Abstract
一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,包括按头、主柱、螺牙、本体、锁盖和弹簧,所述进液通道插入环形连接腔内,弹簧分别插入弹簧内置腔和下弹簧座内,倒圆锥台形阀芯与导液管及轴向凸起滑动配合,导向套与导液管及轴向凸起滑动配合;锁合状态下,轴向凸起位于倒圆锥台形阀芯的下方;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起之间的间隙与倒圆锥台形阀芯构成外界空气快速进入腔体部的轴向空气通道,轴向凸起之间的间隙与导向套构成空气轴向通道;所述补气孔与腔体部的下端相邻。由于采用这样的结构,外界空气快速进入锁盖的腔体内并迅速经补气孔进放瓶子或容器内;防止补气孔内残留液体,使瓶子或容固吸真空变形。

本发明涉及一种设在容器上的按压泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种弹簧外置按压泵,包括按头、主柱、螺牙、本体、锁盖和弹簧,按头包括进液通道、出液通道和环绕进液通道的环形套,锁盖包括上开口的腔体部、法兰和环绕腔体部的连接座,本体包括补气孔、环形接头和法兰盘,补气孔与法兰盘相邻,环形接头上端穿过螺牙上的贯通孔,环形接头插入连接座的环形插接槽内;进液通道与主柱连接,主柱与锁盖的腔体部配合。存在问题是:外界空气不能快速进入瓶体或容置内,补气孔内有残留液体,泵体内的液体不能快回流到瓶子或容器内,导致瓶子吸真空变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,它具有防止瓶子变形及泵体内的液体快速回流到瓶子内的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,包括按头、主柱、螺牙、本体、锁盖和弹簧,按头包括进液通道和出液通道,锁盖包括上开口的腔体部、法兰和环绕腔体部的连接座,本体包括补气孔、环形接头和法兰盘,环形接头上端穿过螺牙上的贯通孔,环形接头插入连接座的环形插接槽内;进液通道与主柱连接,主柱与锁盖的腔体部配合;其特殊之处在于:所述主柱包括筒形体部、导液管和设在筒形体部内将导液管和筒形体部连接的隔板,导液管和筒形体部位于隔板上部之间的空间构成环形连接腔、导液管和筒形体部位于隔板下部之间的空间构成弹簧内置腔;导液管上设有若干个轴向凸起,
所述锁盖的腔体部包括设在底板上的导向孔、设在腔体部底板环绕导向孔上端的导向套、环绕导向套的环形筒体、设在腔体外底板上的阀座和设有阀座内的倒圆锥台形阀芯;环形筒体和导向套之间的空间构下弹簧座;
所述进液通道插入环形连接腔内,弹簧分别插入弹簧内置腔和下弹簧座内,倒圆锥台形阀芯与导液管及轴向凸起滑动配合,导向套与导液管及轴向凸起滑动配合;锁合状态下,轴向凸起位于倒圆锥台形阀芯的下方;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起之间的间隙与倒圆锥台形阀芯构成外界空气快速进入腔体部的轴向空气通道,轴向凸起之间的间隙与导向套构成空气轴向通道;所述补气孔与腔体部的下端相邻。
所述的一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述轴向凸起上部的导液管上设有环形凸起;
所述导向套的内壁上设有环形导向密封凸起;锁合状态下,环形密封凸起与环形凸起扣合;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起与环形导向密封凸起滑动配合。
所述的一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述环形导向密封凸起上端呈倒圆台形、下端为平面。
本发明一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,由于采用这样的结构,外界空气快速进入锁盖的腔体内并迅速经补气孔进放瓶子或容器内;防止补气孔内残留液体,使瓶子或容固吸真空变形。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,包括按头1、主柱2、螺牙3、本体4、锁盖5、弹簧6和活塞7,按头1包括进液通道11、出液通道12和环绕进液通道的环形套13,锁盖5包括上开口的腔体部51、法兰52和环绕腔体部的连接座53,本体4包括补气孔41、环形接头42和法兰盘43,环形接头42上端穿过螺牙3上的贯通孔,环形接头42插入连接座53的环形插接槽内;进液通道11与主柱2连接,主柱2与锁盖5的腔体部51配合;
所述主柱2包括筒形体部21、导液管22和设在筒形体部内将导液管和筒形体部连接的隔板23,导液管22和筒形体部位于隔板上部之间的空间构成环形连接腔24、导液管和筒形体部位于隔板下部之间的空间构成弹簧内置腔25;导液管22上设有若干个轴向凸起221,
所述锁盖5的腔体部51包括设在底板上的导向孔54、设在腔体部底板环绕导向孔上端的导向套55、环绕导向套的环形筒体56、设在腔体外底板上的阀座57和设有阀座内的倒圆锥台形阀芯58;环形筒体56和导向套55之间的空间构下弹簧座;
所述进液通道11插入环形连接腔24内,弹簧6分别插入弹簧内置腔25和下弹簧座内,倒圆锥台形阀芯58与导液管22及轴向凸起221配合;锁合状态下,轴向凸起221位于倒圆锥台形阀芯58的下方,如图2所示,;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起221之间的间隙与倒圆锥台形阀芯58构成外界空气快速进入腔体部的轴向空气通道;轴向凸起221之间的间隙和导向套55之间的间隙构成空气轴向通道;所述补气孔41与腔体部51的下端相邻;
采用这样结构,按压按头1,按头1和主柱2一起向下移动,轴向凸起221与导向套55及倒圆锥台形阀芯58滑动配合,外界空气经空气轴向通道及轴向空气通道快速进入本体4内,即锁盖5的腔体部51和活塞7之间的本体4内;再经补气孔41快速进放瓶体或容器内,当泵体内流进液体时,即锁盖5的腔体部51和活塞7之间的本体4内流进液体时,经补气孔41反流到瓶体或容器内,防止液体进入腔体部51污染弹簧;
而现用技术中,补气孔41位于本体的上部,远离腔体部51的下端,空气流动的路径长,不能快速经补气孔进入瓶体内。
图1、图2是本实新型主柱2和锁盖5处于锁合状态下的视图。解锁后,常态下,在弹簧6的作用下,导液管22的轴向凸起221位于导向套55的上方;按压按头1,按头1和主柱2向下移动,导液管22与导向套55及倒圆锥台形阀芯58滑动配合,轴向凸起221先经过导向套55、再经过倒圆锥台形阀芯58,将外界空气送入本体4内。
所述轴向凸起221上部的导液管22上设有环形凸起222;
所述导向套55的内壁上设有环形导向密封凸起551;锁合状态下,环形密封凸起551与环形凸起222扣合;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起221与环形导向密封凸起511滑动配合。
所述环形导向密封凸起222上端呈倒圆台形、下端为平面。

1.一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,包括按头、主柱、螺牙、本体、锁盖和弹簧,按头包括进液通道和出液通道,锁盖包括上开口的腔体部、法兰和环绕腔体部的连接座,本体包括补气孔、环形接头和法兰盘,环形接头上端穿过螺牙上的贯通孔,环形接头插入连接座的环形插接槽内;进液通道与主柱连接,主柱与锁盖的腔体部配合;其特征在于:所述主柱包括筒形体部、导液管和设在筒形体部内将导液管和筒形体部连接的隔板,导液管和筒形体部位于隔板上部之间的空间构成环形连接腔、导液管和筒形体部位于隔板下部之间的空间构成弹簧内置腔;导液管上设有若干个轴向凸起,
所述锁盖的腔体部包括设在底板上的导向孔、设在腔体部底板环绕导向孔上端的导向套、环绕导向套的环形筒体、设在腔体外底板上的阀座和设有阀座内的倒圆锥台形阀芯;环形筒体和导向套之间的空间构下弹簧座;
所述进液通道插入环形连接腔内,弹簧分别插入弹簧内置腔和下弹簧座内,倒圆锥台形阀芯与导液管及轴向凸起滑动配合,导向套与导液管及轴向凸起滑动配合;锁合状态下,轴向凸起位于倒圆锥台形阀芯的下方;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起之间的间隙与倒圆锥台形阀芯构成外界空气快速进入腔体部的轴向空气通道,轴向凸起之间的间隙与导向套构成空气轴向通道;所述补气孔与腔体部的下端相邻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置防溢按压泵,其特征在于:所述轴向凸起上部的导液管上设有环形凸起;
所述导向套的内壁上设有环形导向密封凸起;锁合状态下,环形密封凸起与环形凸起扣合;按压动作过程中,轴向凸起与环形导向密封凸起滑动配合。
