For chemical wastewater with a large solid content, the following problems exist when the method is used for removing solids in the chemical wastewater: when the push plate 50 moves closer to the discharge chute 22, solids accumulate between the push plate 50 and the wall of the solid-liquid separation casing 23 to which the hydraulic cylinder 40 is attached. In order to solve the above problem, a barrier filter sheet 24 is provided at the water inlet end of the separation filter cartridge 21, one end of the barrier filter sheet 24 is hinged to the inner wall of the solid-liquid separation casing 23, and the other end of the barrier filter sheet 24 is detachably connected to one end of the pulling rope 26. In order to pull up the barrier filter sheet 24, the other end of the pulling rope 26 is detachably connected to a fixed pulley 27, and the fixed pulley 27 is attached to an output shaft of the elevator motor 25. When the filter plate 24 for the partition is pulled up, the filter plate 24 for the partition separates the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 10 from the water inlet end of the separation filter cartridge 21, so that the situation that solids are accumulated between the push plate 50 and the wall of the solid-liquid separation housing 23 provided with the hydraulic cylinder 40 when the push plate 50 moves to approach the discharge cylinder 22 can be avoided.
In order to avoid that the solid matters enter the wheel groove of the fixed pulley 27 to influence the retraction of the pulling rope 26, a filter cover 28 is covered on the fixed pulley 27, and one end of the pulling rope 26 penetrates through the filter cover 28 to be detachably connected with the filter plate 24 for the gear.
In this embodiment, a separation plate 90 is disposed between the discharge end of the discharge cylinder 22 and the feed end of the cleaning filter cylinder 31, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a discharge hole 100 is disposed on the separation plate 90; when the solid in the separation filter cylinder 21 needs to be removed from the separation filter cylinder 21, the discharge hole 100 is located between the discharge end of the discharge cylinder 22 and the feed end of the cleaning filter cylinder 31 and is coaxial with the discharge cylinder 22, otherwise, the discharge end of the discharge cylinder 22 is blocked by the partition plate 90. The partition plate 90 is mounted on an output shaft of the rotating motor 80, and two discharge holes 100 opposite in position are formed in the partition plate 90; the solid-liquid separation casing 23 and the cleaning casing are provided with a common casing wall; the discharge end of the discharge barrel 22 is arranged on the common shell wall; the partition plate 90 is provided on one side in the cleaning case, and the support plate 32 for supporting the partition plate 90 is provided on the inner wall of the cleaning case. When the discharge port of the discharge barrel 22 is blocked by the partition plate 90, the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 40 pushes the push plate 50 to move towards the discharge barrel 22 so as to extrude solids, thereby reducing the chemical wastewater residual quantity between the solids, then the partition plate 90 is rotated until the discharge port of the discharge barrel 22 is coaxial with the discharge hole 100, and the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 40 can push the push plate 50 to push the solids into the filter barrel 31 for cleaning from the discharge barrel 22. Before pushing the solid substance into the cleaning cartridge 31 from the discharge cylinder 22, the solid substance in the separation cartridge 21 may be collected into the discharge cylinder 22 by the push plate 50, and after a certain amount of the solid substance has accumulated in the discharge cylinder 22, the solid substance may be pushed into the cleaning cartridge 31 by being pushed.
The included angle between the wall of the cleaning filter cylinder 31 near the inlet of the second water discharge pipe 70 and the axial direction of the cleaning filter cylinder 31 is 30 degrees, and the end far away from the feeding end of the cleaning filter cylinder 31 is positioned below. And a water collecting structure is arranged on the wall of the cleaning shell close to the water outlet end of the cleaning shell, wherein the water collecting structure is a conical groove, and the water outlet end of the cleaning shell is arranged on the bottom of the conical groove. When the washing shower nozzle 33 sprays the reuse water to the solids in the washing filter cartridge 31, the filtrate is collected by the water collecting structure and discharged through the second drain pipe 70. The inclined wall of the filter cylinder 31 for cleaning can facilitate the solid to move to the discharge port of the filter cylinder 31 for cleaning along the wall of the filter cylinder 31 for cleaning, and the reuse water sprayed on the solid can flow along the inclined direction, so that the retention time of the reuse water on the solid is prolonged, and the reuse water is beneficial to washing off the residual pollutants on the solid, thereby reducing the attachment amount of the pollutants on the solid and reducing the damage of the pollutants to the health of operators in the subsequent treatment link of the solid.

When the filter plate 130 is used to manufacture the separation filter cartridge 21, the cleaning filter cartridge 31, and the barrier filter plate 24, if bubbles are generated in the chemical wastewater or air in the solid-liquid separation casing 23 and the cleaning casing needs to be collected to a certain place through the separation filter cartridge 21 or the cleaning filter cartridge 31, the chemical wastewater can flow to the main pipe 120 through the vent holes 135 and 132, and the air can escape to the upper side of the liquid surface through the vent holes 132 and 134. Moreover, the cover plate 133 and the cylindrical portion 136 cover the drain hole 132, so that small-sized solids can be prevented from entering the drain hole 132 and blocking the drain hole 132, and the chemical wastewater can be smoothly subjected to solid-liquid separation.
Chemical wastewater containing solids enters the separation filter cylinder 21 through the water inlet pipe 10 for solid-liquid separation, the filtered chemical wastewater enters the next treatment link of chemical wastewater treatment through the first water discharge pipe 60 and the main discharge pipe, and the filtered solids are accumulated in the separation filter cylinder 21. When a certain amount of solids are accumulated in the separation filter cartridge 21, the hydraulic cylinder 40 and the lifting motor 25 are started, the hydraulic cylinder 40 pushes the solids in the separation filter cartridge 21 into the discharge cylinder 22 or the cleaning filter cartridge 31 by using the push plate 50, the barrier filter plate 24 performs temporary solid-liquid separation, and after the push plate 50 is reset, the solids on the barrier filter plate 24 enter the separation filter cartridge 21. And after the solid enters the cleaning filter cylinder 31, the solid is washed by the reuse water, and the chemical sewage or the stain remained on the solid is washed down so as to be convenient for the recovery treatment of the solid, thereby reducing the damage of the pollutant in the chemical sewage to the body health of the operator during the recovery treatment of the solid.
And push again after the solid is deposited a certain amount in the section of thick bamboo 21 for the separation and wash in the section of thick bamboo 31 for the washing is strained, not only can utilize chemical sewage to carry out the preliminary washing to the solid, reduce the attachment on the solid, like grease etc. again through pushing up the chemical sewage that can extrude remaining between the solid to a great extent to storing up a certain amount of solid to can reduce the water consumption of solid washing link.
The invention is applied to the existing chemical sewage treatment system, and the control center of the existing chemical sewage treatment system is utilized to control the hydraulic oil cylinder 40, the lifting motor 25, the rotating motor 80 and the detachable baffle 110, so that the unmanned operation of solid-liquid separation of chemical sewage and the primary treatment of solid after solid-liquid separation can be realized.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments.
