Periodic CSI reporting, semi-persistent CSI reporting, and aperiodic CSI reporting.
Further, the second reference signal is a reference signal that is most recent before the first reference signal.

and a fifth receiving module, configured to receive a CSI reporting configuration, where the CSI reporting configuration is used to trigger the first measurement.
