The invention discloses a folding basket and a using method thereof, the folding basket comprises a basket body, the basket body comprises a bottom plate, two end walls and two side walls, the floor panel having two floor end portions and two floor side portions, each of the end walls having an end wall bottom side, an end wall high side and two end wall end sides, the end wall bottom side of each of the end walls being rotatably connected to each of the floor end portions of the floor panel, each of the side walls having a side wall bottom side, a side wall high side and two side wall end sides, the side wall bottom sides of each of the side walls being rotatably connected to each of the floor side portions of the floor panel, wherein, when the basket body is in a folding state, each side wall and each end wall are respectively overlapped on the bottom plate so as to ensure that the folding basket occupies smaller space, each of the end walls and each of the side walls are joined end to form a containment space when the stand is in the expanded configuration.

As a further preferable example of the folding basket of the present invention, the end wall bottom side of each of the end walls and the bottom plate end portion of the bottom plate are integrally molded, and the side wall bottom side of each of the side walls and the bottom plate side portion of the bottom plate are integrally molded.

When the basket body 1 is in the folded state, each of the side walls 13 and each of the end walls 12 are respectively superposed on the bottom plate 11, the folding basket has a small volume and occupies a small space, for example, when the basket body 1 is in the folded state, the folding basket is flat. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when basket body 1 is in the folded state, the high side 132 of one of the side walls 13 overlaps the upper portion of the high side 132 of the other of the side walls 13, and when basket body 1 is in the unfolded state, the depth of the containing space 14 formed by basket body 1 can be deeper. Of course, in other embodiments, if the depth of the containing space 14 formed by the basket body 1 is shallow, there may be no overlapping portion between the two side walls 13 when the basket body 1 is in the folded state.
As shown in fig. 8, the two bottom ends 111 of the bottom plate 11 are respectively provided with a boss 113, and the bottom side 121 of each end wall 12 is connected to each boss 113 of the bottom plate 11 via the connecting member 16, so that each end wall 12 can be respectively overlapped on the upper portion of each side wall 13 when the basket body 1 is in the folded state.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the end wall end 123 of the end wall 12 is respectively provided with at least one mounting groove 1231, the side wall end 133 of each side wall 13 is respectively provided with at least one mounting plug 1331, and the mounting plug 133 of each side wall 13 can be mounted in the mounting groove 1231 of the end wall 12 to maintain the basket body 1 in the unfolded state. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the mounting groove 1231 may be formed in the side wall end side 133 of the side wall 13, and correspondingly, the mounting plug 1331 may be formed in the end wall end side 123 of the end wall 12.
As shown in fig. 6, the end wall side 123 of each end wall 12 is provided with at least one positioning groove 1232, each positioning groove 1232 is located in the mounting groove 1231 and communicates with the mounting groove 1231, the side wall side 133 of each side wall 13 is respectively provided with at least one positioning protrusion 1332, each positioning protrusion 1332 is located on the mounting plug 1331 and protrudes from the mounting plug 1331, when the mounting plug 1331 is mounted in the mounting groove 1231, the positioning protrusion 1332 is positioned in the positioning groove 1232 to prevent the mounting plug 1331 from falling off from the mounting groove 1231, so that the basket 1 is maintained in the unfolded state.

Fig. 9 to 12 show the process of the basket body 1 of the folding basket switching from the folded state to the unfolded state. Preferably, the side walls 13 may be rotated to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 11 in step (a), and the end walls 12 may be rotated to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 11 in step (b).
Preferably, in said step (b), the mounting plug 1331 of the side wall 13 is inserted into the mounting groove 1231 of the end wall 12, so that the end wall end side 123 of the end wall 12 and the side wall end side 133 of the side wall 13 are mounted to each other. More preferably, the positioning protrusion 1332 of the side wall 13 is positioned at the positioning groove 1232 of the end wall 12 while the mounting insert 1331 of the side wall 13 is inserted into the mounting groove 1231 of the end wall 12.
Further, in said step (a), a series of the connecting members 16 for connecting the side walls 13 and the bottom plate 11 may be deformed, so that the side walls 13 are allowed to rotate relative to the bottom plate 11 when the connecting members 16 are deformed; in said step (b), the connecting member 16 for connecting the end wall 12 and the base plate 11 is deformable, so that the end wall 12 is allowed to rotate relative to the base plate 11 when the connecting member 16 is deformed.

Claims (10)
1. The use method of the folding basket is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) allowing at least one of the side walls to rotate relative to a base plate; and
(b) at least one end wall is allowed to rotate relative to the bottom plate, and the end wall end side of the end wall and the side wall end side of the side wall are mutually installed, wherein when the two side walls and the two end walls are connected end to end, a containing space is formed among the bottom plate, the two side walls and the two end walls, and an opening is formed among the two side walls and the two end walls and is communicated with the containing space.

A method of using a collapsible basket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein in step (a) a series of connectors for connecting the side walls and the base are deformable so that when the connectors are deformed the side walls are permitted to rotate relative to the base; in said step (b), the connector for connecting the end wall and the base panel is deformable so that the end wall is permitted to rotate relative to the base panel when the connector is deformed.
5. A collapsible basket, comprising a basket body having a collapsed state and an expanded state, wherein the basket body comprises:
a bottom panel having two bottom panel ends and two bottom panel sides;
two end walls, each of the end walls having an end wall bottom side, an end wall high side and two end wall end sides, the end wall bottom side of each of the end walls being rotatably connected to each of the floor ends of the floor, respectively; and
two side walls, each side wall having a side wall bottom side, a side wall high side and two side wall end sides, the side wall bottom side of each side wall being rotatably connected to each bottom plate side of the bottom plate;
when the basket body is in the folded state, the side wall ends of the side walls and the end wall ends of the end walls are mutually installed, so that the side walls and the end walls are connected end to form a containing space among the bottom plate, the end walls and the side walls, and an opening is formed among the end walls and the side walls and communicated with the containing space.
6. A folding basket as recited in claim 5, wherein the end wall undersides of each of said end walls and said bottom panel ends of said bottom panel are integrally formed, and the side wall undersides of each of said side walls and said bottom panel sides of said bottom panel are integrally formed.
7. The folding basket of claim 6 wherein the basket body further comprises a series of connectors, the connectors being deformable, the bottom side of each end wall being connected to the floor end of the floor by the connector, and the bottom side of each side wall being connected to the floor side of the floor by the connector.
8. A collapsible basket as claimed in claim 7, wherein when the basket body is in the collapsed position, the high side of one of said side walls overlaps the upper portion of the high side of the other of said side walls.
9. A collapsible basket as claimed in claim 8, wherein each of the two base ends of the base is provided with a boss, and the underside of each of the end walls is connected to each of the bosses of the base by the connecting members, whereby each of the end walls overlies a respective upper portion of each of the side walls when the basket body is in the collapsed condition.
10. A folding basket according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the end wall end side of each end wall is provided with at least one mounting groove, and the side wall end side of each side wall is provided with at least one mounting plug, respectively, the mounting plug of each side wall being capable of being mounted in the mounting groove of each end wall to place the basket body in the unfolded state; or the side wall end side of each side wall is respectively provided with at least one mounting groove, the end wall end side of each end wall is respectively provided with at least one mounting plug, and the mounting plug of each end wall can be mounted in the mounting groove of each side wall, so that the basket body is in the unfolded state.
