Abstract
The embodiment of the invention relates to a polyurethane lens forming adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polyurethane lens forming adhesive tape comprises the following components: the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a polypropylene film layer, a release agent layer, a hardening layer, an organic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive primer layer and an organic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer; wherein, the release agent layer is on one side of polypropylene film layer, and the sclerosis layer is on the opposite side of polypropylene film layer, and organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive primer layer is on the sclerosis layer, and organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive surface glue layer is on organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive primer layer. The polyurethane lens forming adhesive tape improves the permeability of carbon dioxide generated in the polymerization process of a polyurethane lens monomer, and solves the problem that bubbles exist at the edge of a polyurethane lens.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesive tapes, in particular to a polyurethane lens molding adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional middle-low refractive index high-power lens is thicker, the center thickness generally needs to be more than 2.5mm, and the edge thickness needs to be more than 4 mm. The middle-low refractive index high-power lens worn for a long time has certain influence on the eye sockets and the nose bridge development of the school-age teenagers. High refractive index lenses represented by polyurethane monomers are popular with myopia patients due to the characteristics of lightness, thinness, wear resistance, strong impact resistance and the like, and the popularization rate of the high refractive index lenses is continuously improved.
However, the polyurethane lens monomer has high temperature requirements in the polymerization process, the maximum polymerization temperature needs to be higher than 130 ℃, and carbon dioxide gas is generated. The traditional polyurethane lens forming adhesive tape is prepared by coating a polyester film with an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, and because the polyester film has good barrier property to carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide gas cannot be released through the adhesive tape, and a circle of small bubbles can be formed at the periphery of a lens. Therefore, how to solve the problem of bubbles at the edge of the polyurethane high refractive index lens becomes the key point of research of the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a polyurethane lens forming adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a polyurethane lens molding tape comprising: the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a polypropylene film layer, a release agent layer, a hardening layer, an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom adhesive layer and an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer;
wherein, the release agent layer is in one side of polypropylene film layer, the sclerosis layer is in the opposite side of polypropylene film layer, organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive primer layer is in on the sclerosis layer, organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive surface glue layer is in on the organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive primer layer.
Preferably, the polypropylene film layer comprises a single-layer polypropylene film or a double-layer polypropylene composite film; the double-layer polypropylene composite film comprises two single-layer polypropylene films and a composite adhesive layer positioned between the two single-layer polypropylene films;
the release agent layer comprises acrylic release agent or polyurethane release agent;
the hardening layer comprises one or more of polyurethane, acrylate and epoxy resin;
the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a curing agent and a catalyst;

coating a hardening layer on the other surface of the polypropylene film layer; the hardening layer comprises one or more of polyurethane, acrylate and epoxy resin;
coating a 0.1 micron organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer layer on the surface of the hardened layer; the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a curing agent and a catalyst;
coating an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer on the surface of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom adhesive layer; the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a solvent and a curing agent;
and drying to obtain the polyurethane lens molding adhesive tape.
Preferably, the step of coating a release agent layer on one side of the polypropylene film layer specifically comprises:
coating a release agent layer with the thickness of not more than 1 micron on one surface of the polypropylene film layer at the temperature of 40-50 ℃;
and drying the polypropylene film layer coated with the release agent layer at 130 ℃ for 30 seconds.

Example 1

Preparing an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer solution, diluting the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive by 20 times with dimethylbenzene, sequentially adding a curing agent and a catalyst with the mass concentration of 0.5-1% to prepare the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer solution with the solid content of 2%, and stirring for more than 30 minutes to fully react.

Example 2
The polypropylene film layer selected in this embodiment is a double-layer polypropylene composite film, that is, the polypropylene film layer is formed by compounding two single-layer polypropylene films, wherein the thickness of the single-layer polypropylene film is 0.05 mm. And (3) putting the dried single-layer polypropylene film into a coating machine unwinding frame, coating composite glue with the thickness of 5-30 micrometers, preferably 15 micrometers, on the other surface of the single-layer polypropylene film, and drying at 130 ℃ for about 1 minute. And compounding the dried single-layer polypropylene film with another roll of single-layer polypropylene film at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the double-layer polypropylene composite film.

And (3) loading the double-layer polypropylene composite film into a coating machine unwinding frame under the normal temperature condition, coating a hardening layer with the thickness of 2 micrometers on the other surface of the double-layer polypropylene composite film, wherein the hardening layer is preferably made of acrylic ester, and then drying for 1 minute at the temperature of 130 ℃.
5. Preparing an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer solution, diluting the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive by 20 times with dimethylbenzene, sequentially adding a curing agent with the mass concentration of 0.5-1% and a catalyst to prepare the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer solution with the solid content of 2%, and stirring for more than 30 minutes to enable the solution to react fully.
Among them, the curing agent is preferredCrosslinker 96A, the catalyst may specifically include catalyst 1 and catalyst 2, with catalyst 1 preferably SILCOLEASE CATA 62A and catalyst 2 preferably SILCOLEASE CATA 62B.
6. Coating the prepared organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer solution on the surface of the hardened layer by using an anilox roller or a micro-concave coating roller, wherein the coating thickness is 0.1 micrometer, and then conveying the cured layer into a primer drying oven for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 140 ℃ and the drying time is 30 seconds.
7. And coating the prepared organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface glue solution on the surface of the dry organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer, wherein the coating thickness is 30 microns. Wherein the proportion of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, the solvent and the curing agent in the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive solution is as follows: 1:0.5:0.02.
8. And (3) drying the coated polypropylene film in a 170 ℃ oven for 1 minute to obtain the adhesive tape with the thickness of 147.6 microns.
The polypropylene film layer is a double-layer polypropylene composite film selected in the embodiment, and the requirements of different thicknesses of the adhesive tape can be met.
According to the polyurethane lens forming adhesive tape provided by the embodiment of the invention, the polypropylene film layer has good carbon dioxide transmission capacity, so that carbon dioxide generated in the polymerization process of the polyurethane lens monomer cannot be gathered at the edge of the lens, the problem of bubbles at the edge of the polyurethane lens is solved, and the polypropylene film layer can meet the high-temperature requirement of the polymerization of the polyurethane lens monomer and the process temperature requirement of coating the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive.

1. A polyurethane lens-forming adhesive tape, comprising: the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a polypropylene film layer, a release agent layer, a hardening layer, an organic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive primer layer and an organic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer;
the release agent layer is arranged on one side of the polypropylene film layer, the hardening layer is arranged on the other side of the polypropylene film layer, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom glue layer is arranged on the hardening layer, and the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface glue layer is arranged on the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom glue layer; wherein the release agent layer comprises an acrylic release agent or a polyurethane release agent; the hardening layer comprises one or more of polyurethane, acrylate and epoxy resin;
wherein the thickness of the polypropylene film layer is 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm;
the thickness of the release agent layer is not more than 1 micron;
the thickness of the hardening layer is 1-5 microns;
the thickness of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom adhesive layer is 0.1 micrometer;
the thickness of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface glue layer is 30 micrometers.
2. The polyurethane lens-forming tape of claim 1,
the polypropylene film layer comprises a single-layer polypropylene film or a double-layer polypropylene composite film; the double-layer polypropylene composite film comprises two single-layer polypropylene films and a composite adhesive layer positioned between the two single-layer polypropylene films;
the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive base adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a curing agent and a catalyst;
the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a solvent and a curing agent.
3. A method for preparing the polyurethane lens molding tape according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the method comprises:
coating a release agent layer on one surface of the polypropylene film layer; the polypropylene film layer comprises a single-layer polypropylene film or a double-layer polypropylene composite film; the double-layer polypropylene composite film comprises two single-layer polypropylene films and a composite adhesive layer positioned between the two single-layer polypropylene films; the thickness of the polypropylene film layer is 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm; the release agent layer comprises acrylic release agent or polyurethane release agent;
coating a hardening layer on the other surface of the polypropylene film layer; the hardening layer comprises one or more of polyurethane, acrylate and epoxy resin;
coating a 0.1 micron organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer layer on the surface of the hardened layer; the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive base adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a curing agent and a catalyst;
coating an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer on the surface of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive bottom adhesive layer; the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive layer comprises an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, a solvent and a curing agent;
and drying to obtain the polyurethane lens molding adhesive tape.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein coating a release agent layer on one side of the polypropylene film layer specifically comprises:
coating a release agent layer with the thickness of not more than 1 micron on one surface of the polypropylene film layer at the temperature of 40-50 ℃;
and drying the polypropylene film layer coated with the release agent layer at 130 ℃ for 30 seconds.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of applying a hardening layer on the other surface of the polypropylene film layer specifically comprises:
under the condition of normal temperature, loading the polypropylene film layer coated with the release agent layer into a coating machine unwinding frame, and coating a hardening layer of 1-5 microns on the other surface of the polypropylene film layer;
and drying the polypropylene film layer coated with the hardening layer for 1 minute at the temperature of 130 ℃.
6. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein before coating the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive surface glue on the surface of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive primer, the preparation method further comprises:
and (3) drying the polypropylene film layer coated with the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer at the drying temperature of 140 ℃ for 30 seconds.
7. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein the step of coating the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive surface glue on the surface of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive primer specifically comprises the following steps:
and coating the surface of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive primer with the thickness of 30 microns with an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive surface adhesive.
8. The method according to claim 3, wherein the drying temperature is 170 ℃ and the drying time is 1 minute.
